Very few airports in India has done what blr airport has done & I feel The Quad by Blr is an example of it. Beautiful ambience, each restaurant is unique on it's own. Recently visited the Barley and Grapes. Lovely staff, food and service. Kudos

Considering covid 19 situation, airport is fully prepared. Almost all contact less desk and procedure. You can have PPE kit by your own as well.

Hygienic maintenance good assistance best ever I've seen

It was neat and maintained. Toilets however need repeated cleaning due to COVID situation.

This is one the finest and fastest airport in India. It is designed well .

Airport is well managed and all safety precaution have been taken care. Automated Sanitising machines have been installed. Contactless, entry, temperature check, contactless security verification, self service Boarding process is in place. No need of printed boarding pass at all. Digital boarding pass with barcode scanning ia used everywhere, be it entry, check-in, boarding, security check etc. Good experiance overall. Face shield, ppe kit, mask are provides as a standard during Covid-19 situation. Everyone must follow social distancing seriously, that's the only thing missing and are not being enforced.

The airport is very clean and well maintained. staffs are really good, friendly and helpful. atmosphere is really good. Variety of food is available. Both domestic and international lounge is good. This is one of the best airport in India. the airport approach road is beautiful with lots of plants and trees. One can easily spend their time in airport between flight changes. The security check is fast.

The airport that I like the most. No confusions, very elegant and it is expanding. The only thing is, right now, there are very long line wait to get entry. Do come at least 2 hours early.

KIA Airport is Great Space filled with Helpful Persons. You will not find yourself alone. Last Night, I was there and my daughter got seperated from us, immediately CISF and Airport Helpdesk helped us in locating her. My Experience with KIA Airport was great always.

Works like a well oiled machine. All signboards and instructions in right places. Airport staff behaves professionally. You certainly will miss this in any other airport of India. East or West... Bangalore airport is the best!

One of the fine and well equipped and facilities with technology. I been traveling from this airport last 5 years it's been amazing experience.

Clean,good behaviour by staffs,easy acess to everything like Toilets,Drinking water,gates,etc.

Car parking not at convenient location due to construction.

Very neat and clean. I had a little difficulty finding Uber taxi spot since it's too organised. But the staff is very helpful so could find it easily.

This is wrt my last flight experience, there is no social distancing followed in these scary times. No administration. Avoid taking flights on Sundays.

At this Covid duration, airport facility will provide you a clean and safe environment for waiting of you flight, and proper entrance of you with social distancing, Manually print your baggage token with wending machine and tied it with your baggage.

If your seat is middle then they are providing you a lab coat type, and for every passenger they are giving you a kit (a mask, a face shield, 5 packs of sanitizer). Travel experience on 30/July/2020

It is an airport with a good construction site and the security guards here are very helpful to the passengers and are in the best condition in all respects like toilets.

The people at all counters are very helpful. The place is hygeneic. There are people during the covid season to give instructions, especially in for going about to the next steps.
Please ensure you come early, it's a busy airport. Lots of commuters.

Very well maintained processes during covid. Absolutely zero touch entry and exit from the airport. All protocols followed, total cooperation from well trained staff.

Bangalore international airport.. or Kempegowda international airport.. have enough space for all passengers.. with duty free stores like watch , liquor, chocolate, perfumes... It also has lounge and they are free (if we have corporate cards, and they just swipe only 2 RS).

Airport is well maintained, cleaned and disinfected thoroughly. Quite big and busy but well organized and ordered. You'd want to reach atleast 2 hours before your flight time to avoid last time rush. Has only one Terminal for both domestic and international flights. Adequate stores for meals but overpriced.

Deserted arrival area...parking for vehicles has become a mess....

By far the most beautiful and clean airport I have visited in India. It's beauty starts when you take airport entrance road and the exterior is as beautiful as the interior is. They maintain lot of greenery inside airport. I have taken KIAS bus which is a Volvo bus service well connected, with Banglore's heavy traffic these bus services are as fast as any cab but 1/4th the money. You got all the customer care executive available 24x7 at their respective counters. Staff is very polite and professional.

This is my favourite airport in India. It's aesthetically more beautiful than other prominent airports of Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Delhi and Mumbai T1.
The domestic transfers are very easy, airport is not crowded even at peak hours, plenty of food outlets and shops, plenty of toilets, plenty of seating arrangements with nice leather cushioning.
Air-conditioning is also good and lighting adds to the ambiance.
It's also very simple for passengers to navigate, architecture and interior is really good.
The thing I liked the most about this airport unlike others, is the Shops don't become a hurdle while you are in hurry to reach your Gate.

Nice Airport, The Lounge and food quality is good. As of Now International Lounge is closed so there is heavy rush in Domestic Lounge . North and South Indian dishes are fabulous. Also the quality of Lemon rice is too good. Loved the Baby Care Room especially designed and advertised by Himalaya Baby Products. The Baby Care Room is well hygienic and maintained.
Well silenced Airport and Bangalore is maintaining the same.
Even CISF Security Check In Staff is co-operative and when you have an infant they will always greet you....

Airport is very nice and very clean. In Each and every part of the airport is very neat. All types of facilities are available. Special Airport bus also available to airport All types of foods are here. Faculty was good and quick respond. In night time lighting is attractive.

Announcement. You have to look for the timing and gate and get through it. It have ample parking space and drop in and drop out is free. Have lots of food option and communication is not an problem 24*7.

KIA is the best airport I have been to in India.The staff is very polite,friendly and helpful.They dont give you any reason to complain.Prayer room,lounge,chic little cafes,they have all the amenities you could ask for.The washrooms are very clean.I also spotted a small automatic shoe polishing machine which was really helpful as I had to go for an interview right after.The only con being its really really far away from the city,some 40kms.But it seems thats how the thing is in cities expanding at exponential rates.The Cab drivers will suck you hard,try using Uber or Ola coupon for some relief.

One of the busiest international airports in India. Exteriors as well as interiors are very well maintained. The only problem with the airport is that it's pretty far from Bangalore city. Buses are available 24x7 to almost every part of Bangalore city. Cab services are available from the airport (airport cab).
Alternatively UBER and OLA cabs may also be booked from here. There arededicated parking slots for online cabs.

Poor. Not able staff. Had pretty bad experience at security check. No social distancing. Not efficient to handle the rush... Really pathetic.....sorry

Missing mobile charger from xray belt

On 6th March evening around 730 pm i did security check in on the extreme left hand side- last but one x ray belt.
I was traveling from Bangalore to Hyderabad by spicejet flight SG 1239.

I had removed all electronic accessories and kept it on the tray. I had also removed my dash mobile charging adaptor. Post screening when i collected my
other items I saw that the dash Mobile charger was missing.
I informed the concerned security staff about the missing item - either it might have fallen or misplaced or someone might have lifted it - Please check?. He did a half hearted check, didn't find anything and instead was asking me if i really screened it?

Please investigate this at your end.

All the facilities are available with a perfect systematic. Beautiful airport.

I love this place. Although I have visited here once, but wish to visit here again. It is a place known for its night-life, and parks. A lot of great temples are also here like Shiva temple. Bangalore Palace is most fascinating here. Bangalore is a very nice place to once in a lifetime. I have a lot of memories from this place as this is the first place I went through aeroplane.

Poor staff, average cleanliness and organization is bad.... Karnataka us such a clean state, I expected more

It's a well maintained airport and surrounding premises. For people staying close to the airport, it used to be good place to dine out given the choice of restaurants available, before the COVID-19 pandemic changed our lives.

Travel date 21st Oct 2020.

Lounge offered packed meal box, we opted Biryani and took it into the flight.

Good but need much more improvement and need to make it modern, not the andhbishwas!!!

Come on Assam, plz grow up, be modern with good thoughts.

They have tried there best to maintain social distance and they regularly announce about the covid awareness to the passengers..
