After making the request through the dealership (I point out that the request is personal, i.e. made and signed by me, with my tax code and my iban, etc ...) I can't get an answer regarding acceptance or refusal financing. The worst part is that these gentlemen do not want to talk to me because - according to them - I am not a customer.
Therefore they feel entitled to take it as long as they want, if I want answers I have to hope in the dealer's compliance. First time this happens to me such a fact with a financial.
What to say?
