It seems my previous review was flagged and removed, so here it is again.

I came in after calling this location about replacing the cord for my H6 headphones that were purchased earlier in the year. On the phone I was assured that it was under warranty and would simply swap the damaged cord for a new one.

Coming in in my work clothes (I run a small renovations business) during lunch, it took about 5 minutes to notice me in an empty store. After talking to a younger assosciate, a more senior associate took over and stated that warranty doesnt cover "user damage".

The issue was explained over the phone the day before. The tip of the pin had broken off inside my phone. I have never had this happen with any other device, nor have I heard of it happening to anyone else. For weeks it had been giving me static both in the headphones and mic. Although the headphones themselves are good, the cord is cheap. Also, the snooty passive agressiveness from the senior associate was uncalled for, as I noted he looked me over before the comment about "user damage".

But what would I know, I'm just some hillbilly that buys fancy $400 headphones to beat them up and have them break in a place that's impossible to touch. Was a pain getting the pin tip out of my $800 Xperia Z1, surprised I didn't break that too.
