I went for a free consultation to see Mr Rosenblatt to start a non payment proceeding. Instead he recommended a Holdover proceeding to evict the tenant. 3 months later the Deadbeat tenant is gone and I now have a new tenant who pays a higher rent and who pays on time. But i called Robert's farm immediately to represent me in this problem. With his help i got complete relief from this court case. Robert is a person, we can definitely trust in court cases. In March I called and spoke with Robert Rosenblatt about an eviction. All courts were closed at the time due to COVID19. My deposit was $1,000. The tenant was served a notice in March. She decided to move out so no eviction was necessary. For months I called about a prorated refund understanding there would be a reduction in my deposit for preparation of the notice and process server expense. Finally In July I was advised that no refund was due. I had a phone conversation with Robert and he offered $300 refund. When I expressed my dissatisfaction he immediately rescinded the offer and said now you get nothing! I requested a detailed invoice to justify keeping $1,000 deposit and he refused. So to anyone out there looking for an eviction attorney - beware!

Living in a rented apartment is difficult as it is, but our situation become even more frustrating when we began having issues with our landlord. We were having some maintenance problems in our apartment and had difficulty getting in touch with the landlord. There was a language barrier and we had also a communication barrier as he never seemed to answer our questions or be available to meet with. There came a point when the needed repairs were so delayed that it was impacting the quality of our stay and potentially our safety. We always have family over, so we didn't want to put anyone in danger due to the delay in the repairs. So we contacted Robert Rosenblatt and he and his office were extremely helpful in helping us get in touch with our landlord and finally helping us get the needed repairs that would ensure our safety. If anyone ever has a similar problem I would highly recommend contacting their office as they are available for consultations and are incredibly helpful.

This guy is the most unprofessional and crooked lawyer there is. I went to him with a landlord tenant related issue and made pretend I was broke and helpless. He told me to not show up to the court dates and they would handle everything and fight for me. I showed up to court anyway to see how they were handling it and he sent a completely disheveled unqualified attorney who started handling the case differently than we discussed. I was facing eviction but had the money and didn t let them know and I was told he would get me more time to move out. The attorney he sent for the first preceding was trying to get me to pay upfront and if I didn t show up to make sure things were going according to plan, They would have began the eviction process immediately. After that, he was trying to get me to sign a deal without knowing that I am experienced in the billing and contract area. He was claiming that he was fighting for me for the best deal and he sent me deals trying to just quickly get me to sign them that had more months of rent baked in than was even being requested by the landlord in the first place. He was clearly working with the landlord and making pretend to be working for me. He was paid by me and looked to get extra under the table. Either he didn t see that the amounts were off or he is not qualified to work in this area. He is a complete slacker, while he was trying to get a couple of extra months out of it by getting me to sign a deal that the money amounts were way off under duress, he was on DraftKings instead. He is completely unprofessional and is crooked. I strongly urge you to not trust this law firm, the lawyers he sends to represent you are hard to believe are law graduates. I will be more than willing to share all communications from this crook as well as the documentation associated. This man Robert Rosenblatt should be in jail, after he was done charging me to to try and rob me behind my back to my face, he told me to screw off. I will he reporting this criminal to the bar association and I strongly urge you to not use this law firm. He preys in desperate individuals that won t recognize that he s shafting. AND THE JUDGES EVER SINCE IN APPEALS AND THE ENDLESS CASES THEY BROUGHT AGAINST ME AFTERWARDS, DID BELIEVE ME WHEN I PRESENTED THE EVIDENCE OF ROSENBLATT'S FRAUDULENT AND CORRUPT CONDUCT.

I did not end up needing Riobert's services and did not hire the firm, but he answered my calls on a weekend and spent time hearing my case. Thumbs up!

I hired Robert and his team to help me get rid of a tenant that was using his lawyer to come up with all these laws to stay longer and not only that , He wasn't paying me anything.
