I will write negative reviews everywhere and I will advise all those who ask me to NOT contact a PSA bank for a possible lease. After three months, from the date of redemption of the vehicle it is not possible to have the reimbursement of the unused insurance quotas and they tell me to contact the insurance company when they should do so as contract contractors. It's a bad service. After this experience, for those wishing to make a lease, I highly recommend going elsewhere. I am shocked by how the Covid situation was handled, to date I find myself paying 3 installments (of which 2 in this month in addition to the car installment) of ADDITIONAL interest for the suspension. Then I only blocked April and May as the application was submitted on April 8, I don't understand why I have to pay these famous additional interests also for the month of March.
The customer service is not able to give additional information to what we can already see on the site by logging in.
It is not the first car we buy, fortunately with the peugeot the first, I have never found it as bad as with them.
I absolutely NOT recommend the PSA bank.

Non-existent customer service, long waiting hours, they never find solutions even to simple requests. Infinite waiting times for documents that other companies give in real time. Customer service that answers from 9:30 to 13:00, No Saturday, No Sunday. From today they are closed until August 31, only requests via the Web to which they give answers after days. Incapable and unsuitable. A total crap !!!

The credit card on which I had the monthly debit is cloned, as a result I am obliged to close that account and open a new one. My concern even before making the complaint was to inform the bank, which promptly invites me to make the payment of the next two months by bulletin (August and September) until they sorted things out with the mail and with the new account current. It arrives on 29 October and the charge is not made, I wait a week, but nothing. Then I worry about asking the bank for information, they tell me that I have not informed their institution about the change of IBAN, very big shit, in fact I send them all the emails that I had exchanged with one of their operators and they are forced to give me reason, admitting that it was their mistake and that will never be repeated. So comes November 14th and the October charge finally arrives. All resolved, I think, and instead no November 29 no charge, I assume that the charge is postponed to the 14th of each month and therefore I don't think about it, except that on December 6 a letter from them arrives at my house in which says that on 29 November they were unable to withdraw the money so they are going to register me in the credit information register! On 7 December I call their switchboard continuously and the call is diverted to me after 3 - 4 rings. A recorded voice answers that informs me that all operators are busy and invites me to call back later.
The whole day goes by like this, I don't know what to think anymore, much is too disorganized!

In May 2020 I ask for the refinancing of the so-called VFG of my Peugeot 2008 with emails sent by the same seller. In June yet another email with the request to be contacted directly but still nothing. On July 14, while on vacation, my bank informed me that the PSA bank through RID tries to withdraw almost 12 thousand euros from the account without even notifying me. I inform the seller who appears amazed and who informs the aforementioned bank. In the meantime, fed up with these games, I asked for a loan from my bank which in a couple of hours covered me for the entire amount. the only information is obtained from the call center, as long as someone answers. Eventually I will hear the consumer association. Nauseated I think that is the right word. Small update: the switchboard operator informs me that the amount to pay is 11904.05 while on myfinance and from what the vfg said it was 11778.89 then arrived at 11813.15 with interest but since it was not enough, they want to add me 90.9 for the service ..... But what service? We will see what to do. A tip, if you can avoid

Furthermore, I have requested the cancellation of the additional services but to date no answer! to be able to speak, all you have to do is block payments so even for a single euro you will be harassed by calls.
