Terrible customer service, I bought an A1 speaker ...

Terrible customer service, I bought an A1 speaker 6 months ago and it recently stopped pairing with devices. I sent it in under the 2yr warranty and was told there was nothing wrong with it and they shipped the speaker back but excluded the charging cable I had sent in with it. I wrote them about the missing cable and when they sent a replacement it cost me $25 in duties. Good speaker while it worked but absolutely terrible customer service behind the scenes.
