Older casino hotel with large comfortable rooms and a super good central strip location.
Went during the summer. Young crowd mostly. Place was clean, but busy.
Loved the hotel and its location on strip, do not like the 35 American a night hotel resort fee, nothing but a money maker. Did not like it when I asked for a coffee maker, was told to upgrade room, when I said all I want is a coffee machine was rudely told to upgrade then and you will get one, not what I expect from a " 35 dollar resort ". Come on Bally,s get with the customer service.
My room was filthy. The toilet had bleach inside the bowl, yet the seat had stool stains on it. The sink had hair inside of it and one of my towels had makeup on it. The hallways/room floors are dirtied with food and dirt. The coffee wasn't even wiped down and I'm scared to lay down in the bed. Even though, I paid a hotel service fee, no services were provided to ensure my room was cleaned before my arrival. And there was a hidden fee that they charged me after I arrived. They asked for my card again to charge it another $16 dollars. No
One of the fine casino, hotel to stay and play. Plenty of things to do with the family and also the food is good...
Great place! Make sure to grab some show tickets and check out the great new slots here.
This is an older casino property but offers a wide variety of gaming, dining amd shopping options. Parking is expensive but it has a monorail stop.
The hotel is centrally located. The casino area is consistently smoky. The newly renovated room was fine, although it took housekeeping 2 days before they cleaned room. When I complained to the front desk and they promised to have it cleaned by 12:00 the next day, it was not. There is no housekeeping staff on site after 4:00pm. After the second complaint it was cleaned. The towels felt like sandpaper on my skin. I will not be returning to Bally s to many other hotels to choose.
Location is perfect! You can go famous restaurants, casinos and stages by walk. I stayed with myself but never feel a dangerous.
It was very nice I liked it. Too much cigarette smoke though, I'm not a fan of that. But what do you expect when you're in Vegas right ? There were many cool sights to see around the area
Nice room ,had a great view heard other rooms not so great so ask when booking .Room clean very friendly staff. Nice pool area
The entrance should be more accessible to the public as I feel like you need to traverse through a lot to get there especially since the store fronts near it are old and not well kept.
Very poor service. Room was not what we requested. Even management was very poor. Not recommend at all. Alot better places to stay. Location is great but hotel and service sucks.
Was centrally located to many attractions and easily accessable as well as close to transportation services and airport had large variety of food and drink selections
The room was really nice and the staff was extremely nice, my husband and I will stay here again.
I stayed here while visiting my farther for his birthday. I stayed in the Indigo tower on the 25th floor. The room was great, the staff was courteous and very pleasant. If I had any complaints it would be that the water pressure in the shower was abysmal. Basically a trickle. I would stay there again.
Nice place. Well lit up. Lots of interesting things to see
Nice casino lots of things to see and do. On the older side but location location location.
Good budget hotel. Rooms are recently renovated. Casino floor is big and fun
It was nice, newly renovated rooms, very spacious and the hotel smelled great. I would definitely stay there again.
The jubilee suite is highly recommended. Good location on the strip.
The location is pretty good. Centrally located and lots of food and bar outlets directly in front of the property.
Hubby and I stayed in April of 2019 beautiful and clean room beautiful view of the las vegas strip
We went to Bucca De Beppo for the All You Can Eat deal they had. It was absolutely AMAZING and they made it so special. Our server was outstanding.
My sister, her husband and two infants, were traveling cross country from PA with a uhaul trailer of all of her belongs. They stopped MGM Grande to rest for the night. The front desk said the truck was too big and recommended them to park in the Bally s oversized lot. When they went out in the morning the uhaul had been stolen and all of their possessions gone. The management was no help, claimed no liability and wouldn t let them see the footage of the lot over night. The police didn t even bother to ask to see where they parked the truck when they filed the report. Bally s is just like Vegas, slimy and out for itself.
Pictures have no words how this place looks like. You just have to see for yourself
Friendly clean easy to access and leave im so recommend that places
Great hotel. My only concern is checking out. Took 30 minutes to check out. Only one person and 2 others in the back when they should have been out getting the line done. Lack in customer service can drop stars and ratings very low.
Center Vegas, hard to beat it's location. Older rooms definitely show their age with the stains and such, but its overall pretty clean. Newer, renovated rooms looks great though. Parking is a bit of an issue as construction is underway around this hotel. Best to stick with Valet!
Did not honor reservation. Unhelpful staff was less than accommodating. Will not stay here again
Its in a central location which is great! Its been around for awhile and they've definitely made it a prime spot to be with Wahlburgers in its vicinity. They definitely kept it relevant and it is still a good looking hotel/casino
Staff was friendly, but hotel is in need of a major facelift...
nice hotel. Wayne newton show was great. no complaints
They have a great casino and lots of stuff to do. Definitely check out the Real Bodies on the lower floor if you're into stuff like that.
Service was accommodating, help was given at every opportunity. Overall good attitudes from all employees.
First time at Ballys. Room was a great price for a penthouse suite. Service was great. Only disappointment was the lack of late night room service other than that would defiantly stay again.
They gave us a really spacious Suite and on Memorial Day weekend. The reason for the low rating is the bed. The bed pulled out of the wall and man was it uncomfortable. It was like a futon type quality, what in the world. Otherwise the pool was awesome and the room was great.
no free wifi! Included in the $35 p day resort fee you are allowed only 2 devices any additional is $15!! Behind the mattress bellow the back board when checking for bedbugs its full of dirt dust but no bugs!! Lamps aren t plugged in. No fridge no microwave. Tv is difficult to use, just stuck on ballys commercials...before even getting to our room the door sales people got us on doing a time share that wasn t how it was described it was going to be.
Good drink specials. Decent service. Good atmosphere.
I go there because;
1, it's a one of the Ceasars properties, so I get special offers and I find my favorite slot machines which I can't find anywhere else.
Went for the Twilight Zone golf. Highly recommended!
The room was excellent, with a great view of the strip. Centrally located on the strip most other casinos were easily accessible and within walking distance. Small items for sale in the lobby were insanley overpriced with an approximate mark up of 500%. A super annoying person kept asking us to a marketing survey every time we entered or exited the casino floor. Information on amenities was difficult or impossible to find,
It was exciting without being overwhelming and felt like a great first-time-in-Vegas experience!
Location location location. Right in the heart of it all at such an affordable price.
Nice view and great location, right in the middle of the Strip...
A really good hotel that's pretty clean and it's location is useful
One of the cheaper hotels on the strip. Nothing more than a glorified Motel 6 in my opinion. A/C has motion sensors. If you don't move around a lot while sleeping, it will shut off and you'll wake up sweating during the night. Really, the only thing good about this hotel is the location. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more elsewhere so you can rest comfortably. You can do better than this hotel.
I visited Ballys for the show Solid Gold Soul and the staff was inviting and finding the venue wasn't too hard after asking around.
Great room, price, and location. We would definitely stay here again
Go went thru. Didnt stay. Went to go and use the monorail. Seems like maze.
Attended trade show and stayed at Bally's. Awesome experience with this hotel. Great restaurants, fun bars and fitness center.
As a Platinum TR holder, I love the complimentary valet parking. Next to Paris. And conveniently located in the center of the Strip.
Hotel room was amazing and very clean and staff were as pleasant. My main complaint was the buffet breakfasts provided having very very limited items. Everything contained dairy, either egg or milk, and other snack items had nuts mixed in with fruit on same trays. Not allergy friendly.
Rooms were nice. The casino area was dated and extremely Smokey
We went to Bally's to see the human bodies exhibit. They have done a lot of work on the hotel and the courtyard when you first come into the hotel has a lot of great restaurants. The casino floor is very large and has a lot of variety and games. Overall compared to several years ago when we initially visited Bally's they have definitely done a lot of upgrades and work on the property.
Great location on the strip. Updated rooms are nicely appointed. Clean and tidy. Has met expectations.
Location is ideal but the hotel smells of smoke and weed. Even though we took a non smoking room, we could smell smoke and weed in the corridors. It also wasn t as cheap this time of the year. So not value for money. I have stayed at other hotels on the strip and I d go back to those over this one anyday!
Stayed here for 5 nights and can't complain about anything! Check in and check out were fast, accurate, and friendly. My husband and I had a strip view room and you can hear music from the Paris club at night across the street but we didn't mind its VEGAS ! If your Vegas for business than maybe not a good idea to get a room on the Vegas strip! After a night of partying and fun we didn't even think about the music! Will return to Bally's for the price and location!!!!!
Staff was polite and helpful, and the bathroom was very clean! Loved it!
The hotel is ok for the price. The Bally's casino and Self-park location is a bit confusing because Paris casino can Bally's share same casino entry and parking lot. Over its good. The only downside to my experience is the room card which should allow you to enter and exit the parking structure never work. I always have to call assistance for help.
I enjoyed my stay here. Nice rooms and a decent casino too
The newly renovated rooms are nice... but the ventilation in the casino should be upgraded... a very smoky casino...
The hotel room is was clean and the services for hotels, Ada accommodations were well. We had an emergency a few hours after we checked in and the ambulance came, my aunt. Did not remember the room number and she accidentally knocked on the wrong door the security that was with her did not believe she had an emergency and was extremely rude to her.
Right in the middle of The Strip. Competitive price. Room is easy to book through phone. Restaurants in Bally are decent with wide variety like Thai, Italian, and Mexican foods. This is my 2nd time here and it is a pleasure visit. The only concern I have is in casino where most of the dealers and drink servers are not happy of their job, but they did it well.
I really liked that Bally's has numerous amenities. High end and moderately priced stores at this location. Its connected to the Paris Hotel. It's almost smack dab in the middle of the strip so you can walk most everywhere. Plus the slots pay or at least hold your attention at this hotel.
Ballys is easy to set around in and thwrestons of food options
The hotel was great but moth insects were everywhere. The customer service representative said its moth season and they're attracted to the light and they come in through the vents. Oh well I still enjoyed the casino downstairs.
The resort is somewhat needs an upgrade. You can see and feel like you are back in the 80s.
Beautiful room, we got the king non smoking resort room. It was pretty clean and big sized glass door shower with great water pressure. There is a safe in the room where you can set your own code if needed. There's also a fridge but no microwave. Our view wasn't the greatest, we were on the 5th floor overlooking the roof. But it wasn't a big deal as we were here for the city not the hotel. Only complaint of the hotel is that you must walk through the smoky smelling casino from either direction to get to the hotel rooms and walking to the pool is somewhat of a journey because you must take the elevator to the ground level and walk pass the shops and fast food places and finally, the pool and spa are towards the end of the long hall. The good thing about the pool is that they give you a decent size towel if you are in need of one and plenty of chairs but hardly any shade!
Cheap and nice room. The casino is not amazing but good
Even though an older hotel on the strip, the rooms are pleasantly nice and renovated. Convention services is amazing and the food for our event was awesome.
The furnishings are dated and the smoke is thick so it permeates everything, but the staff make up for everything.
