For the price I paid at that location I can't comp...

For the price I paid at that location I can't complain too much.
But the only staff I saw on duty was not friendly or pleasant, and was staring at us each time we came through the lobby.
They only had one tiny door and one elevator in service forcing everyone to pour through & use the same cramped spaces during a second surge of covid-19. This was totally unnecessary and simply the result of poorly disguised laziness because that place is huge and had other doors and elevators that could have been used by guests to permit spacial distancing!

I was also not given the sleeping arrangements which I selected when booking, and which I am certain was available (I stayed on a slow weekday night & hardly saw any other guests at any point, in a very large hotel!).
