I had an absolute exceptional experience with Bay Mazda. Mike, the service manager, went above and beyond the standard expectation. Although I live in Kingston, Bay Mazda is worth the trip for their excellent service. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for good experience, good service and good customer care.
