A co-worker of mine recommended Mr. Rosenblatt when I was having a hard time getting
my landlord to paint, provide a new refrigerator and replace the defective windows.
You'd be amazed how landlords expect you to continue paying rent when you have mold,
old fixtures and windows in your apartment that need repair. The free consultation
was very informative because I wasn't even aware that I could file a complaint with
the state to compel the landlord to do these things or risk a reduction in rent.
