Extremely busy place. Lots of tourist bumping into you with out saying "excuse me". It's whatever though some people are just rude. Nice place to be overall.

Terrible!!! The front desk staff is very rude. We got to our room and it was dirty. Gum on the walls the bed was dusty the bathroom floor hadn t been swept or mopped. It took 4 calls to the front desk to get someone to the room to clean it. After all that we ask as a courtesy to have a coffee pot they told us $25 a day to have one in our room. The vending machines didn t work so we had to either leave the hotel or spend $6 dollars for a soda or bottle of water in the gift shops. We asked three times to have our room cleaned it was finally done the last night of our stay. Just an all around bad experience and lesson learned. We will never go back to that hotel again.
Bedbugs. Troubling. My son and I spent two nights in a room here and were bitten a lot by bedbugs. I noted this in an email to the hotel. They were apologetic, but otherwise provided an extraordinarily weak response (given the severity of the issue). I'm an easy going client, and they failed me. (Giving them two stars) (no response from hotel so reduced to one star) location is unbeatable, otherwise you should avoid.
Horrible service. Had the batteries in my tv go out, called to get it replaced, and it took them an HOUR just for a remote. This was also at 1030 at night so I had to stay awake to wait for the stupid staff to deliver it, which originally they said would take 5 minutes to get it to me . Horrible service and a horrible hotel, friends family and myself will NEVER stay at ballys again, good job on losing business !!
Everything at ballys was great for the price. This is slow time in Vegas but still a fun overnight trip. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
Great location n atmosphere was awesome ... loved how easy it was it get to Paris
We stayed here with family. I am very much satisfied.
Room was nice would definitely go again. Only reason why I'm giving 4 starts is because they didn't give me a king as purchase and gave me 2 queens instead. Also the table in the room was not clean. It had crumbs from previous use. Otherwise everything else was very clean.
Went to Bally's for Twilight Zone mini golf. Nice hotel and good atmosphere.
Great overall hotel! I have stayed twice and plan to come back.
The Bally's Las Vegas Hotel & Casino was absolutely amazing. I wasn't a guest there but their service was superb and efficient. The BLT Steak house held the Sterling Buffet, which provided ample amount of seafood, steaks and dessert. Beautiful hotel.
The room was nice. It had a Murphy bed, which I've never seen in a hotel. The only bad thing was the frame for the bed stuck out about three inches past the mattress. Within a few minutes of being there one person hit it so hard while walking past that they almost broke a toe. The corners are both severely scuffed up so it's obvious we weren't the first with this problem. Other than that it was a nice place.
yes we stayed at Bally's oh, I don't know about the food there cuz we were busy visiting and eating at the other places that I rated, but this day was Pleasant
Very helpful stored our luggage for us for a tip which was a great help.
Just returned from a 6 night problem free stay. Everyone associated with the hotel was fantastic. The sports book is a hidden gem along with the bar that goes with it. We would and hope to revisit.
We had a great stay! Lots of fun!
We loved the size of the room and the location! Views were great and room was very clean.
Great location the strip right at the corner of Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd. Newly remodeled bar/lounge area is nice. Sports book is also nice with lots of seating and TVs but is quite far from the casino floor. Easy access to Paris via the shops/restaurants walkway. Overall a budget friendly choice with premium location on the strip.
Smells like an ashtray. Long check-in and check-out process when the kiosks fail. They double charged my for a room that was already pre-paid by my company. Would not recommend for business conference.
Loved the location. Check in is a bit later than usual but I guess it's Vegas. Room was amazing. no complaint
Located somewhat off to the side of the Las Vegas strip, Bally's is like most casinos, offering nice rooms, a wide variety of food choices, and plenty of slot machines and tables. If you're looking for a more low-key place to stay, unlike Caesars or Bellagio, then Bally's is a good choice.
Traditional. Consistent. Ordinary. Bally's is a staple on the strip. It's a solid property but lacks appeal. I don't recommend it but I don't advise against it.
Upgraded to the room with the "strip view". You can't even see the strip from our room, because it's blocked by an elevator shaft. They're was also food in the fridge and when we called the front desk they asked if we wanted someone to come remove it for us. No, I want a room that was actually cleaned.
Bally's Las Vegas I visited a few times and every time that I've gone I find it the staff are very very knowledgeable very personable and very courteous. The resort is very clean and also it is well taken care of. There's lots to do a Bally's or swimming there's the casino there's great restaurants if you're looking for accommodations it is probably one of the nicest places that you'll ever want to stay at when you're in Las Vegas. The next time you're in town just come take a tour and look around valleys you won't be disappointed.
Poor old fashioned hotel. Skip it if you are planning on spending some time in the hotel room or facilities other than casinos. It has a great location, so good if you are traveling to Vegas on budget and planning to spend most of the time in casinos.
Our stay at Bally's was nice. Our original room was upgraded to a suite. We stayed for 3 days which we just the right amount. Bally's has a pretty central location which makes getting around easier.
One of my favorite casinos in Vegas. It's a fun and lively place to gamble and spend your time. Saw the burlesque show in the "Back Room" and the whole experience was outstanding.
Had a bit of a snafu upon check in, but other than that no issues. Hotel is a bit dated compared to the others, but center strip location is great.
We stayed here a couple Christmas Holiday Seasons ago and had a great time. The Italian Restaurant inside called Bucca di Peppa was one of the best places for Italian food we've ever been too. Close to all places on the Strip, unforgettable stay. Good Times.
Well worth the discounted rates. Not sure I would pay full price for this place!!
Very beautiful place. Clean rooms friendly staff .
Efficient work .
Bally's was nice. One of their bar areas had comfortable seats. The location of the casino was also very amazing. I didn't spend too much time in their, but I would go back.
Perfect location on the strip. Right in the middle and across from the Bellagio fountains. Great hotel with all of the amenities.
Love this place. Great selection of slots, and several food options.
Great cassino. Connected to surrounding hotels, great nearby bars
Not bad
Rooms are clean not much in the way of a pool and no hot tub
Nice hotel. Went to the bodies museum which was cool.
Nice central location on the strip. Not the best hotel on the strip but clean rooms. Has some balcony's but don't know if they are accessible. I would try to get a room with a view.
Enjoy the casino as it is not too busy with people jumping in and out at the table. Great location in the middle of the strip. View on the Bellagio/Ceasars and affordable. Staff is very professional and connection to the Paris is very convenient.
Just left the pool, nice quiet, relaxing, except the water was freezing.
This hotel is not honest. A check out machine was broke when I tried to check out. I talked to the receptionist and asked about it, he just told me to leave the key in the key drop out and I am good. Later this hotel charged me for a late check out.
Bally's is in a great location in the middle of the strip also has a lot of cool shops out front
My wife and I stayed at Bally's for a conference. We booked a room with a view of the strip, but the room we got faced into the neighboring hotel and the bed was against the wall of the elevator shaft which was a little noisy. We used the self check-in, as there was a lengthy line for the desk. The directions to our room provided by the check-in machine were confusing as they didn't include a map, had to ask directions. Lastly, the WiFi is only free with the resort fee otherwise it's $15/24hr for 2 devices up to 20Mb (but I maxed out at around 15Mb), and the service appears to struggle at times. I had frequent disconnects and occasional buffering when watching Netflix. There is an option to forego room service and get $10 credit/voucher but there is no formal information on this anywhere. Found some anecdotes in online forums, but nothing on the hotel or chain websites. If this wasn't the venue for the conference, we probably wouldn't have stayed here, and are unlikely to choose to stay here again. Oh, the coffee provided in the room is disgusting, not unique to this hotel though. They provided 4 coffee servings, but only gave condiment packets (sugar, powdered creamer etc) for 3. Okay, so it wasn't all bad. The king size bed was really comfortable, my wife joked about taking it home with us. The room was decently spacious. The TV's HDMI port was accessible, allowing us to use our laptops for streaming. The shower in our bathroom was a walk-in, and the hot water comes out almost instantly.
Here for a work event. Everyone has been friendly and effecient. The banquet team has been great. The rooms were ready on time. Refreshed quickly and the sound guys did a great job.
We stayed in the hotel for one night. We enjoyed walking around the hotel, and the room was very nice.
There food court is clean and well lit. The corridors and casino floor seem pretty clean and well kept. I was visiting a friend staying there and the room seemed nice. I didn't stay overnight, so I can't give a more in depth review.
Except for bell-hops, the staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and somewhat confusing. The concegaire is only available limited hours. Check in was like being in the Army. You have to go through the casino with a gauntlet of cigarette smoke to get to your room. It really sucks and never coming back
Always clean, great machines, great service. Love the Indigo lounge, it's my go to place for great entertainment.
Great staff, great location, my stay at Bally's was perfect.
Pretty standard Vegas. Nowhere quiet, nowhere to sit down except in front of a slot machine. Not a single coin slot anywhere. Vegas claims to be kid friendly, but I wouldn't really agree.
The staff were all extremely helpful and kind. Much appreciated.
Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Recommend this hotel. Only thing is you might get lung cancer from the cigarettes but that's literally every hotel on the strip. At the very least you'll find peace in the fact that it was Bally's that gave you lung cancer and not your step dad.
A bit old but location is great, your basically in the middle of strip and they priced very fairly. If your doing budget friendly trip you should definitely check it out.
Bally's is a lucky place to play. They have a Mexican restaurant that us really good. There nochos are really big. They are very generous with there servings.
Great place to visit. Good things to see and do there.
It was really nice, relaxing, clean & nice receptionist
Great location in the middle of the strip with great prices. Rooms with taxes and resort fees was a great deal. Food on site with many options outside. Our room was clean, large with more then enough room for 2 couples to stay comfortably. Bed was soft and comfortable. Water in the shower was hot with great pressure.
The place was clean and we'll lit. Their bathrooms were well maintained.
The hotel was beautiful the casino on the other hand seem to lack maintenance slot machines kept breaking down we had to wait for 40 minutes to cash out of the machine because it wouldn't print a ticket I would go back to the hotel will not ever gamble at the casino again
Nice hotel with a good location. Good for staying although you have to pay for wifi!
Ample space at the table games. The hotel is starting to get dated, though.
Stay away!!! Place reeks of smoke dirt and grunginess. Horrible beyond belief. Although the 1970 s room was fine. Do not stay here horrible
Very pleasant experience. Helpful staff and good location. I did not like the fact that is impossible to buy a Coke anywhere here since all Caesars resorts are STRICTLY Pepsi.
First room they put me in smelled moldy. Second room smelled strongly of cleaning solution. Didn't want to bother changing rooms again and just toughed it out at that point.
We had a great stay. The room was clean, quiet, modern, no smoke or other funk. Right in the middle of the strip. Great stay and a great price for a strip hotel on a Sunday evening.
Great location.walburger rite in front. Nathan's onsite. Go Knights.
It was such a beautiful room. I don't think they should charge for self parking, or valet. Valet has and always should be a courtesy, and they get tips. Now they charge$20 for parking. Other than that, everything was perfect!
Good place to hang between meetings and conventions. Good service, active average foods... High priced everything but decent quality everything
This hotel has a neat check-in & check-out kiosk system. You don't have to wait in line to get keys to your room. If you have a passport card you must use the government id option instead of the passport option as the passport reader will not read your card. You will have a little walk to get to an elevator to get to your room. The room was nice and large. Another neat feature is the ability to charge to your room if a hotel is part of the Caesars entertainment family. So you can walk down the street to Planet Hollywood and eat at any of their restaurants and you will be able to charge the meal or entertainment to your room. Bally's is connected to the Paris so there are a lot of choices. Unfortunately that can't be said for the restaurants in Bally's. They close early so you will have to go over to The Paris or the Strip for a late night dinner, especially if your meeting runs late in either hotel.
Always stay here when in town. Decent rooms and good players club promotions.
It was a lot of fun. That's so amazing food. Great place for dinner.
We spent a couple of nights over there. The surrounding area is nice but we had aufull experience with the staff over there that ruined the whole vacation. Absolutly rude and unhelpfull people,bu far worst that I have never seen in a hotel ever.
I was swarrned about that and I thought we won't interact with the staff much for that to be a problem. I was wrong, if you are to use the casino that happens a lot more that you imagine.
Would not step a foot in that place or other hotels in the area with the same managment ever again.
Not the nicest hotel in Las Vegas by a long shot, however it has all the necessities.
Well designed clean rooms, and the room cleaners are also very nice and attentive to guests.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and pool was nice.
We have stayed here a few times. The location is great. We are staying at the Jubilee tower. The room is 440 sf, which for a hotel room is spacious. There is a small blue funky looking couch in here that I find hard to use just thinking of things that may have been done on it. (Sorry for giving you that weird glimpse in my mind!) The room is good. Better than many I've stayed at for the same price. No water pressure in the shower, unfortunately. But I get it, water should be conserved as much as possible. The bed is not the most comfortable bed and the pillows at so small! I just tried to put on some music and they want $9.99 a day. Geez, can't even get free music anymore. Parking is $10, resort fees $34 and taxes are $8, so about $54 in charges other than the room fee. My goodness! Anywho, that's my review!
Water pressure in shower = 0
Best place to stay in Vegas, especially since they remodeled their rooms. Central to everywhere you need to go on the strip
Would give 0 stars if I could have selected that. Will not be back to this hotel. Worst nights sleep (more like lack of it) EVER!! The nightclub next door blared loud music from 11-3am daily. So loud couldn t sleep at all. Horrible. Hotel didn t care when brought to their attention. No one should be placed in those unless to be used as part of torture treatment.
I love staying here!!! The staff is always very friendly and professional.
For Vegas, not the best place to stay, but rooms are really nice and clean. Couple expensive food restaurants, except for the food court. Parking garage is an absolute mess!
Interconnected with Paris and is very well within walking distance. Great place to visit for restaurants for guests staying in Paris
Too much street noise kept me awake. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Nothing fancy.
Always the best to go to and there's so much to see
Been to Ballys in the past and this was my favorite stay so far. The rooms have been spruced up again, the elevators seem to be timed right and were speedy. Stayed in a smoking room and you'd never know it was a smoking room. We had a lovely view as well.
I was just there for a show, so no comment on the room. The casino is OK, but nothing really special. It seems like an average, but overall good place.
Nice place, mostly went here to go to the employment center since my friend will be working for Caesars here pretty soon. Looks very nice inside the actual place.
Has what you need. It is a bit older, oddly the toilets in bathrooms spray toilet water and sewer smell 1-3 times a day. Happened to us and another guest we met from a different floor. The Grand Bazar next door plays really loud music until 2 or 3 am. This is Vegas yes, but it made it very hard to sleep after a fun packed day and night. Even with the thick curtains closed. The pool is a long walk from the tower our rooms were in. You have to cross the casino floor, go to the other tower, down elevators and walk 5 minutes through a mini mall. We visited many other casino's on the trip and they seemed much nicer and things were not so spread out.
No room service at night is just horrible .. Besides that everything is just ok at best, rooms, sports book way out of the way, bartenders are pretty solid!!
