I cannot recommend the Bauhaus in the city center....

I cannot recommend the Bauhaus in the city center. The staff are incompetent and very rude. Simple information seems to be asking too much. Since it is not the first time that I leave the shop unsatisfied and unsatisfied, here is my honest opinion:
Train your staff in customer-oriented work. It cannot be too much to be nice and courteous to customers. Many of my friends share my opinion.
They definitely lost me as a customer.
