I give 1 star only because there is no option - 1

I give 1 star only because there is no option - 1
Not being able to pay a bill of 50 euros, due to the pandemic, they sent me a registered letter with a credit to pay of 170 euros.
So I don't recommend this bank to everyone, stay as far away as possible.
