I am shocked by how the Covid situation was handled, to date I find myself paying 3 installments (of which 2 in this month in addition to the car installment) of ADDITIONAL interest for the suspension. Then I only blocked April and May as the application was submitted on April 8, I don't understand why I have to pay these famous additional interests also for the month of March.
The customer service is not able to give additional information to what we can already see on the site by logging in.
It is not the first car we buy, fortunately with the peugeot the first, I have never found it as bad as with them.
I absolutely NOT recommend the PSA bank.
