It just is not the same Boardwalk that I am used to. It is like a 'ghost town'. Maybe it will be beter after all the changes are finished

An awesome place to visit and very safe during covid

Not easy access for card holders and visitors have to "apply" for entry.

Amazing hotel,rooms large and spacious only down side was breakfast very poor for a hotel of this calabar! No boiled eggs , no bacon- when I asked for these I waited 15min!

An absolute mission to get onto casino..... bad and slllooowww service..... will never come back to this 3rd world casino...... painfull

The machine is not sanitize after I played on the machine. They are very good at the cashier

Very poor, machines were set up not even to get credits for a bit of anything game, to me it was more like blatant robbery, just my opinion.

The experience was fair. If you don't already have a card, expect a wait of up to 45 minutes while you go through the enrollment process. Only then can you enter. Some machines are blocked from use to enable social distancing, but some machines are simply broken. Once playing though, it can be entertaining.

A lovely and exciting place to visit for gambling and recreational purposes

Absolutely terrible staff and attendants they make you feel unwelcome the floor and door staff

Enjoyed the openness around the entrance and closeness to the beach and promenade.

Cashiers could be increased at times the casino is full, it's frustrating standing in que when I could be making money. Otherwise overall experience is top class

Staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Walked out after 35 minutes of waiting to be served. Very unlike Port Elizabeth!

Very few machines, my favorite poker machine are not working. Even when a spin comes, it gives no pleasure of playing and relaxing in my favourite place

Had such a lovely day out with the family. The water fountain and lake with waterside restaurants are so relaxing and fun. There are so much to do. entertainment for the kids. kiddies rides. lovely big fish in the lake. inside the casino also plenty to do besides gambling. Very neat and clean. excellent security. restrooms are clean. secure parking.

The vibe is gone because of Covid19. Not much people but very strict regulations in place. Did enjoy my promo that I got for my birthday

It s beautiful, so many spots to take pictures, you can take pictures until you get tired. The view to the sea is amazing.

Wow had nice time Really had good time there. Thats was my first time at Casino. I went there to exchange money but i felt in love that place. Nice crowds and Cooprative staff following Covid norm. Nice facilities in and around Casino. Nearby city and Handicapped friendly environment. I wish to visit again.

The service at reception was extremely poor and incompetent wrt the COVID checking. No cleaning staff in the gaming area or checking and cleaning machines, felt a little unsafe.

Ever since I play almost every day to the casino but my problem is I never had my called when the is a draw moust of the time the call same people

Very relaxing going there. Neat, clean and sanitizers everywhere.

At the help desk there was a problem and we ended up waiting 2 hours in the line to get a card. We ended up going to another station to get cards printed. Once inside, I had a great time

Decent spread of stores and food outlets avaliable, close to all ammenties and on the blue flag main Beach.

It's good but needs more stuff for kids to do. Lil boring

Seems understaffed as parts of the casino were dirty. The restaurants have a poor food and drink offering. Staff at the Boardwalk Cafe were unfriendly. I won t be back.

social distancing is taken extremely serious with management,for every 5 machines the middle 3 are not available for gambling ,giving comfortable and safe space between patrions.it still boasts an atmosphere of magical expectations.staff are proffesionals.neat and very polite.information about the casino are on posters so patrions can find wherever they want to go inside the building.it has a smoking section and a non smoking section.floor staff are just about everywhere so getting help or information are relatively quick and easy.

Service in the lounch area is very poor. What happened to 1st come 1st serve. Sitting for half an hour. Every body around me get served. Ater an hour, I get told 15 more minutes. No way keep your food.

Great steps taken for covid19. All staff wear masks and lots and sanitizer avalible well done.

Awesome entertainment for the whole family. Entertainment at its best in this times of covid19 and the dreadful lockdown that keeps us grounded @ home for most of the day

Good covid screening, but you must enter through the smoking area, which is a covid hazard, inside non smoking there is social distancing, but too many people with masks not covering their noses and people without masks walking with empty cups, as if they drink something just not to have a mask on. Outside buildings at casino are almost all close down a ghost town. The lake water need to be clean before it is too late with the plants covering the water.

Service in the restaurant has improved, but still no staff available on the casino floor.

It's an entertainment place with restaurants and play centres next to it.

It was nice but not a woow factor. Maybe it was a slow Sunday.. Their wasn't a lot to do or people around, it seems dead.. Anyway but i did take pictures thro.. Good memories o

The worst gambling spot I have ever been I don't think that you will make a nother year Amen.

I have been going for years but no jackpot and winnings- also in the smoking area some people were smoking but no masks you should ban smoking

People only put their cards in and don't play the machine and block other people to play the machines
