Clean! Well maintained! Good Security staffs ! Awesome infrastructure!
You can fly to ant destination ! Well connected!

It used to be very the best but now staff are not good.

The most organized and well maintained airport in India.
The way the staff maintain the crowd in the rush hours is appreciable and the technologies and comfort level is at par.

And it's a really nice long drive from Bangalore though

Too much rush, people aren't following any social distancing. You've to take your own precautions.

Very nice look and services also good but airport lounge is not easily see able

Good airport with plenty of place and runway.
Parking place also more than other airports.
But they r not well settled yet as they need to improve more.
Quiet place and all facilities available.
Not too rush with check in..
Clean and peace place..

This is an excellent, well known, International Airport in India. I went to my son's house at Bangaluru...

This Airport is simply amazing, the departure , the arrivals, the lounges, the eateries area .etc.everything are well planned and spacious. Even if you happen to reach the airport a couple of hours earlier you have plenty of avenues to kill your time both inside the airport as well as outside. I would suggest to reach the airport 3-4 hours earlier just to soak in and experience this.
During this pandemic allmost all are following the Covid rules and regulations, all flight staffs ensure that every passenger is safe.

Facility for even short term parking for 30 minutes or less is quite a walk.. at least 10 minutes to the terminal

The airport is great, the only issue is it's very far from the city. But airport taxis and buses are available so finding a way to reach there is not a hassle.

Always a best experience at KIAL / BIAL. What a beautiful landscaping, the winds, the airport, the QUAD - it's a fantastic experience, something that is sure unique to this marvel in India.

A well designed and maintained wonderful airport. It's a classic example of modern airport with all the necessary amenities and accessibility.
The airport is located 35 km away from the city centre. Though taxis and buses are frequently plying towards the airport 24x7.

They have recently started Helicopter Taxi services to Electronic city too.

Well equipped airport. Cafeteria inside the airport will be quite expensive. Interior is good. Maintained neatly

Only essential travellers are around. Insane queues and crowds are old story. Sanitise, sanitise.. proceed.

One of the better airports in the country...seating arrangements are great...prices of food items cheaper compared to most airports including Bhubaneswar Airport...

A well maintained Airport with lot of restaurants/ Nice experience

One of the biggest and busiest airport in India. It's a well managed and clean airport. Even if it's a busiest airport we don't feel that.
The airport connects almost all parts of the world. Only problem is the Airport is situated outside the city and almost far from the city...

Boarded in spicejet flight but the securities are very much harassing my high quality PPE kit is missing due there negligence. More over the elderly people & comorbid patients should take care They had to encounter rigours travel for chekin

One of the busiest airport with tons of software people transiting every day. The old airport inside the city was very small but was sufficient for those times.. the new airport came up in early 2000's.. it suddenly became very busy and the 4 lane road was insufficient.. they had to construct a flyover.

There are passengers through out the day whether it is early morning or late night..

The public transport facilities are very good to and fro.. as well as good taxi options..

It's good ambient place to sit and relax during our wait time

Clean and melodious environment all around the Airport with a range of beautiful plants planted around and has a world class facilities for Arrival and Departure passengers

One has to be very careful, social distancing is not followed, Toilet is bad, staff looks worn-out.

Kempegowda international airport has maintained proper safety and sanitisation. I feel it is safe to travel from kempegowda international airport while taking proper safety measures individually as well.

Last time I visited this was during the COVID-19, the arrangements made by the staff were very safe and comfortable. Lived up to the expectations :)

One of the Best airports in India. Amenities are great, many global brands outlets are available inside, eateries will provide a wide variety of foods and beverages. You will find a lot of green inside, lounge area is also really beautiful.

Gateway to Bangalore. Great ambiance, huge and we'll maintained campus with lots of greenery.

Modern airport but you don't feel lost here. They blended old architecture to modern steel roof, added plazas and food shops inside and outside. It is very pleasant and pleasing to the eye. Tropical plants inside add a charm. Plenty staff around to help you make your way thru the airport. The Visa section give digital and makes your journey quicker now. Extensive Duty Free shops. Outside is not as chaotic as other airports and licenced taxis on request.

Had a good time at the airport lounge. Food was great and they are maintaining all the necessary precautions and maintaining proper hygiene.

Because of covid situation, long queue.kindly come 2-3 hrs before.

Maintaining the international standards raising India's image

The treatment was really nice in the lounge facility. The precautions were taken and food was great at the lounge.

Being an international traveller, I was pleasantly surprised to see world class services at Bangalore Airport. It is magnanimous, spacious, lively with lot of signage to help one navigate to their boarding gate. It has got a posh interiors, tall ceilings and natural air ventilation with a warm feel.

There is sufficient amount of seating inside the airport.The airport is accessible to differently abled passengers from all locations, and also has electric car facility for senior citizens and differently abled passengers. The staff at help desk and airport staff are very courteous and helpful. There are drinking water dispensers at regular distances. The lavatories are clean with very high level of hygiene maintained.
You can get printout of your boarding pass by putting in your PNR in the kiosks located at various places including entrance to airport. The number of eateries which are a bit over-priced but convenient if you need to grab a quick bite.

Situated outside the city, it takes couple of hours to reach airport. The airport has a vast area for parking including the premium parking facility. There are ample commute options like pre-paid cabs, Ola, Uber, Airport taxi, Meru Cabs and BMTC Volvo buses. You can opt commute as desirable to you, to get you to any part of Bangalore. The buses are often a good, economical option with adequate space for luggage. The conductors are very helpful and overall a comfy ride.

I say this all the time, it is one of the best airports in the country. My only issue, just like for others, is its location being so distant from urban areas in the city. Takes around 3 hours to go from E-City during busy hours.

Those who are coming to Bangalore from andhra, must register in seva sindhu, it is the first checkpoint. But the website is down now, they are taking details and stamping on hand for home quarantine

Very well maintained airport. Very neat and clean tidy airport.

It's taking too much to deplane after landing or to take off after the doors of the aircraft are closed.
The timings could be improved by some critical thinking and examination of the delays taking place at Benguluru airport.

I liked this airport better then Goa and Mumbai.

City Bus service available (a/c) clear and smooth.
Lots of eateries inside the airport, bar available.
Very clean hygenic toilet. You can see very beautiful people around here.

Marvellous. Beautifully designed and well maintained. It's very beautiful, neat and clean. There is no rush and crowd. I loved the ambience of the airport.

Part of GVKs & BIALs Botanical Garden around the airport. Its not open for public,though i have seen a few ppl chilling out which is okay. Perfect place for photography. Lot of trees and flowers.

The airport I very far from the city but very well maintained

A well maintained space. Clean and tidy. Signage helps. Recent expansion activity is causing some troubles and a lot of dust in the area.

This airport is one of the best in the country.
The only drawback is that it is located waaay outside banglore city.

My bags arrived on the belt in just 5 mins ot de boarding.
The service is fast and the airport is clean.
There is option of Ola and city bus to commute.

Nice Ambieance. Staff is friendly. Direction and Sign Markers can be multilingual, it will help majority to follow and least confusion.
