Room was clean and updated. Loved the bathroom in my king room. In the middle of everything. Tons of shopping and food in and out front. I love the location. Great visit from the time I walked in the door until leaving.

Stayed in a renovated Jubilee King size room April 18 and 19th 2018. No complaints on the room. Quiet too. Watched a good band downstairs at night. Other then breakfast selections, food was good.

When leaving, out of 6 elevators, 1 worked. Took almost 30mins to get on an elevator. 4 out of 5 people at the front desk were rude.

This a grand hotel and casino complex and I'm enjoying a four night stay with my girlfriend while attending a professional conference. We checked in with Ryan in registration and he was welcoming and extra attentive to our needs, and set us up in a high floor luxury suite with a magnificent view of the strip, as requested. In addition, we received a $75 credit for drinks at three of their bars, and a $15 casino credit, which was a nice bonus that was not expected. The hotel is conveniently located to the major Vegas attractions, and connected to the Palazzo and the canal shoppes, and via the Sands bridge to the Wynn and the Encore. Our suite was superb! No usable space in the fridge, though. Or coffee maker!

The new renovations are really nice, i never stayed there before but im happy with the rooms now! Front desk gentleman Elvis was the greatest! He could work the computer with world record speed and took care of EVERYTHING for us in LIGHTNING SPEED! Didnt get to play much at the Bally's but want to next time. Huge recommend!

I have been visiting this casino for years. My father would bring us when we were younger and the staff and experience has always been a pleasant one. Bally's is owner by Caesar's/Total Rewards so I tend to keep within that family of casinos since I've never had a bad time. The rooms are always well kept and cleaned, the casino itself is clean too. I hope they renovate this hotel at some point because it is one of the older casinos on the strip. An oldie but goodie as they say. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to do Vegas.

Love the hotel, it is smack dab in the middle of the Las Vegas strip. It is clean, the amenities are great, the casino is great and the shopping is great. Plus the rooms are affordable. Can't complain!

Actually the room looks clean but I have a window from Flamingo street. Someone start doing construction from 2AM! I couldn't sleep all night! Another thing, they always have free parking for the guests. Not anymore! They charge $15 even guests! Plus they charge $39 resort fee. My last stay.

The casino was smokey and high limits. Lowest table limit was $25-50. Rooms were remodeled and nice, however the walls are pretty thin. It is centrally located on the strip.
At checkout we questioned a charge on the room and the hostess was rather rude.
Good value hotel if discounted, not a luxurious resort by any means.

Not happy with our room at all, hard beds, dirty carpet, dirty bathroom with mold in the cracks of the tub, and found a bug on my pillow. The only reason I gave it two stars was we had a nice view of the strip, the location is nice in the middle of everything. And the price was cheap.

Pretty standard hotel room and fare for Vegas. I hate how the lobby smells like all the smoke from the casino; you can't really check in at the front desk or go to the elevators or the shops without passing through it.

Short business trip this weekend. Rooms are clean and spacious. I used the express check in kiosk, I do recommend using it. I also checked out online. Super fast and easy! Fitness room was nice as well. I would stay here again. A lot of food options nearby.

Cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning when it decided to click on. Our room was so hot that we sweated on top of sheets while sleeping. Room was really big but we paid more for the new renovated larger room. Nothing special except it was big and had a coffee maker. I was upset that we were charged a daily $20 valet fee to park (selfpark $14) and a daily resort fee of $38. Outrageous especially when there are way nicer hotels that dont charge such as the venetian where yu can self park for free. I am not being cheap but when a person pays good money they should expect a certain quality. We will never stay ay Ballys again and we are frequent Vegas travelers. Their loss.

This review is not for the hotel. It is for the elevator right outside there doors. We were going up and thank goodness it was only one floor cause the elevator stopped and started shaking. We were stuck for a few minutes and then it finally let us out. This all happened in the middle of summer. It was so hot in there.

First of all I want to state that our room is great!!! its large and clean in the jubilee tower, we are currently staying at Bally's, we arrived on Thursday October 26, 2017. Immediately once walking through the doors we were greeted by a woman who welcomed us and brought to a side table.. there we were asked of we would like to get 2 vouchers for dinner and a show, a $25 voucher for gambling and a 3 day 2 night stay at any hotel associated with Bally's for a cost of $50... in order to receive this we had to visit and tour a new resort that was a E. Harmon St.. My husband asked if this was a time share,, we asked several times and were told no it was a new resort that was associated with Bally's and it would take about an hour... On Friday morning October 27th, which was also my birthday, the reason for the trip, the day started with a wonderful breakfast...we then went to ask where we were to find our escort for this tour.. when we went to the location is when we found out it was a time share... we debated whether to eat the $50 but decided to go and made it clear we were buying nothing...we were told that is fine, no one would push us... WRONG this entire thing was one lie after another.. we got there and it was not where we were told it was in South Point,,, basically we were trapped. we listen to everything and did the tour,. then the boom was lowered... they tried to sell us a time share, we told them it was something we could not do at this time... our rep said he understood.. an other LIE.. his supervisor comes over giving us numbers we told him we are not able to do this, mind you they wanted a $4300 deposit on the spot.. this man leaves to get our exit packet he comes back with 2 more offers for 2 other units at a lower cost.. if I can't afford $4300 deposit I can't do $2300, or $2000 as were the other 2 properties,, we thing we are about to leave another LIE.. we are left with a third man who now tries to sell us another property in our home state... why would I want a time share where I live? If I can't afford the first 3 why would I take the 4th? We were supposed to have been brought back to Bally's, there were shuttles for every hotel but ours so we took one and ended up walking back to Bally's.. once we arrived back these vultures swooped back on us but this time I told them to take back the vouchers and everything, this was NOT the way I wanted to spend my birthday... I am disappointed that Bally's allow these people to misrepresent themselves to incoming guest.. after a 5 hour plane ride the last thing anyone needs is for these vultures to swoop down on you... I gave three stars because of this disaster.. What was supposed to be a fun day to celebrate my birthday with my husband turned into a disaster, my day was ruined because of these people that were allowed to misrepresent themselves.

This was by far one of the greatest, most entertaining shows! From start to finish, we were in ahh and captivated by it all. We were front and center, VIP and were able to see it up close and personal. All of his tricks and illusions had us like WTH?? How'd he do that?? The entire show was amazing, the music was great, and he also involves the crowd in many of the acts. I would recommend this show to everyone, and is great for all ages!!

Check in was quick at the hotel. They have self serve kiosks at check in so that you don't need to wait in line for check in. I stayed at the strip view rooms which had a nice view of Paris and partial Bellagio fountains. Resort fees include he Paris pool during the fall because the Bally's pool was closed. The rooms are clear and spacious. The only complaint was that I was a bit noisy from the Bellagio fountains splashing which could be heard from the 60th floor! View was great and center strip location. Would stay again. The entrance is very close to restaurants which is very convenient. Love the resort!

Bally's Hotel & Casino is right in the middle of the strip. The parking garage is shared with Paris Hotel.

Remember when you are parking to take a photo of what level you are on for future reference. Parking is $20.00 per day regardless of if you are staying at either hotel.

The room was great. Perfect view of the Bellagio water front show and partial strip view.

Loved the experience!

This was by far the WORST vacation my family and I have ever been on. Staying at Bally s casino/hotel was honestly the WORST decision we ve ever made. From the VERY rude customer service we received, to the room condition In the executive suite we stayed in, to the gift shop attempting to charge my card $83,000, down to the casino floor payout... to say this was an unpleasant experience all around would be taking it lightly. My family will never step foot in this establishment, and/or any other Caesar casino/hotel ever again. I would have given you a 1/2 a star if it were possible.

Somebody give Dennis at the front desk a RAISE! We have stayed at many of the top 5 star hotels in Vegas and will now be coming back to Bally's on a regular basis. Dennis not only accommodated a room request and a tricky reservation problem, and got it all done in a timely quickly so that we were not late for our Jlo concert! And the new tower rooms are amazingly big, chic and modern better than the Wynn, Encore, Paris and Mirage rooms PLUS they are so much more affordable with a much better location. Win, win situation do yourselves a favor and stay at Bally's Las Vegas!

As with most Vegas resorts, the smoke smell carried well into the hallway on the 6th floor. The check in process is all contactless, but that means you'll be touching a screen at a kiosk that you do not know if it's been wiped. There is hand sanitation and masks available through out. There are customer service people there to help with the check in progress, but the one that helped us was not very friendly. The room was large, comfortable and clean. It did have a mini fridge, but did not work very well, still was better than leaving food out. Overall it was a good stay.

Been curious for a while about how the rooms would be because it is generally a cheaper rate but in the area we love (mid strip). They are advertising new rooms for a bit now, so we decided to try. Walked in and immediately felt better as it was a clean, decent, modern room with nice bathroom. We got stuck on 5th floor with absolutely no view, but we also didn't pay a lot. The room itself was one of the better we have stayed for a standard room.

There is an arcade and glow in dark mini golf in lower level. Didn't get to do either, but noticed and want to in future visits.

Also didn't try any restaurants. Room service was OK and one night (too much to drink) got Sabaros pizza which was OK.

Wish they had some newer slots as they seem to be lacking the ones the wife likes.

We will definitely stay again.

We used a third party for reservations and when we got there they put us in a handicapped room with two beds well under our reservation we said we wanted a king bed. We called guest services and she said there was nothing she could do for us so at 2:30 in the morning we trekked back downstairs and we had to move to a different tower but got our king bed and non handicapped capped room. Jubilee tower by the Paris hotel on Friday and Saturday their patty's dont stop until 4 in the morning. Very loud just a warning.

Great shows, great entertainment...I remember it well from my visit...Six years ago...Apparently Google also remembers, since the phone I brought along on that trip is just a distant memory...but Google remembers, oh yes. So, great place, and Google is stalking me.

Bally's is in awesome central location. Can walk directly into Paris hotel without going outside. Marshall Rousso downstairs. alot of good food places outside. Can get to Bellagio and Cromwell fast by taking bridge.

Went to the steak house, food was great, server seemed a bit stuck-up that we didn't all end up ordering a 70$+ steak. But steak was great drinks were delicious. Only complaint is you buy a steak for about 100$ and they want to charge you 12$ for some french fries.. little silly

Terrible terrible service.

Terrible terrible service.
They were nice and helpful checking in at kiosk but checking out was awful.
LUCY (older lady) had an terrible disposition!!!. We will never stay at Bally's because of her nastiness. Her supervisor Lisa was no help as she did nothing to resolve my issue.

Average nothing special, also beware of the so-called resort charge, absolute rip off, we stayed for 10 days and were charged $349, even though the only thing I used was there WiFi, I complained to the manager about the amount charged he just smiled sarcastically and said we had to pay, the full amount was taken from my credit card on the same day we checked in, would definitely under no circumstance recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a horrible experience at a table. The dealer was checking 2 hands at once and scooped up my winning hand (I was playing blind) without checking properly. I let it go cause I didn't catch it early enough. Dealer ended up calling the pit boys over and both proceeded to yell at me.

I live in Las Vegas so I get free parking with my NV state ID/drivers license. At the parking machine I scan the back of my card and it opens.
I love the shops downstairs on the way to the swimming pool.
I don't gamble because Las Vegas is build on losers and I am not that. I also enjoy the shops located between Bally's and Paris. Just looking. I have seen some of these items here around town for a lot less.
I like the casino deco in "Elegant 1970's" style. Did you see all the sparkling chandeliers? I am not a fan of all the kiosks by the front desk, I think that it takes away from the gambling excitement for all the newcomers. I remember the first time I walked in there in the 1990's and how beautiful the gambling floor looked. But that's just my point of view....
