Very disappointing. Ordered the steak with chips, very small meat portion

Went to see a concert there, was pretty amazing, the vibe was friendly and the staff helpful. Compared to Green Point Stadium, I think I just found my favourite place to see a concert. Thanks for the experience

The spaces between the food stalls are tiny, when standing in a queue you have zero personal space!

Awesome service.. 5 STAR Treatment... Stayed for a week and each day felt like the first! I will definitely recommend this place for all ages. They have a kiddies section, Casino, High rollers Casino which is the Prive, bars restaurants, Movie theatre ,a massive ice rink for Adults and for the tiny tots a mini ice rink. Best experience ever!

If you are looking for entertainment for the kids as well as adults then Grand West has you covered. Not only is there a casino but there is hours of fun under one roof. Great stuff and brilliant professional service.

Can get busy at times, but in general there is a lot of fun to be had here

Exciting and very much a entertaining place . Nice foods bars and games section. Best ice rink in cape town and a huge gambling floor makes it a very awesome place to have fun.

Well, what can you say about a casino... they have a wide variety of machines to play on, tables etc. You win some money, you probably lose most of your money, but you have fun doing it! There are also activities for people who do not enjoy gambling or for people under 18. The is ice skating, bowling, cinemas, restaurants, a candy store that sells imported sweets. And of course the Grand Arena where every so often there are concerts or comedy shows.

It had good service, not crowded, safe and consistent on sanitizing people coming in to restaurants. It was very clean and and the stuff was very friendly

The greatest place to lose yourself and your money if you a gambler yet also a great place to just visit, take the kids or your significant other for a bite to eat or a quick show... Lots to do in such a small space

Food is always nice, entertainment for the kids is always good but service in all sectors are vere very slow

A place that caters for the whole family with the casino floor, ice rink, movie theater and arcade. Only downfall would be that the arcade is somewhat small comparing to others and also quite expensive.

The food and wine show was more of a wine and food show, but it was still well executed, all the staff at the stalls was friendly, eager to tell you more of there wines and it's background. Overall it was a great experience and educational. Well worth the time

Went ice skating... Had a bad fall because I made a mistake but still had a ball of a time...

I have just attended the Cannabis Convention at Grand West Casino. It was a brilliant Collective, a world bridging display that gathered folk from many places and world views.

The cinema is not that great. I feel it was filthy. The moment I sat on my seat I could smell that it was not sanitary. The environment was a bit flithy. The popcorn spicing holders were empty leaving me with only one option instead of a variety. I feel that I will not go to that cinema franchise again. Further more the casino seems to be top notch but I have not explored other stores and the entire casino in general because of my cinematic experience

Great place for entertainment and relaxation. There is something for everyone! Ice skating, Cinema, Arcade and Bowling! There is also a wide variety of food available.

Im not one for gambling but if you wanna go to the arcade be prepared to pay double what you use to at any other wonderland as tokens are 2 rand also dont have a large variety of games to choose from and also if stuck up gangster wannabes teens is your idea of good inhabitants or a good place for them to be with by all means this is the place for you

It was an amazing experience. It's very organised, secure and clean with a variety of activities to partake in and a wide variety of restaurant options that cater for the majority. The parking is extensive and affordable. Events such as concerts are often be daunting when it comes to leaving but the security and parking staff are well prepared and make the exiting process smooth and speedy.

Surely they don't need a measly R10 to park there and especialy annoying for us professional drivers who drop off and pick up paying customers. Typically South African cheap!

Great range of facilities and restaurant. Excellent international and local talent perform here. Adequate parking ... But flow of traffic in- and out need to be reorganised.

The entrance at the train station is closed but the security guards were so rude couldn't believe it

One side is more secure than the other especially the restaurant side its unsafe always there are people asking for loose change.. Can the security be more visible everywhere. Besides i like coming here

Went to the Brian Ferry concert. Obviously very busy, but excellent security and stewards in attendance. Minimal delays in parking or queues.

Wow!! Never ever been to such a big shopping experience with my family now what was the tops in all the beautiful and top notch shops was indoor ice skating . Had a tough time removing my kids when it was tym to leave

Been coming here for years....could be 15 years from a kid growing into a adult, Ice rink is still lekker and quite affordable, bowling is abit pricy i feel but in terms of the casino itself, i enjoy visiting even if I do lose a bit. Food in the Prive is good

I always go watch the live EFC events there which is great. The bowling and ice skating is also a lot of fun. It's a great place for a group of friends to hangout and have some fun.

You can lose track of time here. Parking is abit spread out. Many food and dessert options

The Pinkster Gospel show was totally off the hook. We were blessed with all artist and the atmosphere was Holy Spiritfilled.

GrandWest is beautiful place, clean and you can go out with your family to have some funny, you can even take your family, and friends to Ice skating or WonderLand.

Due to the Covid 19 I liked how their set up on entrance for screenings.

Grandwest has loads of hidden gems to discover. From the live entertainment for the mature to the arcade for the young at heart. Fast food for the ones not willing to wait on food and restaurants for those who want some good food and good company. You could always try your hand at the slots if you're feeling lucky, before finding your way out.

We were in ALL the shops and events exept for the shows movies and tempenbouling. Thet would be our next time around.

Fantastic had the best fun in the last 20 years , had a great breakfast at Wimpy and won dome awesome cash on a slot machine. I would recommend it anyone looking for a good time.

Went for skating. Skates were extremely uncomfortable, if you have worn regular skates before you won't last long in these. We went during a public skate but there was a figure skating team practicing there. Didn't give us much room, made us feel like we shouldn't be there.

To keep the family busy for the day it's a great place. Ice skating, movies, gambling, laser tag, restaurants, bars etc. Also there are live shows at the arena so it's an event hosting area as well. Location is central and easy access from main roads.

Great place to go and eat or watch s show. The Casino is big and tempting but dont be fooled you will loose your hard earned money. Usualy and in previous years you could win some cash but not anymore be warned you will loose your money. The place has a lot of parking and Covid rules are followed. Its also well cept and no loafers or unwellcomed people around. Gteat place to go watch a movie and have something to eat while your vehicle is safe outside. Beware however the Casino will take your money, dont even try your luck.

You win some you loose some I guess still lost a day of my life but had a blast.

We as a group of 7 had a fantastic time here with the laser tag and bowling. The security around the premises was good and they were friendly, too. The food court has a vast array of restaurants and a movie cinema to explore.
The flat rate of R10 offers cheap parking and is an added bonus.
The staff's willingness to help differs from kiosk to kiosk, but overall were kind.
We'll definitely attend again.
