Bowling lane 10 do have problems. Other lanes was working good. Staff frendly and help all the time

Went to the Hussar Grill Restaurant, it's very classy and they served us delicious and reasonably priced meals. Excellent service rendered and very friendly staff. Loved every minute and certainly go back.

Really nice place and enjoyable for kids and adults but needs renovation, space is limited around holiday time and there are so many people that it's hard to get around. Especially the food court.

Took some teens to the Ice Rink during the holidays. They enjoyed their time there.

Great place to go if you dont know wheare to go, just need More for kids.

Lovely venue, very beautiful and well maintained. The entertainment is lacking and some of the facilities need upgrading and/maintenance.
Worth the visit if you are a fan of the Sun International brand.

It is a nice big casino floor with lots of machines to choose from. The food court area is lovely. There is also 10 pin bowling and an ice rink. However, the arcade is archaic, with outdated video games that are worse than a playstation 2. Overall its a typical South African casino.

It was terrible the entire non smoking has 2 bars open and 1 bar attender. There at least a 10 minute wait before getting served. It's absolutely pathetic. I thought I was in a small pub with that time of service. You have to up your game grandwest. Your service is not the standard of the sun international group

It's OK but probably needs a bit of an overhaul. Amazing Cape Town has only Casino offering.

Nice place for all age groups. There are many entertainment places and restaurants. From ice skating rings to a cinema. Prices are also reasonable. I've never went for the casino part by the way.

Attended the Cape Town Motor Show @ Grandwest Casino! Had a fabulous time. From classics and classy to race cars and motorcycles - Heaven on wheels! Great show, great atmosphere magnificent day!

Fantastic venue for everyone function. Want to Gamble, see a concert, go to a restaurant, even your fast foods, Ice Staking, Huge Games room. Also Security is really good. When you inside, you feel safe. This venue is Wheelchair friendly too.

Extremely rude staff at the Guest relations, and extremely incompetent people gaurding the entrance to the casino floor. Standards have dropped over past few years. Very disappointing.

2 hotel, casino, kids entertainment, restaurants, movies and more. Nices Ola e to get away from the family for a day or a weekend break

Its a decent place to chill & have fun bit as soon as you enter the building security starts judging you by how you are dressed

Great protocols for covid 19 in place, however the place was overcrowded. I love GrandWest but I will only be back once the pandemic is over.

I like Grandwest also. I go there often. But i must warn you, please don't go there with the hope of winning if you plan to gamble. Go there for fun or to just try it out with a specific amount you wanna play with. Do not withdraw more if you loose and send me R100 if you win :)

Great entertainment place for family and friends alot of eating places entertainment for kiddies

Very very pathetic. Can't help it. But i spend there money everyday. But walk out of that place empty handed. Without a single sent..... UNACCEPTABLE

Took kids to enjoy a few moments at the Magic Company play facility and was disgusted at the cost of the entertainment. It had literally doubled in cost and the facility was more run down than it was when I last visited. There was nothing new to offer since my previous visit when it was half the price, it also employs less staff at the ticket exchange point which also takes a lot more time (which is also valuable) from the customer and their kids. Will not take my kids there again.

Great to go ice skating. Lots of entertainment available for young and old.

Need to change the operating times of the magic company online as it says open 24hr, when my child arrived it was closed what a waste of time driving through for nothing

Everything cordoned off, not all restaurants operating. Staff at the Spur, however, were amazing and made up for the lack of ambiance in the area.

Safe and secure. Lots of activities to keep yourself occupied aswell as good restaurants/takeaways and entertainment. It hosts world class events/shows of international aswell as local stars. A bit on the expensive side, but a nice place to visit for old and young and it has free wifi.

DO NOT go here month end. It was disgustingly packed. For a very large establishment, you would think there would be some sort of system in place for overcrowding. Otherwise the place is great, loads of options for eating, games etc

Stood in an extremely long line as we forgot our VIP card at home turned around after 15minutes of waiting in the line to enter the building

Attended a Sam Smith concert and traffic was horrendous leaving the venue afterwards. Other than that, security and the offerings of a casino environment ticked all the boxes

The games area is a excellent place to take the kids to have some fun. There's a bowling alley and Lazer tag.

The sound coming from Hanover tonight was unbearable. I don't know who the performers were but please never have them back. They were so false and just unbearably loud. Sounded like a very bad karaoke. You spoil the experience for all restaurants around you. Cannot believe grandest would allow this

This place is not so much fun as they make it out to be. I spent ZAR9000 and did not even get a feature. What fun .

Dont go early in the morning. No coffee available as the beverage sections are all closed. Staff rude and feel they are doing you a favour.

Huge out of town centre that caters for the whole family. Whether you're looking for ice skating, restaurants, bars, concerts, slot machines, fast foods there's something for you. Plenty of parking at a reasonable price. Only 20-25 minutes from Cape Town centre. Gamble responsibly.

I always have a good time. Staff is super friendly. The staff is Very helpful too.

I had supper quarter deck. Was very disappointed with the food. Almost all the dishes was very salty. It was the first time I ate there. It was our wedding anniversary. What a bad experience. Time wasted

Over enough entertainment for young and more matured

Hours could be spent, not noticing time going by.

Variety of eateries and even those with a sweet tooth are catered for.

A cinema is also included for those wanting to get away from the noise and rush of it all, including a hotel to spend the night or two where your every need will be taken care of.

Be sure to have enough time set aside, aa you will need it with the endless amount of things to keep one busy under one roof.

Its a good place if u have children and grand children. Lots of games parents can play and interact with their kids. Young people love the skating rink and the movies.
