Many years ago I visited The Palace Suites, where many friends reside. It is an admirable site both for the beauty and good taste of the environment and for the system of operation that allows to offer its residents and visitors the most exquisite treatment. The Palace Suites exposes a varied plan of daily activities and events of different natures that satisfy all the expectations. Particularly the Department of Entertainment offers a varied program that allows to please all tastes.

Wow i have no words to describe this place, such a great experience for my grandparents. They love living there and there s so many activities for them, they are having the best time!!!
You will not find a better place for your loved one(s) to reside. It's like a cruise ship that never leaves port. The staff is excellent and caring and no request is too small for them to fulfill. Excellent food and parties where family members can attend for free (up to a limit). I am very happy that my 92 year-old mom is there and enjoying as many things as she can. Live music almost every day, happy hour, etc.
This place is over the top. Families are invited on a monthly basis to huge events with live entertainment & plenty of food making enjoyable every visit. I've had the chance to play for them & these seniors really know how to have fun. Great community.

It is a wonderful place, my wife and I went to visit some friends and we were surprised by the care and service they provide to the elderly.
Apart from the care and variety of activities that give the elderly the treatment they are given is something of incalculable value,
The cleanliness is 5 stars, it is something to highlight in any area of the place. A girl who seemed to be the manager attended to us a thousand wonders when we spilled a liquid on the floor, the service was super fast and the treatment very professional.

Working with residents weekly for many years I m always delighted to see/hear their enthusiasm about life in the Suites. Adrian and Nava are incredibly attuned to the wants and need of their flock and it is a joy for me ( as a former family member and social worker) to see so many people so pleased, so often with their life circumstances.

The service is spectacular, all the employees are so caring and helpful they truly make sure everything is more than perfect. I have been to a couple events at The Palace and they never seize to amaze me. They get better every time and are perfect for families with members of all ages! Great place for seniors and grandkids! The professional management team are always very attentive and accommodating.

The amazing staff at The Palace Suites in Kendall has gone over and beyond my family s expectations in making sure our mother felt welcomed and fully supported while she moved in last month. From the management to the sales, transition, dining and front office staff to housekeeping and maintenance, everyone has been 100% on board in making sure mom s needs are fully taken care of. The communication with the family has been amazing and any questions or issues are quickly addressed.
I also want to mention how we all appreciate the open, warm and caring disposition of all who work there. Smiles are always waiting for you when you walk in the door.
Most importantly, mom has transitioned beautifully and is taking full advantage of the delicious meals, activities and outings. She s even exercising, something we thought we d never see. The monthly friends and family events can t be missed! So much fun and there is tons of entertainment, food and drinks galore!

My uncle lived at The Palace Suites for many years. Although he was quite independent when he arrived, during the last year of so his life (he died at 96) he needed a lot of care. I was his next-of-kin, but I live far away. I was very lucky that my uncle was at The Palace, where the staff ensured he had everything he needed. While I've heard that some independent living facilities are unhappy when residents become more dependent, but that wasn't the case at The Palace. The staff genuinely cared about my uncle's health and happiness and kept me posted on his welfare. I don't know what I would have done without them.

From the first day I arrived everyone treated me very well and they knew my name, my son has visited me several times and says that he would like to retire to live with me, I love to do exercises and every day I exercise at least 5 times. I love live here.
This is the most beautiful senior living community I've ever seen. The staff and management are hands on, caring and focused on all needs of the residents. A true blessing to our elderly.

There is always so much to do for active seniors in this place. From yoga, tai chi, zumba, water aerobics to casino games & daily happy hours with open bar, the Palace Suites rocks. I've been to many of their monthly events & they never cease to surprise family & friends with new themes & exquisite food choices. Every Friday, residents go out in excursions & also have access to season tickets for the theatres in the area. Great place for Mom.

My longtime family friends love being here and they invite us for dinner and the food is great and the dining room beautiful. They have cocktail parties upstairs in their suite and they invite many of their friends, long-standing and new, who live here as well. A warm vibrant atmosphere in the lobby and cozy comfortable residences. And I always see that the staff is thoughtful and attentive.
My husband s grandmother is a resident here and she loves it! The Palace makes it feel like home for her and are always so welcoming and friendly when we visit :)

My mother has lived at The Palace Suites for five years. It is luxurious and beautifully maintained. The staff is responsive whenever my mother has a need. There are numerous daily activities ranging from exercise and crafts classes, happy hour entertainment, evening shows and frequent special event buffets for residents and their families. Gabriel Garrido is a superb general manager.
I had never heard of the Palace Suites untill I went to visit a friend who lives there. The place was amazing. The vibe of the employees was very welcoming and polite.
