We were upgraded to a suite. It was amazing with a large bathtub with jacuzzi jets. The only downside is that you can hear EVERYTHING outside. Light blocking curtains, but needs sound blocking windows.

Bed Bugs in room 6626 Jubilee Tower!! I m here with our school district for conference, we have over 1,400 rooms booked! So far two people I know have found friends is what front desk calls them in their rooms. After talking to Darrell front dear manager @3am, he had the nerve to offer a roll away bed in the infested room!! Request housekeeping to make sure there were bed bugs, after housekeeping confirmed by pull back all layers of sheets, they were indeed bed bugs! Darrell had the nerve to tell me he was upgrading my room for my inconvenience, no it was because the hotel was completely booked and nothing else was available. Now it s 4am, I m away from friends in a while different tower, I need to up at 8am. Check for bugs before you have to go through the hassle! I have pictures to prove it!

Probably the best night's sleep we've had. Clean room, easy access.
The bar? Awesome!

I loved staying here as it is centrally located to pretty much everything on the strip. The room was recently renovated and it was very nice, the view however was nowhere near as nice. The bathroom was spacious and clean. There was also a mini fridge, safe, and coffee maker in my room. The only thing I didn't like was the security guard that stopped to basically ask me why I was there as if he was actually saying was you dont belong so I must question him.

Check in line was very long for a Sunday, but besides that, everything else was great with our stay. Chris checked us in and even gave us an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room with an amazing view of the High Roller. She was very helpful and wasn't trying to rush us through to get to the next guest. The room was great! It had yet to be updated, but the room was very spacious and the bed was so comfy!

I've been going to Vegas for years and I always thought that Bally's looked old and tired on the outside when I walked by. But I was pleasantly surprised when we stayed there this trip. The room was very nice and comfortable and recently renovated. And the addition of the Grand Bazaar Shops outside makes shopping and dining very convenient. Would recommend!

4 stars because of price. they helped me out, A LOT, by accepting my company's per diem rate. the rooms are a little old, but hey - so is Vegas. for the prime location (and just how much time do you plan on spending in your room, while in Vegas, anyway?), and awesome room service - 4 well-earned stars. the great and friendly staff bring it home. it isn't an exclusive luxury suite, but it certainly cuts the mustard!

I was there just for the casino. Air is smoke filled like any other casino but it's definitely on the cleaner side. Trash and used glasses are picked up very often. Dealers are nice and friendly enough not to intimidate away any new players. Machines seem to be newer than the ones in neighboring Paris.

Not a fan of vegas, went for a conference. Gambled $0.00 total, so that my review for what it's worth. Hotel is in decent shape, going through a remodel. Rooms are large and comfortable, most of all they're pretty quiet. But, what's the deal with 'real bodies' being displayed, that's horrific. These people were likely criminals who's bodies were sold off my the Chinese government perhaps. Really sad that we've come to the point where dead humans who have been sliced up and put on display is considered entertainment. Very dehumanizing.

The rooms are clean and newly renovated but the room was like an icechest. The heater kept on blowing cold air even when we set the heater on 80 and its gets colder in the early mornings. I booked my stay online and I thought I got a good deal but when we checked in we got hit with the resort fee. They should put those charges when your booking. Overall it was a cold stay.

Nice casino. Not wildly exciting like many others but nice. You can come in via The Paris. We played on penny slots for ages and it really is fun. You don't have to spend lots to have a bit of fun gambling. Every time we won 20 cents the machine made a song and dance!

Smokey casino chokes us non-smokers. Upgrade room but had to move back to regular room due to tub backing up dirty water. Ridiculous resort fee is a rip-off (same with every Vegas hotel). Negatives offset by nicely upgraded room and friendly well-trained staff, and price is good value for the money.

We stayed at Bally's Jubilee room for 8 nights. The room was much bigger comparing to average hotel rooms, and the bed was so comfortable that we are considering getting one for our home. Hotel also has text message service, if you need anything or have any questions, just text them. The best part is the view from our room. Couldn't get enough of it (see attached photos). The hotel is older, but for the price you pay, definitely worth it, especially considering it's located in the center of the strip. The only downside is that they don't have a hot tub/ jacuzzi.

Cool place, 10 visits to Vegas and never noticed the alley of shops right on the strip, but they had some good stuff! Now a local, I come here frequently. Hard to find parking structure, go directly to valet and ask.

For the price it was completely worth the stay. However make sure you look at what you request in your room. I will be making the choices on that next time around. I was sad about the pool not being open at least every other day. I did get to enjoy it at least twice and boy I was blown away such fun. 12 ft! The ppl that work in the public spaces are sticklers for keeping that mask over your mouth and nose so be prepared to be reminded even while smoking a cigarette/cigar.

No complaints. Decent room. A little pricey even for SEMA weekend. Room was clean. Casino stole all my money as expected. Watch out for single attractive girls sitting at the slots by the elevator at 2 am...Lesson learned. :)

The room was very nice, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest hotels on the Strip with convenient proximity to other hot spots like the Paris, Linq, and Bellagio.

I visited Bally's casino to attend the human body exhibit. It was marvelous and very informative. Highly recommend to those interested or on the fence to learn about the human body. I also got a massage from ok next of the merchants outside and it was great. They were really nice and gave us a discount. The hotel as a whole however felt cheaper than the rest and lacked that vegas charm that I experienced at all the other casinos i visited. I dont think I would have stayed here as a guest.

It was great because of the location and price of this hotel/resort. I would definitely recommend staying here because it is in the centre of the Las Vegas strip, and you ll find everything you need from here at a walking distance.

The rooms are quite spacious and clean, along with the resort being huge. It was a nice clean non-smoking room.

However, there aren t any hotel staff willing to assist in a timely manner and this could be frustrating at some times. Also, the food prices are really jacked up and would be nice if they offered at least coffee for free for their guests.

Conveniently located in the heart of the Strip, Bally's is affordable with easy access to many other TotalRewards (Caesar's owned) properties. BLT is a good restaurant. Will be staying again next year for the March Madness basketball tournament.

This hotel has a great the lobby, it's beautiful! There is a bar and a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have a cute pool area. There is a Starbucks and a UPS store. There is valet or self parking. I can throw a rock from the monorail. The hotel is very modern, the rooms are very clean and the views aren't too bad the hotel is located behind the Wynn it would be a trek to walk up to the strip but not impossible. The rooms are very clean and the bed is pretty firm but comfy! I would for sure stay here again! The customer service is awesome too!

Went to twilight zone mini golf place to kill 45 minutes and daughter had a blast playing the mini bowling game. She played it 5 times in a row then we left. The mini golf looks cool with monsters and black lights and weird twilight zone stuff.

Good view from our room on the 10th floor. Visited in March, weather 60-75, nice but we ended up getting some wind. Hotel was nice and VERY convenient. I was very impressed, room was big, room service was great, and location was central to everything. Only disappointment, no coffee makers in the room although if your gambling you can get free drinks including coffee.

Helpful staff. Pool and Spa closed due to covid but accommodations can be made to swim at the Paris. Room was clean, modern and spacious with a great view although no microwave in a suite was a first for me! Self check-in kiosks need work.

Frequent traveler to Vegas. Have stayed at Bally's...

Frequent traveler to Vegas. Have stayed at Bally's numerous times especially when we take my 2 toddler grandkids. Love the rooms, we usually get the suites. Rooms are large with a large jacuzzi bathtub for kids to play in and easy bathing. Has the large living room and kitchenette with an adjoining 2 bed room. Bally's does have they're mini fridges connected ( stayed at Ceasers Palace one month ago and they don't have them plugged in) Bally's also removed all coffee makers from rooms. Enjoy the pool, it's probably the only pool of Ceasers sister casinos with warm water.. again great for grandkids. We stayed this weekend Aug 19-24th. A few reason's why only giving 3 stars. My husband's a top player, a Seven star "big player"! So, Bally's is not providing valet service at all, only self parking. They will only assist with luggage bags. They will not take any ice chests or any types of drinks/liquids. So we carried 2 ice chests, 1 case of water with two very fast toddlers between 3 adults. Then, the Seven Star private check in room is closed, so checked in on the regular front desk. After checking in my hubby ran to front and self parked. And pool is only open Thur, Fri and Sat 11am to 5pm. Pool is not serving any type of food. BUT, you're "forced"to by a tiny container of fruit for $5 with every single drink that's ordered. There are very few lounge chairs. So if you're not in line second it opens you don't get one. All these changes are not told to you when booking, our host didn't even mention it. I know boohoo us, but Bally's not taking care of their top players or even having the courtesy of advising their guests of these very inconvenient changes.

Very nice hotel. If you have kids I would not take them there. This hotel is mostly for adults. There are some games for the kids that they could play with tokens but, I would say this hotel was made for adults.

Smoking allowed but you can't smell it. Friendly staff, clean rooms, can't beat the location. If you can do the Express check in it's very fast. Didnt like being hit up for a time share as soon as getting into the hotel. After check in you get printed directions to get to room. A map would have been better. Will stay here again and recommend it to friends.

I didn't spend very long at Bally's, but from the short time i was there I got the feeling of it being a pretty nice and well managed casino. It's on the strip and near all of the other casinos, as well as alot of nice food places. I can't speak for the rooms as I haven't been in one, but if they're anything like the casino I'm sure they're acceptable.

2020.01-28 to 02-01: We just love this hotel and will plan to book here again! We love the staff, the hotel, the amenities and accommodations they possess. We couldn't love it more. On top of that, they are pet-friendly. We were there for a convention and it was truly amazing. It was my first stay in Vegas. This hotel is CENTRALLY LOCATED to everything we could possibly ask for. We had a CVS and an In and Out a block or so away. Not only that but they were also attached to Wahlburger and other great restaurants right in front of the hotel! I can get ice cream, ramen, burgers, etc. just by walking outside.

Also located inside this awesome hotel was Bucca De Bepo, Tequila Taquieria and Johnny Rockets. WTH. They even had the Bodies Gallery, duck bowling and an arcade. So fantastic. You really can't ask for more. Like I explained, it's centrally located and was the cornerstone to every excellent other hotel such as the Paris Hotel. Across the street was Caesar's Palace. I can't tell you enough how great this place was.

The customer service and the staff was also primo. We had booked a pet-friendly room on the 7th floor. A dedicated floor for pets!!!! Now that's clever. They kept the 7th floor cleaned and sanitized. Just lovely.

Definitely a must to visit. We are making this our number one every time we visit just because of everything we experienced due to the customer service, prices and huge rooms!

Lots to do, all around reasonable prices. Hotel rooms are okay, and Casino is fine. I must say, my favorite part of this whole Casino is the coffee kiosk located directly across from check in. The pastries are world-class and the coffee is some of the best in Vegas. It's a secret. Don't tell anyone!

Great location but definitely needs repair.. Stayed in jubilee suite 7102 and had lots of issues. Great location and price but not worth it. First walking in noticed that the fridge was leaking water all over the floor and had to call for repair. They could not fix so they brought a huge fridge on a cart that took allot of room And took 4 hours to get the new one. Next telephone was broken and just placed back in its location. Then the vanity in the restroom was also broken and just sitting on the floor. All furniture was old and the drawers and cabinets would not close properly. we had a non smoking and had to complain about all the weed smoking and it was smelling in our room and lobby. They need non smoking floors not just rooms for this issue. Also this room 7102 stay away you can hear the elevator 24/7 and will keep you up all night super loud even in the room.. I don't right much reviews but would definitely look somewhere else. to many issues with our stay at bally's

Stayed at Ballys May1-5,2016. Hotel was so smokey my eyes were burning.
There was no coffee pot in room. If wanted coffee in room had to order 15.00 pot with 8.00 delivery fee plus tip expected. The purchased coffee was very good and so was my delivered breakfast but it was over 50.00. My rooms carpet needed shampooing, very dirty. Must bring own soap and shampoo, the available was very low quality. Worst part was even on non smoking floor I felt like there air system was not working because so smokey. Just could never go there again.

The hotel bathtub makes funny noises at night and when morning came, we found a pool of dried black debris water in it. We washed it so we can use it as we were in a hurry to join the grand Canyon tour at 6:30am. 2nd day, a pool of clear water came out again from the bathtub. We went out without showering and we came back the pool of water was gone. The air conditioning was just beside the bed and it's very noisy. Also the intercontinental breakfast they offer is only up to the value of $9, anymore you pay the difference. Just a sandwich alone costs 9.75. This is Las Vegas but wow.....

Really disappointed in my most recent stay the check-in lady was not willing to negotiate at all. I asked since I was only staying 2 nights, and because its vegas it never hurts to ask, if they could wave EITHER one of the resort daily fees of $39.95/ day or one of the nightly pet fees of $85/night. Just one. She simply told me no the resort fees are required (lie because I've stayed here three times before and the last time asked to have the fee waived for one of the nights and the lady at that time happily obliged!) And secondly, there is always room for accommodations to a guest in Las Vegas hotels and resorts! The lady was just unwilling. Plus, on top of that I had to pay $20.95 per day for a pet crate and $15/day for parking. If I had not had already had the experience of other staff members and such being way more willing to accommodate in the past then it wouldn't be a big deal but to flat out lie is just distasteful and disappointing. I've had great experiences in the past which is the only reason I'm willing to return to Ballys again in the future but I sure hope there is some more friendly and truthful service next time if not, not that it will be a huge loss to you, but I will not return and be some other hotel's gain for sure!!!
