Attended the Marriott for a conference. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and as expected. Not the best Marriott I've been to, but definitely modernized and up to standards.

The beds aren t the most comfortable but the location is ideal.
Well appointed Marriott room at a very affordable price. Charged us $35 for overnight parking. However, there was no way to get a cup of coffee in the morning! Please Marriott Inner Harbor, you should make it possible for your guests to get a cup of coffee in the morning. We walked 6 long blocks to the nearest IHOP for our coffee
The staff was great. From the bellman to the GM the staff was always on the money and always helpful.
Anthony the Bartender truly understands guest satisfaction.
Just a great place to stay.
Service was extremely nice and professional despite the million children there for a convention
This is just like your other standard marriotts. The rooms were ok except I couldn't seem to get the thermostat the right temperature. The staff are friendly and helpful. The area where the hotel is isn't really in the greatest location. Its about a 15 mins walk from the harbor area.
Basic Marriott. Very noisy location. Fire house across the street, so you hear sirens all night.
Really nice hotel. Room had full-size bed instead of queen.
We always stay at Marriott's because you can count on consistency. I wasn't disappointed. Everything was wonderful, pleasant front desk, clean room, everything you want in a hotel... plus a great location right beside Royal Farms Arena.
+ Soft Bed, Front desk people were awesome, Great location in the Inner Harbor
- Very old decor, Old TV's, I also had a broken TV in my room and instead of investigation who actually broke the TV I was charged for it. The Assistant GM, Mark Wright, wouldn't even speak to me about it. For some reason the Director of Security told me that the only option for me was to dispute the charge with my credit card. As a college coach that stays in hotels essentially weekly to recruit it is disappointing that this particular Marriott hotel doesn't value their customers. I will be following up on this incident with corporate. (Reminder: I got charged for a broken TV that they had NO PROOF that I did anything, no noise compliant, DNA, NOT ANYTHING. Yet they just charge a random customer. Insane.)
Small rooms but clean. Charged too much a day for parking. The hotel guest should pay a different fee than the public.
Great customer service and location is very convenient
I was there for a wedding and everything was good from the food to the cleanliness and to most of the staff. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5th star is because of a staff towards the end of the reception where he was very rude and ill mannered to guests at the reception.
Really great location near everything in downtown Baltimore. Very friendly woman who checked us in also gave some great recommendations for good local beer and food. The area gets real busy right after games end at Camden yards so go early!
Rating is specifically for the hosting of a business celebration event. Setup and room decor was excellent. Food buffet style dinner included two different buffets to choose from and a large dessert table - food was good. Friendly and helpful staff, all in all, a well supported event!
Have always had a pleasant experience at this hotel. Some of the room views are great including ones that overlook Camden Yards. What's better than being able to watch a game from your balcony? Clean, friendly staff, and location make this a great place to stay. We even use their parking garage for when we attend the Ravens games.
The service was good everyone was friendly. I didn't stay overnight so I can't comment on the rooms. we ate at the restaurant and the food was great
Location was convenient to Baltimore Convention Center, Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. Rooms were clean and staff courteous.
Camille Hand (Rooms Operations Supervisor) did an amazing job of accommodating our large group, getting us into rooms on the same floor at the last minute after a disastrous experience with a Best Western Hotel. I will always choose Marriott because of her!
The wait at the restaurant was really long and the menu was very limited. We ended up just ordering drink at the bar and leaving because the wait was too long.
We will not stay here again. It's a franchise using the Marriott name. I reserved a King size weeks in advance and when we entered the room we had 2 twins. I unsuccessfully was able to find a manager to speak with. Only one person checking guest in. Just a bad experience
Stopped by for pizza@ Brick n Fire inside Marriott. Lobby was really nice and accommodating....
Very nice venue. The hotel is very well decorated and spacious, the staff are nice, and the location is really good relative to other hotels in the area
Just checked in for a 6 week stay. All is well. Everything I have asked for.
Great location next to ball Park and football stadium.
It's a Marriott in a major city, so.. you know. Nice enough. Parking is expensive.
The doorman had an icy cold bottle of water and was super polite. Very helpful with lunch recommendations.
Went here to visit Brick & Fire Pizza. Wandered through the lobby and used the restroom. Overall, I was really impressed by how nice and clean the facility looked. Actually said to my wife that for a minute I felt like I was on vacation.
Stayed here the night before the Billy Joel concert so we could be close to Camden Yards, Extremely convenient walking distance to the park and to restaurants around it. The room had a king sized bed and was large which was great. The comforter had some coffee stains on it which didn't instill me with the most confidence that it had been cleaned though.
Nice hotel with great location 3 minute walk to baseball stadium
Good location by Camden Yards and Inner Harbor
A 5 minute walk from Camden yards. A 10 minute walk to the Inner Harbor. Large, clean room. Plenty of hot water. Good housekeeping. Friendly and helpful front desk. Close to many activities and food. Paid parking across the street.
The rate was a little high, but overall it was a great experience.
Baltimore Marriott by Camden Yards was so nice! Our room was great. Huge window. And the hotel was less then a 5 minute walk to Camden Yards. The hotel staff was really friendly too. We'll definitely stay there again.
Great clean rooms, awesome ammenities. Concierge room with free food during the week. Only negative is no free wifi.
Great location near the park and bars and restaurants. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Good food on property as well.
Nice, quiet hotel. Would visit again. Great night of sleep.
It was clean, and nice. I was visiting a guest, and it was enjoyable.
Good accommodation, good location, clean. Would stay at again
The hotel is overpriced. The walls are thin. I can hear the people talking in the next room. The only perk is that it is located near Inner Harbor and the Orioles Stadium.
Decent hotel. Disappointed that they didn't have internet TV or cheaper parking.
This was an excellent hotel. Tremendously helpful and friendly staff, and the most comfortable beds you will probably find in any hotel. Good location, but pay attention to your surroundings if you go up Eutaw St.
friendly and accommodating staff, above average food and beverage options and catering for our meeting. Accommodations could use some upgrading, but more than sufficient for our purposes (3 day business meeting). Would stay here again if needed a hotel in inner harbor
Hospitality Ha! The service at this hotel as been the worst I have ever experienced! No TV, No towels, No smiles. The hotel employees including the front desk manager are the rudest people. Waited 2 hours to get my room keys- was told because Marriot member had late check out I would have to wait although i reserved my room 3 months ago. Went to order my elderly grandmother food from downstairs and couldn t get service another guest told me I should go to the front desk because she did. When I did the rude lady Ebony said I needed to go back up to my room. When I asked why because she had just helped someone else she walked off and said she wasn t helping me. Another lady was helpful and was the first smile I have seen here in 2 days. The hotel is serving a convention and obviously was not prepared for the volume of business they would doing. I stay in hotels every week and normally at the Hilton. I tried to get a room at the Hilton but they were sold out sadly. I would have gladly lost a night of stay here to get better service. This hotel has made a suppose to be memorable trip with my mother, daughter and grandmother a very very unpleasant one. The location is the only thing this hotel has going for it. If you like to have tv to watch after a day of sight seeing or a towel to use to bath or a friendly face to greet you this is NOT the place. The front staff needs new hospitality training it s 2019 and people aren t going to deal with this kind of treatment. Please take your business to an establishment that will treat you like they appreciate your business.
This Hotel & staff great!!!! Everyone I worked with for my event was very friendly & happy to help.
Good location, but the hotel does not have free wifi and breakfast!
Nice looking hotel and great staff. I feel it falls short on the amenities and overall up keep. Half the tv channels were blurry, no complimentary breakfast, and very thin walls. Also an additional $29 a day to park on-site. Carpet in our room was coming up and my brother stepped on a nail sticking out from it but did not break skin. While location is great that is really all your paying for i feel.
This review is for a specific item for breakfast. Be VERY CAREFUL when ordering the crab cakes Benedict...the veggies looked good but were very, very salty. Use caution when ordering. Will review the hotel when I have completed my stay
Friendly staff, clean rooms, and in a good location.
Friendly, clean, great welcoming appearance and it's a Pepsi Hotel a beverage I truly love, even though it's priced a little high.
Very cool and comfortable hotel. Charge for the internet ? Why?
The staff there are very friendly, and makes you feel like your at home.
Extremely over priced. $420.00 this includes tax for one night. Also the rooms are small and in need of updating.
Beautiful lobby with friendly associates. Located very close to the Harbour. I would recommend this Marriott.
The rooms are nice but lack a fridge. Lobby is nice and always busy but it lacks a pool and the staff isn't the best.
The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and it is a pleasant experience.
Don't leave your toothbrush in the bathroom if you're not in the room. Mine was thrown away last time.
Expensive parking ($35 a night) and a mediocre room - the TV didn't have access to external inputs and you have to sign up for a rewards program just to get basic wifi. The Hilton across the street has much better rooms compared to this. Housekeeping was good though.
Great atmosphere and pleasant staff. Excellent for the middle of the work day!!!!!
Reserved a room two months in advance, was told at check-in that the only available room has no bed, just a sleeper couch. Disgusting!
Gold Elite, waited 30 minutes in line at 6pm, after we had checked in online the day before, to be told our room wasn't ready. Got a text at 9pm our room was ready. Showed up at midnight waited 45minutes in line to get our key. Marriott you should be ashamed!
Hotel lobby and staff were very nice. The pizza restaurant was delicious. Our meeting room on the second floor was on the small side and they charged $300 to rent a projector and screen.
