Presumably the impression is deceptive, but it was once a joy to "have" to the Bauhaus, it has become a rather necessary evil for some months.
In addition to the impression of a permanent construction site, declining quality of the products offered, some unmotivated and unfriendly employees, wants to pay even by the absolutely impersonal self-service cashier no more shopping pleasure. I've recently had the feeling that I'm the annoying customer in the business.
Individual, rather joyful experiences, unfortunately, do not manage to convey the positive impression of 2 or 3 years ago.
