Massive Barnes and Noble...sadly, the selection is not as massive as the floor plan would make you think, but the fact that half the 3rd floor is a coffeeshop is nice

ease of entry and exit, 1/2 price sale and excellent customer service
Union SQ. A very nice Barnes and Noble. Generally crowded. Good supply of calenders 2018
I've been going to this barnes and noble since I was a child and it never fails to make me feel at home with all the selection of books and I've met 2 of my favorite authors at this location.
Great book store, I love everything about it and the staff Wow are just so amazing, they're friendly and is always available to help when needed. I have no problem at all with these conditions; However, I think the store may need a bit of up to date equipments that bring out a more modernize look. Would not want to change all though because the classic look and feel of the environment in which readers sit to read, really brings the book to life. They deserve a 5 star
Very crowded a lot of selection but was surprised they didn't have more magazines that covered android information
Only had positive experiences with the staff. I ve done a lot of online orders with pick up in store and it s very convenient for after work picking up. I was at Michelle Obama s book signing and the Event staff handled everything with great professionalism and patience!
Great selections and there's nice books on sale too at times.
There is a cafe on the third floor where you can take a break from the shopping. The employees are nice and knowledgeable. They have a wonderful selection of book as well as games, stationary, music, and more.
a good experience, Good environment Plenty of selections
My favorite go to book store-especially if you have grandchildren!
Not open 24 hours a day, why even bother being open at all? I don't think that I have a great way of the day before I get a follow back on my way home from work to be the first half of the day before I get a follow back on my way home from work to be the first half of the first half was the best of the first half of the first place for a few weeks of a sudden it is not the same thing to say it was the best of the day I have a great way of life and the other hand is the only thing that would have to go back and I don't think that I can see it as an excuse for the next few weeks of a sudden it is not the same thing
Love this place to enjoy the books with coffee in same building
Well organized shelves, helpful staffs, well stocked toys and books for kids.
Love barnes and noble. Always have great books and friendly staff
What can i say. Havent bought a book here to date. Been here as the.. where do i meet you spot for 14th street and for that i give it 4 stars. Great place to wind down and relax surrounded by lit.
Barnes and Noble is always a fun place for tourists and locals alike. There's something for everyone. Not just books but toys, games, stationary, candles and so much more. Great stop for families with kids and individuals. Check out their calendar online for special events .
Excellent place, I love that there are books in Spanish and if you need help, the staff is always willing to help.
My favorite Barnes & Nobles out there! I ve been coming here for years, and love the huge selection and seating scattered throughout.
This is a really nice book store spread out over several floors. The book selection is fairly extensive and they have events with authors regularly. The location right by Union Square is convenient to get to.
A bit difficult to navigate but they really have everything.
Beautiful bookstore in a great location. Helpful sales staff and good selection.
Nice to get lost between all them books they have and if you do get to lost there is some one to point you to the right book
This is a beautiful building but has poor lighting in the Starbucks area and no seating out of it.
I've been to many Barnes and Noble but this one takes the cake!. 4 floors of books, clean public restrooms and quite a view from the top!
Some guy even let me share his table :D And you get to read as much as you want.
Best B and N in NYC. 4 Floors, nice employees, nice Starbucks.
Best place to sit drink coffee and get your read on .
Nice place to catch up on reading and do work. Cafe overlooks union square.
Very good service and you always find what you are looking for
Adult books, childrens books, it's my favorite place!!!
If you like books Barnes & Noble is the place to be. And this shop has several floors, filled with awesomeness. Great place if you need a book, or a present, but also just a really nice place to browse and see what kind of treasures you'll find!
Customer service was great place was very clean and organized food place to chill and relax
I recommend to anyone that's looking for
Some specific books or professional info
About any matters.
A great place to buy or browse books. I have found the staff to be passionate at helping customers.
It's good to keep at least one brick&morter store for new books around, and this is one of the best.
My favorite store. I could stay there for hours reading, sketching, thinking.
Always a good time with my son at Barnes and Noble. I do wish their rest rooms were clean. They were absolutely gross today
Barnes and Noble these days is mostly a toystore and game store and gift shop and magazine stand and cafe and technology store. There are still a few books... But it's less than half of what they sell. So I mean if you're looking for not-books it's a good place... I guess
The building in itself is gorgeous. The atmosphere is comfortable and gracious . They have a Cafe on the third floor and lots of sale items. I thoroughly enjoyed it. You will too!
Good variety os itens and tittles, but prices are higher than their website.
4 floors of literary heaven. Staff is awesome, great location, and books. So many books. What could be better??!!?
Large store with a great selection of books and products. They've gotten very lean on staffing over the years, so you have to look for an associate, but aside from that it's a great book store and worth paying a little more than Amazon for convenience and to keep it open.
Beautiful and big with a great selection of books and coffee
Amazing place to get most to all the books that you need
One of the last bookstores in NYC... too many toys and other stuff and not enough books, but whatever it takes to keep them open!
I literally love this place! Here you have a coffee shop on the periodicals level in case you want to sit down and have a coffee while reading. If you have kids, you can go to the children's floor that is filled with different games and toys.
