Great view! We got an upgrade for only $6!! Spacious rooms. Great and friendly staff. Many express check-in kiosks for smooth and quick check-in.

Great hotel, perfect location, good price, staff wonderful.

Why are people bringing children to Las Vegas? Vegas is no place for small children in the least. Also the people stopping every 5 feet to take pictures when it s 105 is ridiculous. The cigarette smoking is so bad. Ugh.

The rooms are huge. Well, maybe some rooms. But other than that awesome hotel.

Stayed in the Jubilee suite which was clean & spacious . Lost two stars because the maid walked into our room at 8:15am waking up my party that then settled down at 6am from Vegas festivities. Also if you make a reservation , don't do it over the phone because they'll charge you for bothering their call center. Won't stay again

I love it here. The staff are always willing to help with what ever your needs are. It's also not a very crowded casino.

Just passed through and had a drink, the bartender was really helpful and friendly.

Room was great. Nice beds, clean. Housekeeping very polite. Only downfall was concierge at front desk. She was not helpful and bordered on just plain rude. I would assume the hotel would want friendlier people giving the first impression of their hotel. When we asked a question about renting a car we were just rudely told she doesn't work for them and then she ignored us.

I booked a 1000 sq ft suite in the Jubilee tower for my buddy's bachelor party. Room was amazing and everyone was impressed. Would stay here again.

Very dirty, had to switch rooms. Not a place I will return.

I liked the location of the hotel. My only dislike was no microwave in the rooms to heat up food.

Service was fine in this dated hotel. Convenient location puts you in a great place on the strip. Rooms are comfortable and quiet.

Nice hotel. Beautiful rooms. Casino layout sucks as does the price to stay there. Ima local so I'm glad I don't pay the fees..

Very poor customer service had to wait an hr as some one in their office forgot to enter my booking details which I booked 3 months back. Dint even bother apologise even though it was their mistake. Room service was appalling.have to go through smoke filled casino to reach the hotel room.1 star is for the housekeeping who were very nice.

The shops are great the casino is huge very close to Eiffel tower observation deck

Pretty nice accommodations for a really reasonable price. The hotel is perfectly placed on the strip, which makes getting everywhere really easy.

The only complaint I have is the noise from the nightclub across the street is kinda annoying.

Comfortable bed! Great location! We re literally in the middle of the strip

It was good. Tables were well kept and staffed. Poker room was a bit odd. Chips too close in color and didn't tell us when they switched them on a break. That was a costly mistake

Stayed at Bally's last year. Great hotel! The location in the strip makes it easier to travel till other places around the strip. Rooms were comfy and enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

For the price that I paid for my 2 night stay I'm a little disappointed about the room. The bed isn't comfortable, the curtains do not close all the way, and there was trash left behind from a previous guest. The location is great, but I don't think I would want to stay here again.

This was a great place back when it was the original MGM but like most places on the strip they've sold out to timeshare salespeople is harassing you as you walk in the door overpriced liquor stores and impossible to walk through without getting ran over from a stroller or some kid running across the casino floor I guess it's just the change of the times this was once a beautiful place

3 day stay, spacious room- with a queen size murphy bed (was a bit worried about how comfortable it'd be- back issues... slept very well), a big bathroom, small refrigerator & wet bar. The view was not great, but I didn't come for the view from the inside:) every employee we encountered was pretty friendly. Would definitely return!

Im here for 2 nights and it's my 1st time here. I love it!!! Clean & extremely comfortable rooms, great staff, exciting casino areas and convenient outlets & restaurants. Priced fair ( wish I could afford 1 more night).

The shops here are a little different than some of the other hotels. I enjoyed the change. I got a great deal on a TENS unit from the O2 shop.

Check in was at 2pm, I arrived at 430am. Could pay an extra $35 for a early check in. I chosed not to. They did not have free parking, but the price was reasonable. Everyone was courteous. Lots of offer for discount activities. No buffet in this hotel, but lots off places to get food. Rooms are clean and good size. It could accommodate 3 comfortably. Some rooms have a safe in resort rooms, mine did not. It did have an ironing board an blow dryer. Pool is quite a walk away from rooms.

UnF-ing believable! The room we are in, an upgraded suite is directly adjacent to the Paris Hotel that is blasting and I mean major blasting music from their nightclub! When I called the manager at the front desk she said yes and she is aware of it as she has stayed in the rooms in this tower and said it will go until 4:00 a.m.! No room supposedly available to move to! They are fully aware this goes on but they gave us no warning, no options, nothing except she offered for us to come down to the lobby and pick up ear plugs if we wanted. Vacation means rest and relaxation. This is miserable!

Meeting/event staff were friendly and professional. The property was easy to navigate, clean, and offered everything I needed during my time on site. Large gaming floor and restaurants were appreciated by the other attendees in my group.

I can not say enough about this resort. It truly transports you to Venice with upscale boutiques to match. It connects to the equally fabulous Palazzo and all of the restaurants are excellent.

It's not Bellagio but you can get a good deal on a room and the location is awesome for the strip. There are also high end restaurants or a food court when you get hungry.

Very nice resort , employees where very helpful and the hospitality was amazing.

They have some really nice shops in the mall! Good food and casino games as well.

Blt Steakhouse was a good dinner. Travelzoo has a great deal on dining there.

Casino is small but nice rooms where outdated with bad plugins and looked dirty.

Reeks of cigarettes and cigars more than any other casino in the area. Water is constantly full sanitizer.
