EDIT: Well that was quick to resolve after several months frustration and very generous. Thank you - I really do love this product. Will be over to exchange my earbuds for a new kit tomorrow. I appreciate your help with this.



Purchased headphones (E8 wireless buds) in December because they re comfy and sound great. When purchasing product I was told by employee of this specific store that replacement parts would be available should I lose part of the kit, as was reported in Gizmodo.

Of course I ve lost the case already (on a plane, like an idiot).

It has now been MONTHS and multiple emails, calls, in store visits - the company has not released the parts and this means the store was not truthful with me when they said replacement parts wouldn t be an issue.

It s an issue. Great product: atrocious customer service and a deceitful (at worst) or ill informed (at best) experience all around. I ve given them now 5+ opportunities to make this right: sell me a replacement case or simply replace the whole product (because they - this store - said this wouldn t be an issue when I purchased it and it is).

They have done absolutely nothing to square this. Now I am the proud owner of $400 worth of useless ear buds I can t charge. Thanks B&O! This experience has truly been garbage.
