This is sad..how can a machine takes so much on a night.This place not the same..at first I was happy to come and relax..now for past year a bit upset,that u go home with more stress that u came with.Not a lucky happy chappie at all lately.Just not me..we come in a group..and some nights not one of the a 5 go home with. A smile anymore

i lost a lot of money. you dont get free games often and if you do, it does not even pay near the amount that you put in the machine. i go there to relax a bid, but lately you only stress.
You control the machines and turn it low low down . it is a shame . i know it is just a business but realy to everyone I speak I ge negative feedback on losing their money at grand west. there is no balance. so sorry for people who is addictate to gamble, because they go there month after month losing their money by giving it to Grandwest and then I heard they pay their employees a very poor salary and they are short staff. which make me think in who's pockets are the money going to. is it the same scenario as the goverment? corruption? I am just asking. Because that is how i feel after walking out there for the 5th, 6th or even 10th time with nothing. Scary stuff. Entertainment? No not anymore. so sad.

Pleasant experience... I happened to come on a day of a show and found the parking lot and foyer to be extremely crowded despite the food court and arcade area to be very empty... overall good outing to the bowling and arcade with friends

Terrible place. The staff is so rude they have no manners at all. I would not recommend going to this place

Went there last night to try out the gambling side of things. First time trying out. Went to the cashier to get a card and was "helped" by a gentleman called Mvelase who found it too much effort to take down my details to create a profile. Said I should rather draw money and go to the machines around the corner. This lead to me rather leaving and not trying out the gambling as it seemed to be too much effort.

On the other hand, my wife had an amazing experience with the Siphokazi next to him that was a trainee and was extremely helpful.

Unfortunately it takes one bad apple to ruin it. Doubt I will go back give it a try again....
