Very nice hotel. Room is good. The rooftop bar is nice. All staff are nice and polite. Breakfast meal also great. Recommend!

+ Location is perfect and staff are all smiling. The bakery on the lobby floor is very tasty. Breakfast has plenty of choices and good taste.

- Room is quite small and no soundproof. We had booked this hotel on a separate period. We were given a corner room on our first booking. That room was nice with a big bathroom and not noisy. However, when we checked in on our second visit, I requested a corner room again but the reception told us that there was none available. She said "I will give you a better room". At the end we got the room in front of the elevators (3412) which made it very noisy and the curtain in the bathroom was not working. As it was already late at night and we were tired from our trip so we decided to stick to that room. On the next day, we went to the same reception and informed her about the problem that the room she was giving to us was not a better one at all. She replied "We will take it into account and try our best for your next visit." As an SPG member, we usually stay at the Athenee hotel or the Sheraton Sukhumvit when we visit BKK. We chose the Marriott Thong Lor this time because of its skybar which was at the end just happened to be a tourist trap. I've been to Octave at the beginning of its opening. It was way better at that time. At the end my partner and I agreed that we would not consider Marriott Sukhumvit again for our next trip to Bangkok, but he Athenee and Sheraton instead.

- They double charged my credit cards and disagreed that it was their fault until I really insisted and showed them my credit card statement.

Quiet place with friendly staff and local community surrounding

Beautiful hotel with excellent dining and a great rooftop bar. The suite we stayed in was superb. However, only gets three stars as their staff tried to scam us. We requested a taxi to Siem Paragon with the front desk. They sent us an unmetered car who would not name price and wanted to take us to get Armani suits made. Ended up finding our own transportation that trip and from then on.

Great hotel in central location. Public transport is just a short walk away. Extremely friendly staff, superb international breakfast buffet. The rooftop bar gives you a nice view of Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel.

The overall service is very good. The staff are very enthusiastic. Service is smiling. Good food, good price, good food, clean, but should be changed from boiled leng sab to Chinese food.

Always friendly and professional. Clean and elegant throughout. The Lobby lounge, 57th street restaurant, and the District Grill Room serve amazing food. The room can use a little updating, (choppy TV reception, broken phone on desk, and some lights not working) but clean and comfortable.
I was not happy with the bed (a little worn out, saggy in the middle, and too soft for my liking).
The poolside is comfortable and the salt-water pool is great for the soul.
I have stayed at better facilities but the quality of service makes a big difference.

The hotel is at the mouth of Soi Thonglor, not difficult to find, but the traffic is very bad as well. If you are not driving, you can come to the skytrain. There is Skywalk, you can walk down to the front of the hotel. It is very convenient. The hotel is good. There is Tea Time & Lounge for members as well.

Went to the sky bar. The view is wonderful. Drinks are good.

Hotel is well maintained and staff are friendly, The location is very close to BTS station (thong lo) which make commuting around the city very easy. The only drawback is the room layout with bed facing the toilet but this does reuin the experience. lounge access was extremely useful.

Only went to the rooftop bar. The views are amazing. 360 of Bangkok. Very beautiful at night. Definitely should visit when in Bangkok. Service is also good.

Perfect place, the rooftop bar is stunning and the whole hotel is a very good shape.
The breakfast buffet is hughe and offers choices for everyone.
The lounge is also a nice place to be, super kind stuff - Jeff is one of the most kind and helpful hotel associates I've met in a while.
They offer a nice mix of Thai and western food and serve good cocktails as well.
But the place to go for cocktails is definitely the Octave bar on top.
Rooms are clean and in good shape too, but we haven't found out how to switch the bathtub faucet to the shower head. But who cares?

3rd time at the marriot. Good location with BTS and a ton of thong lor eateries nearby

Perfect in everything. Owner, very kind staff, spacious room and breakfast to no end. In short, nothing is missing. Gym, massages, sauna, Turkish bath.

Was only in the Skybar - which is a bit too busy, but the view is of course great

A beautiful hotel with very tastefully decorated rooms in a modern style. The breakfast is excellent and has a good selection, the pool is a good size, there are enough beach chairs and umbrellas ready. The staff is very attentive and friendly and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. To emphasize is of course the great Skybar with a class DJane and good drinks. The, as you would not normally expect, in such exceptional bars around the world, but the prices were okay and the happy hour from 17:00 - 19:00 is fun! The hotel can absolutely be recommended!

Total. I have a few days suffered that exactly above my bedroom (21st floor, this apartment) is the BATH rooms, which at night, the tenants went about his business very loudly. Hear as if you were inside the bath. Sensations such that it is going to collapse on your bed. Really loud and scary! NO one on reception did nothing to change something for me.
Important. I received NO apology for the disgusting time spent in this hotel. At the time of my departure, the General Manager stood on the balcony of the lobby and cowardly with a smile watching me. His business card, which he very haughtily gave me, passing by in the early days, I kindly threw it in the trash. It's just a piece of paper of an employee.
I'm deeply offended by all this ugliness and remote from Tripadviser my very neat first review.

This hotle Isn t unproperly five stars hotel . I booked too many marriot hotel group , this is the worst service i haven seen in marriot hotel group. Service too slow , don t have any service mind . I m not suggest you book this hotel .

Many rooms, good location, great breakfast, expensive price

Have the opportunity to use the 57th restaurant .. various food Eat together. Great value .. Pork fried rice, simple menu for the whole table to eat and see how delicious it is. If anyone passes, try to use the service. Overall, we like to give 5 stars.

Staff is exceptionally helpful and easy to deal with. The room was clean, comfortable, hot shower, amazing view, close to a lot of restaurants and spas. While it's a little on the more costly side for the area, it was worth it for a short stay.

This has to be one of my favorite hotels! Our room was incredible. So spacious, and so pretty. I enjoyed everything about it. The room stayed cool throughout the day which is such a luxury to come into in Thailand. After some rough hotels around Thailand, I was happy to be here. The staff was also very helpful and truly catered to your every need.

Great place, staff well trained and alway helpful. Clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Roof top restaurant +++ , better tp book table in advance. Prices ok. Anyway, if you want 5* you cant look at price.

When I went to Thailand, I often stay at this hotel. Close to the station, restaurant, Thai massage shop, location is the best!

The hotel is within walking distance from Thonglor Station. There is no status paper, but you can have breakfast at the back of the lobby. There is a children's room and a children's pool that I am happy with the family, I generally like it.

i forgot my i-phone in the taxi but luckely Chok was there to help me find
and traceback my phone. one hour later i had my phone back thanks to Chok en the other

Nice staff, hotel was clean and well kept. The food was ok, I was not a fan of the breakfast buffet.

Being a honeymoon member due to my honeymoon stay, the decoration of the room immediately made me laugh! Gave a chocolate dish and had a bunch of flowers. The bathtub was also sprinkled with petals, which couldn't help admiring the hotel's intentions. Everyone in the service staff smiled and greeted with enthusiasm. During the FIFA World Cup, there is a big screen on the first floor of the hotel to play the ball game. I ordered two drinks and sat down in the lobby to watch it. The bed was very sleepy and the scenery was very good. The only pity was that it did not experience it because of the rain on the top floor sky bar. It is about five minutes walk from BTS, and many restaurants near the alleys of the massage shops are also very delicious. Will stay here next time!

Very nice staycation here. We live in Bangkok and cannot travel due to the pandemic so took advantage of a local deal at this Marriott. The hotel is slightly dated but very nicely maintained and still stylish.Our room was well appointed with nice views, definitely up to 5 star standards. Various on site restaurants all had great food with very helpful staff. The rooftop bar is outstanding. Many people probably visit just for it.
