worst experience with the old cashier at checkout 3 on 02/17/16 at 5:00pm today. She insulted me in front of other customers for not taking items of the basket for checkout. I cried while going home and she really humiliated me definitely a racist.She should have told me to do so instead of insulting me.

I just can't recommend this store to anyone. Burrito bar: gross. Rotisserie chicken: cold, dry. Baked rolls, buns, bread: dry. Chicken strips and fries: cold, dry, stale. Macaroni salad: smells rotten. Everything else: don't know, not going to risk it. Probably bad.

This store used to have the best donuts. Now they are gross. Same goes for their cakes. Their buttercream used to be good but now it tastes like chemicals. I think they changed all their recipes within the last year or so. Not good.

Bakery employees were rude and acted put out when asked for help. Tried to use self checkout due to only 2 checkers and lines 10+ deep in each line and the machine malfunctioned. Stood around waiting for assistance and no one came. I finally had to go hunt someone down to fix the problem. All in all very poor customer service!

Produce not fresh and more expensive than other markets.

Really crappy service while doing wic, cashiers were relly rude and it smelled like poop very dissatisfied with this visit

I can't believe this store still in business. Their prices are absolutely outrageous. And when you go to check out and you don't have a Bashas card, they will not help you by giving you a generic one.

TRIGGERED EMPLOYEES TRY TO SELL BURNT PIZZA AFTER HOUR WAIT ((NOT CLICKBAIT)) I called in a pizza order and was told 35 min. I went in at that time to pick it up but nobody would even acknowledge me. They were too busy helping the people in the fried chicken line. Every time the employee would ring up someone's order he would ask if they were picking up a pizza. I told him that I was and it should be ready. He said he was only concerned with who was next in line. Even though at this point I had been standing there for 10 minutes. Two more employees came over to help. One of them noticed the pizza still in the oven, extra burnt, and asked why it hadn't been taken out yet. She took it out and set it down. 5 minutes later, still waiting, one of the employees ask if the pizza is okay to sell. The other says it is a special order and proceeds to cut it up. So I left. 50 minutes after I ordered. I will never go back to bashas. Terrible customer service and rude employees. I will enjoy saving money at the new frys down the street. I hope it puts this Bashas store out of business.

Their pastries are gooie, they always put some gooie sticky crap all over them, and the place is dirty not to mention VERY EXPENSIVE. The Hispanic check out clerk is VERY unfriendly. I think she has a problem with white people. My wife says it is insulting to go there and avoids it 99.99% of the time even though it is less than a mile away. The only reason we go there is because there is a Wells Fargo in the store.

I'm sorry to say that I can no longer shop here. This store consistently has the worst produce I have ever bought. It doesn't matter the season or the specific produce... it is just awful.

Food City quality with AJ's prices. This place used to be decent. Now it's not. Dirty, terrible food, high prices, mean employees.

Horrible customer service. At these high prices, as a customer, I don't expect to have to work so hard just to get mediocre customer assistance with attitude. When I finally do get help, I definitely do not expect to have to wait for two employees to finish their conversation about what they want at Los Favoritos taco shop before assisting me. I should have stuck with the new Fry's up the road: better prices, better selection, and always a great customer experience.
