Brian Gilfilen recognized the issue quickly and resolved the problem. It was a warranty issue and there was no charge. He was knowledgeable and friendly during the visit.

Barron came and serviced my LP Furnace and fireplace. They were on time. Very courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. They were in and out in an hour, and have both appliances running flawlessly. Thanks Barron!

If it were possible to give 10 stars instead of 5... I would give 10!! We recently replaced a furnace in our home as part of a remodel, and also added an air conditioning unit outside. It was a complicated installation because the location of the old furnace was in an upstairs bedroom closet (!?!) and the new one was to be placed underneath the house. Barron's entire team - from wonderful Wes in sales, to the amazing project manager, Jacoby, to the last team to leave (the fabulous duct cleaners and aero sealers) were SO IMPRESSIVE! Everyone was thoughtful, smart, fast, focused, personable, respectful, prompt, and incredibly skilled. Communication was excellent, and we could not have imagined better customer service in any way. THANK YOU to the entire Barron team for making this project enjoyable for us and not the least bit stressful. You are a **fantastic** team. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The service tech was right on time and the the service was both reasonably priced and quickly completed. The service tech (Eric) was also great to talk to. He answered all my questions and offered several recommendations for my aging furnace. I will continue to use Barron as my HVAC service team as they continue to provide exceptional service and value.

Just had my ductless system installed. I could not be happier. I got several estimates and Barron came in the most competitive. Wes came and assessed my home, listening to my concerns and even spent a great deal of time discussing the optimal site of placement for the unit. Taking into consideration sight line and how it would look with the current lines of the ceiling. Day of install David and Ethan showed up on time and again took the time to answer my questions. Very professional and attentive to details. Very neat and tidy. Final cost right on budget! I highly recommend Barron for any heating or air conditioning install!

Patrick, Bill & Ian did the final duct work for our home. It was obvious they were excited to help make the changes and passionate about their work. They did a great job explaining what they were doing during the process. It was a smooth experience.

Our experience with Barron Heating and Plumbing was hugely positive in every aspect. They provided, hands down, the best service we've ever received at our home. Our estimator Chris was friendly, professional, and very prompt in communication. Plumber Jory and his apprentice Josh were absolutely incredible from the beginning to the end of the install of our new water heater. Very impressive, thoughtful, and thorough Covid-19 protocol too! It is all good except the financing. Despite being told we qualified for the zero percent financing, it became 9% on delivery a month later. Our credit score is above 800, and we were able to arrange the 0% through another source. It initially appeared to be an issue of the sales person entering a typo in our email address in the application. The lender requires a time-sensitive response, which didn't come. When I tried to talk to the owner, I found that person didn't talk to customers. The person who takes such calls tried to say Barron had nothing to do with the loan process. She apparently didn't know that Barron submits the application. My concern is that this could be a form of bait and switch. It felt that way to me.

Barron continues to provide excellent service. Wouldn't choose any other firm.

Daniel McCoy did a great job conducting our one-year checkup - very thorough. He was also helpful in suggesting ways in which to improve the operation of our system.

Joe Marcuzzo came this morning to do the annual maintenance on my furnace. As always he (and every Barron employee I have ever dealt with) was wonderful. Joe called about 10 minutes before arriving, which I very much appreciated. He gave me good information, replaced a part that was old and failing and was done in about 20 minutes. I LOVE BARRON!

Tim at Barron has been servicing our commercial building the last couple of years. The building has it's quirks and they do a great job!

Been wanting a heat pump for a few years and talked to a Barron rep at Costco. Arranged an appointment and decided on a daikin multi head ductless. Daniel set up the financing and explained everything clearly. Jacob, the site inspector came next and completed the plans. On 3/14 and 15 the crew arrived and set everything up. They worked quickly but carefully and explained the installation as they went along. All the crew were respectful and very conscientious. Brian and Todd completed the electrical and helped spenser and Eric with installation. On Friday the 15th spenser and Eric came back and charged the system. They explained how to use the remote controls and didn't leave till each head was up and running. All in all extremely satisfied with Barron and their work ethic.

Bob came out as scheduled, on time, and performed the pm service on our a/c unit and our gas furnace. He was knowledgeable, polite, professional, neat, and efficient. It was a great service call.

Joe was very thorough in the cleaning/inspection of my heating stove and heat pump, explaining everything he did. There were a few new things he did that I had not seen before but he explained those. He was a very polite young man and I would not mind him coming back next year for the service.

Brandon from Barron Heating came out to service our heater for the first winter in our new-to-us house. He was very professional, pleasant and efficient. He replaced filters, gave us solid advice about cleaning out accumulated dust in the ductwork, as well as advice about the age and efficiency of the heater. A+ service.

Wes spent two hours evaluating our home for a furnace installation in the course of which he meticulously inspected every vent register, air return and the furnace itself in the crawl space. He assessed the insulation, duct integrity and electrical supply. And afterwards he explained in greatest detail what the ideal set-up would be for our situation. At no time did he appear to be "selling" a product. And we are convinced that his only goal was to make certain that we would be completely satisfied with our choice. I don't recall ever having had such a thorough and pleasant introduction to choosing a substantial home improvement. Kudos to Barron!

We had a great experience updating our mechanical systems through Barron Heating. From the initial contact, through the sales visit and installations every thing was handled efficiently and professionally. Wes is a knowledgeable sales representative and presented us with enough information to make selections for our heating and cooling systems.

Jacoby visited the week before installation and planned out the work to be done. He answered all of our questions and prepared us for installation day.

Keifer, Caleb, Leo, and Aaron arrived promptly as scheduled and went to work. They were all polite, friendly and helpful. Work was completed by early afternoon and Keifer explained how the system operates and answered all of our questions.

We are very pleased with our new system. Barron Heating has a great team, I highly recommend them.

Daniel and Rhett showed up as expected, performed the inspection in a very professional manner and left us feeling secure that our furnace would work efficiently until time for the next checkup. Well done, gentlemen.

I recently had Barron install an AC unit. With Barron you assume that you are paying a premium price for quality work. This was not the case. They installed the AC filter drier in the wrong direction and the electricians left a loose nuetral in my breaker box. The loose nuetral caused my dishwasher to short out mid cycle and I couldn't figure out what was wrong (the breaker wasn't flipped and I'mno electrician). Luckily there was an LnI electrical inspection, and the guy was nice enough to open the breaker box and identify the problem (they didn't tighten all of the screws on the nuetrals when they finished). When I called in to complain (2 days ago) they said they'd let the electrical manager know and to expect a call back. I have not received a call back.

I had a routine furnace maintenance done by them a couple days after the AC install. The guy who did this, Vlad, he gets a 5 star review. He identified the filter drier mistake and later came out and installed a new one and sealed a part of the indoor coil that was letting air escape (free of cost because it was under warranty). Once again, the maintenance technician, Vlad, he gets 5 stars, he was what I was expecting when I went with Barron.

Overall, the people that did the AC work were nice enough, but when I'm paying Barron's prices, I don't want mistakes like these happening (and then no call back with at least an apology or questions about what happened). Maybe Barron is getting too big and can't keep up their reputation. I would recommend a different company if you're looking for HVAC work.
Maintenance work? Ask for Vlad, he is very thorough and will get the job done.

Patrick and Noah did exceptional. Professionally dressed, polite and kept me up to date on the process and explained in detail what they did and the expected improvement from the sealing. Showed up right on time and were finished almost exactly as they estimated. I cannot attack a pic of the work, but I assure you it is outstanding. Thank you and I will definitely use Barron for all my future needs.

Home Performance technicians, Chris H and Dylan arrived within the schedule time frame. They were friendly, cautious with our home environment and worked in an efficient and professional manner. They tidied up all work areas afterwards. Thanks!

In shopping for a hot tub I came here to see what they had. Most of their tubs were not able to be seen due to some event they had coming up but the short of it is that I don t care to do business with people who poo poo their competition - especially those with whom I ve had great customer service. We ended up sticking with the ones who gave great service.

Love working here with my Barron family. Anyone here will take care of the other no questions asked.

I purchased a Bullfrog Spa from Barron Heating and my experience from start to finish was outstanding. Janice White helped us in the showroom answering every question with expertise. She is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the hot tubs. Tim was our electrician to hook up the hot tub and was very courteous, timely and communicative. Tim was easy to work with as well. The installation crew ran into a problem with placing the hot tub due to existing fencing restrictions but were able to figure out a solution and get the job done. Overall I highly recommend Barron Heating for their outstanding employees who take care of you and make you feel valued as a customer.

Today we got the best service ever from Baron Heating. Channing and Jonathan are outstanding technicians. They did a fantastic job replacing our ductwork and making sure that everything was perfectly done and running before they left. These two guys are the best!

Bob was not only right on time but very professional and efficient while he processed my annual inspection for my new furnace. Pleasant, personable and proper representative for Barron Heating. I look forward to seeing him again next spring!

Terrific service all around. Reminder call and tight arrival window. Our technician was prompt, friendly, thorough. He answered all questions and taught us about our system. Great explanation of the benefits of annual maintenance, and Barron programs. Homes are so complicated that it's nice to have some peace of mind from knowing at least one system is under proper care, and the provider is reliable and trustworthy.

Bill and Elliot were VERY friendly. They did a great job of explaining the process and even showed us 'before' and 'after' photos. They were careful in our home and even cleaned up behind themselves in every room with a small vacuum. I would definitely have Barron do future work for us and have already recommended to others. I had the Aeroseal done in my home. Andrew, Patrick and Eric came out to do the job. They were very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. They cleaned everything up before leaving, and my system works better that it did when I first had it installed. I would recommend Barron Heating to all my friends and family. Two technicians, Bill and Patrick came to vacuum out our ducking. They arrived on time and were very efficient in completing their job. They were genuinely concerned as to the amount of heat we were losing because of improper sealing around the venting. They took the time to do the job right and explained all that they did with showing us how much heat we had been losing and how much their servicing has improved on that function.

It might, at first, seem like an open expense but when you can save 11% or more on your heating bill per month then over a short period of time their service can be paid for. And this is not to mention the improvement in air quality that your home will be receiving. I highly recommend their service.

It has now been two years. The best thing to say is that on each year
I ask them to return, their work is like the heating system they installed:
was almost unaware of them (it) being there. They come as promised
and quietly do their job. Happy they are in our pool of care givers!

Brent did a thorough annual inspection on my gas heater. Although my system seemed to be operating fine, Brent told me that two parts (capacitor and ignitor) needed to be replaced. They evidently begin to go bad over time. I appreciated that he did not "Push" me to buy the parts. He informed me of the situation, the potential of failure, and let me decide whether or not to do the replacement or not. Also, Brent was very conscientious about removing his shoes every time he came back in from his truck. That little step of attentiveness was noticed and appreciated.

Very professional and pleasant experience. Explained everything clearly and precisely and offered a very good option going forward.

Patrick, Gurinder, & Ian did a great job fixing, cleaning and patching our duct-work. The work does take some time, but they were all a pleasure to have around.

Brian Gilfilen, the HVAC Technician did a great job! He was 'on time and took care of business plus helped prevent future problems. The problem wasn't with the water tank, but the connections on the propane tank. I called the propane company and Brain talked to the propane technician and told him what the problem was so when the propane technician came out the following day he was able to bring the correct parts with him to make the necessary repairs. This saved a great deal of time and got the job done the first time around. Brian also serviced the heater which had not been done in several years. His willingness to go above and beyond what he had originally been called out to do was excellent. I would highly recommend Barron Heating and AC and give Brian two thumbs up.

Brent Young was fabulous. He showed up promptly when he said he would. He serviced my older Furnaces and Water Heaters quickly and efficiently while giving me vital info and advice as he went along. I am very happy and have now signed on for yearly service. I recommend Barron and Brent Young very highly!
