There are only a select few of the physicians I would recommend to others. The rest of the staff do not respect patient privacy, confidentiality, and the residents do not always practice in a way that makes me feel like I am receiving the best care. On more than one occasion, I have been treated with a lack of respect, lack of privacy, and will not be returning to this agency.

I've been with most of this staff since their other address on Pembroke. I really do like Dr. A. Shuker quite a lot. He's quick if you need to be however NOT A PUSHOVER. I know its corny but He saved my life along with my specialist. I'm truly grateful for having a Dr. Who listens and responds with action. I adore a handful of my CNAs, RNs & P.A.s I'm hopeful that I will never have to go elsewhere.

Was trying to make an appointment as a new patient...

Was trying to make an appointment as a new patient for the last 2 days, but could never make it off hold. Was in St. Mary's ER earlier in the week and they recommended this place for primary care doctors, since I currently do not have a primary care doctor within the area. Called several times yesterday only to wait on hold for 10 to 20 mins before getting kicked off the line or sent to a voicemail box to leave a message. Today waited 5 mins, talked to the receptionist and she said she would be right back after finishing up with a patient, waited another 8 mins before getting kicked to voicemail to leave a message. Obviously, you have a receptionist problem that needs to be solved, since there are a lot of reviews concerning wait times to make appointments and talk to a receptionist. I have made an appointment at another office, waited maybe at most 2 mins to talk with a friendly receptionist and make an appointment for early next week. I don't think I have ever waited so long in my life to make a doctor's appointment than I was with Infinity Care.

Wait times are always 30 plus before even entering...

Wait times are always 30 plus before even entering to see the dr that you then wait another 45 mins. Getting through on phone lines is almost I can possible. Today was a final straw. My son is sick we saw dr at 10 am and its 319 PM and has yet to call in his medication. Prompt service yeah right. Medical care is not to be taken lightly especially when the patient is I'll and depending on antibiotics to heal. Office staff had ZERO urgency when I called to ask why it has yet to be called in. I waited over 30 minutes just to ask why they didn't do their part. I'll be switching offices asap. Your office manager should be concerned when their overall rating is a 2.8.

Horrible customer service. I was a new patient and just wanted to see a doctor. I immediately was greeted with attitude that made it difficult just to schedule an appointment . Ended up not making an appointment. I've never experience customer service that bad.

Very clean, staff is on top of everything, and the doctors try to get you in as quickly as they can so your not suffering for weeks. I've been coming here for years and I LOVE IT. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Dr. Stacherski refused to work with me to get off of my cholesterol medication, lied to me about my options, was rude, and left the exam room before I was finished. I've moved on to another doctor.

While he may not work there now, he did at the time of my review.

Absolutely ridiculous ! I took my mom for a 1:15 appointment with doc Clint Bernhardt and was there a 1:00. They left us there waiting till 2:30 until I finally started to wonder around and found the doctor cheating with someone and asked him to come and see us . He finally came and said he was having a bad day ! Visited my mom very quickly and decided to give her a pain relieve shot that she would have to wait 20 min after. This was at 3 o'clock and I had to go pick up my 4 year old daughter from kindergarten at 3:30 so we ended up leaving without doing the shot. We spent 2 hrs there and got no help what so ever. There is no supervision and management in the office to make sure that they're service it's satisfying . The worst staff and clinic I've ever encountered in my whole life. No follow up phone calls. All they care about it's the money. Absolutely horrible from beginning to the end. Don't use this clinic . Can't find words to describe how unprofessional and careless they are in this "care giving" facility! I wish a manager would call me so I can at least have someone appologize for the inconvenience they caused me !

My son's pediatrician is Dr.Brenner she is amazing...

My son's pediatrician is Dr.Brenner she is amazing. So friendly and down to earth. My husband and I are patients of Dr. Jones she is a great doctor she found my husband's skin cancer before he even knew it was there. We both love her as our doctor. Anytime we have had a fill in doctor we have always had great care.

The service here is hit or miss - there is ALWAYS a 15-45 min wait to talk to someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. In my opinion, they either need to stop taking new patients or get more receptionists. Sometimes the receptionists are polite and helpful, sometimes they're extremely rude and unhelpful. However, I keep coming back because I absolutely love Dr. Bradley. She's a great doctor and a wonderful person. Makes you feel at ease and really listens to what you're staying. The PA Nicole is also really nice and helpful - I trust them both. I'm sure there are offices with a lot better customer service, but I'm reluctant to leave.

RUDE! Crossed my name off the list while I was waiting(for almost 2 hours, after waiting a month for an appointment), billed me wrong, charged me extra, billing department is even more stuck up, got my prescription wrong SEVERAL times in a row, and told me "You can complain if you want, but we're getting bigger every day, so it's not like you'll change anything". I'll never go back to any of their doctors again.

I live in Holly and travel an hour to see these wonderful doctors. I would rather travel this far then change doctors. They are so caring with my two children they have been treating for 14 yrs now.

One visit to this office so far.. arrived early, receptionist was unfriendly (seemed not to want to be there.) The doctor ordered medication, it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I was on hold for 42 minutes. I hung up and called back, to leave a message and someone answered the call within minutes- they were rude and condescending and medication never reached my pharmacy.. Sad.. I heard the Dr was very good (I was impressed with the visit). Maybe, if I just use the "patient portal" to order prescriptions and make appointments I can avoid some of the negativity and see my dr.

I have been with the Infinity group for over 15 years. I had to transfer offices due to my insurance. Dr.Smeenge is now my pcp and I am thrilled to have him. I have several health issues, I am confident in Dr. Smeenge and trust he will care for me as if I were family.

I was terribly disappointed in the treatment I received. My husband is also a patient and loves the doctor he sees so I was very hopeful that this place would be a good match for me as well. I suffer a chronic condition and am looking to have a constant doctor, which is why I left my last office(they train residents so I was constantly being passed around to new doctors). When I explained this to the doctor I seen at this place he attacked me basically telling me that was a stupid reason to leave my last office, told me how I was and was not to contact him with issues I was having because he has had problems with patients in the past(mind you this is the first time I am seeing him) and then he must have decided I didn't have a chronic condition and I was just a addict looking for pills because he kept telling me over and over again what narcotics he wasn't giving me even though I told him repeatedly I didn't want narcotics as they don't work for my condition. I try to stay away from prescription drugs as much as possible as in my case they have done more harm than good. The only thing I asked for was a prescription for Elavil. He kept telling me he wasn't giving me Xanax, or Vicodin, I never asked for them and quite frankly don't want them as I have had them in the past and they make me feel like garbage. In the end he basically told me it was all in my head and I wanted me to see a psychiatrist. I left shaking and in tears I have never been so mistreated by a doctor in my life.

No doctor in this facility is capable of quality patient care. They have the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. They never listen. To the concerns of the patient instead they make their own assumption. For example, I came in with severe back pain following a car accident and they just told me that if I lost a few pounds it would simply go away. The patient care representative did nothing to help the situation. When I was alone in the exam room I got up to get a tissue and I tripped over the stool and it ran into the door. Two doctors cane running in to see what was wrong and I told them. They instantly blamed me for throwing furniture and discharged me from the clinic. Now I have no choice but to find a new primary care doctor. It s sad that I can t rate this clinic as a zero because I zero is what they deserve. Not a 1. If you are new to this clinic BEWARE.

Very very, VERY rude reception staff. So turned off by their attitude. I got disconnected and never received a call back. I was a new patient, I'm not now, I'll find another primary care physician. I would rather go elsewhere then have to deal with administration who feels they're above their job. Very poor first impression that doesn't warrant a second chance.

I was very nervous coming to this practice because of recent past experiences with other offices , But from scheduling , to checking in , checking out and seeing the Dr. My experience was Absolutely Great!!! the schedulers were professional , I was greeted when I checked in and checked out with a smile and Friendliness , and Dr. Shuker omg was one of the BEST Physicians I have ever came across ,he was friendly , had a wonderful sense of humor and most importantly he was patient , he listened and explained everything in detail...I highly recommend this office!!

I've been here on some occassions for medical treatment, while my mother uses this clinic for her medical treatment. The whole clinic area is clean and mostly appealing to the eyes, but there are scuff marks scattered around, and the exam room I was in had an exposed hole in the wall. The doctors and wait staff, however, do a decent job at getting appointments done and are friendly.

Had several skin tags removed by doctor with the liquid refrigerant. They grew back in a couple weeks and I got a bill post insurance for $125. By not taking the time and effort to cut them off they grow back. I called the office and refuted the charges. They got back to me and said skin tags are a 2 visit procedure and they will not waive the charges. Money-grubbing Doctors who don't care about the patients, only the greenbacks. I am now aggressively looking for a new Doctor.

If you can get past the rude front staff, You'll find the doctors are very nice and care about they're patients. I have been bringing both my kids here since they were born. But good lord the front staff is beyond rude. They always know everything and cut u off.(Just to be proven wrong with our doctors response)Never seem happy. Never smile. They need proper training and or a bbysitter. Stacy o'Dowd is amazing. Always will be our favorite. Get new front staff, that isn't rude and maybe even care about a lil about humans. We aren't just a birthdate, we have names.

Dr. Sternberg is an excellent doctor. He listens! Knows his stuff. The staff is great, always wiling to go the extra mile. The office is always clean and there is rarely any wait time to see the doctor. I recommend Dr. Sternberg highly!

Been going here for years. Great Doctors, great staff. I have recommended Infinity to several people whom are all very happy. I have always had a great experience with all the staff including front desk, docotors, nurses, and billing department. They are willing to always go above and beyond!!! Have never been more happy with an overall experience.

I like my Doctor but absolutely hate the fact that I am not a "name" when I call with either a question or to make an appointment-I am a birth date!!! Why don't they just ask our names and then when we give them our name, just say and "your birth date". Can we just be acknowledged as a person and not a numeric entry on their computer screens.

Attempting to get a prescription refill is an arduous process that typically takes between 5 and 10 days and multiple attempts. Office staff really doesn't care and it shows. I am in the process of finding a new doctor at a facility that really cares about the patient.

Last night my husband asked me why I don t just find a doctor closer to where my dad lives. You want to know why? Because you will never find better patient and customer service, then you find at infinity primary care. From the front desk administrators, the nurses,the phlebotomist, the PA, and the doctors - everyone here is incredibly helpful, understanding, and genuine. And they are darn good at what they do! And so that is why it is worth it to me, to make the 25 minute drive out to my dad, and drive him the 20 minutes to this office, and then back home. You can have a brilliant doctor, but at the end of the day you have to take into consideration their bedside manners. And as I said, every person that works in this office, has the best bedside manners that we have every experienced.

absolutely abismal employees here, the only reason i went here is because they accepted new patients and now after going there four times i will never ever go back... listen to me guys half of the employees there don t want to be there let alone care about other people s well being.. even my original doctor i saw there moved offices, obviously for good reason

I was sick even after visiting an urgent care. I called here to check if any appointments will be available soon. Phone operator gave an appointment after 2 days as I am a new patient. But while talking I had severe cough already mentioned I am not feeling well even after visiting urgent care , phone operator gave an appointment next day itself. Doctor Jones is nice after seeing xRay result she called immediately that I have some issue with lungs. I went to hospital and got treated for pneumonia. In the follow up visit she found one of the test results is above the expected value and ordered for a test. Result was good and staff called and informed that it is good.

If you get the right doc here (ignore the people at the desk, they all seem like they are unfamiliar with the computer program for the office), it's an awesome place. Very helpful and caring. But - emphasis on --- get the right doc. If you don't, you'll wait and wait and get minimal help. I've had both, am sick right now but am trying to wait til my doc gets back from vacation. Because she's that good. But if you get someone else, who isn't (and I don't get why these docs aren't weeded out, because they're bad, they're foreign - not being un-pc here, just stating the facts, they make you wait at least 2 hours, even if you get there early, and they don't listen). So if you go there, get an American doc, it's a huge difference in culture.

For someone reason they don't refill medication outside of business hours,yet they still have an answering team that only contacts the doctor when its sn emergency I don't take my medication just as a fun thing to do its an emergency and I have to take them as prescribed,they use to be so good now there not I'm not coming back here anymore.
