It will also be an excellent bank, however, a truly precarious customer service. The credit card on which I had the monthly debit is cloned, as a result I am obliged to close that account and open a new one. My concern even before making the complaint was to inform the bank, which promptly invites me to make the payment of the next two months by bulletin (August and September) until they sorted things out with the mail and with the new account current. It arrives on 29 October and the charge is not made, I wait a week, but nothing. Then I worry about asking the bank for information, they tell me that I have not informed their institution about the change of IBAN, very big shit, in fact I send them all the emails that I had exchanged with one of their operators and they are forced to give me reason, admitting that it was their mistake and that will never be repeated. So comes November 14th and the October charge finally arrives. All resolved, I think, and instead no November 29 no charge, I assume that the charge is postponed to the 14th of each month and therefore I don't think about it, except that on December 6 a letter from them arrives at my house in which says that on 29 November they were unable to withdraw the money so they are going to register me in the credit information register! On 7 December I call their switchboard continuously and the call is diverted to me after 3 - 4 rings. A recorded voice answers that informs me that all operators are busy and invites me to call back later.
The whole day goes by like this, I don't know what to think anymore, much is too disorganized!
