I had the worst service EVER BY CHRIS FROST. If that s what you call a MANAGER then he shouldn t be a manager. When I came in to browse for a new car, he made me wait for him while he was on the phone, he didn t seem to look like he even cared that I was waiting to receive help with a vehicle that caught my eyes. He looked so arrogant and the way he looked at me was like Can you even afford anything here . I m utterly appalled by his manner.

I am a lawyer, and the way he judge me was absolutely unprofessional.

I wouldn t recommend anyone to go to this place.

I would rather go else where.

Their slogan is Rethink what service should be. Julia and the Service Manager (I didn t get his name as he was too busy talking on the phone about a YouTube video) need to think again. I worked many years in the service industry. These folks should seriously consider a career change.

Recently bought a new car here and I must say I could only describe the experience as positive. Substantial premises with plenty of vehicles on display and the salesman Mark H was very polite and efficient but not pushy in any way. Mark let me make my own decision but assisted me along the way. Would highly recommend if looking for a new or second hand car.

My experience was similar to Nicole Greene s. My new car was taken to the Tauranga branch for service. The car was returned without any complimentary clean because I was told, they had no time to clean it as they were too busy.

Ford and Mazda dealers. I have had good service here. Not the cheapest but excellent facilities and well trained staff.

Parts and service fantastic, was looking at buying a new vehicle no sales person came out to help my wife.

Horrible! They ticket the boxes for valet and for all sorts of things that were NOT done, car was filthy and it was supposed to have been cleaned. Then there are staff shouting and swearing like real caveman. When I told the front desk these things have not been carried out they went to fix it but when I got my car back it was still dirty, I could have done a better job at home. Horrible! And there was also some cable in the driving area that you know you shouldnt be driving over but they leave you no choice. This place needs to jake up!

Booked into do work got to the Mount they told me the job had been transferred to Tauranga ??? no phone call no sorry just wasting my time.

Parts desk service were friendly. The one thing I would bag is the customer parking available there. Half the parks are taken over by yard cars, was no parking and very confusing when you are driving into the actual car yard. Is not clear at all there is parking around the corner, even though all these parks were taken also. A lady from Mazda came out to tell me this while I was looking very confused but was rather rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot.

Daughter took her car in for a quick check Saturday morning. She was concerned about a possible steering fault and wanted it checked out before a trip to the Waikato.
Mechanic checked out steering, found to be nothing of concern, all clear given.
