I am very much thankful to Balsamo & Rosenblatt firm in my life. Some months ago , me and my wife living in a rented apartment in New York. The landlord and his lawyer trying to move out from my apartment within a month. That was opposite to our first agreement. Move from that apartment immediately will definitely affect our business. So we decided to go to court. We heard about this firm from my friend. And we met Robert Rosenblatt and told our all problems and gave all documents. Our lawyer prepared well and argued well in court. At last we won in that case. Robert have great knowledge in real estate field and how to prepare well in courts. We definitely ask his help in future, if we have any issues with our landlord.
