Living in a rented apartment is difficult as it is, but our situation become even more frustrating when we began having issues with our landlord. We were having some maintenance problems in our apartment and had difficulty getting in touch with the landlord. There was a language barrier and we had also a communication barrier as he never seemed to answer our questions or be available to meet with. There came a point when the needed repairs were so delayed that it was impacting the quality of our stay and potentially our safety. We always have family over, so we didn't want to put anyone in danger due to the delay in the repairs. So we contacted Robert Rosenblatt and he and his office were extremely helpful in helping us get in touch with our landlord and finally helping us get the needed repairs that would ensure our safety. If anyone ever has a similar problem I would highly recommend contacting their office as they are available for consultations and are incredibly helpful.
