I've had a mixed experience at Bay Mazda

Purchasing a car there wasn't the best experience. They made a mistake on the paperwork and didn't want to have to fix it, so they wanted us to pay for the accessory we added in cash, rather then the financing. They weren't very accommodating and it really soured us on the place. That was a few years ago however.

Since then, we have sold that car and upgraded to another Mazda at a different dealership, but still come to Bay Mazda for service. Their service department is awesome. They are on top of recalls, and are friendly and accommodating. Would recommend their service department every day of the week and twice on Sunday

Edit: Since placing this review, the management contacted me, concerned about the previous experience I had purchasing a car from this location. It was nice to see that they seemed genuinely concerned about the negative experience. A+ customer service
