Had a bit of a communication error when placing the order on the phone, but once we got on the same page with what I wanted, they got my order going. It did take quite a while to get my order, and longer than they originally estimated but I did get status updates when I requested them, so at least I was not in the dark wondering if this was a legit company. Once my railing was manufactured, they sent me pictures and provided tracking info. When I received the railing, it was in a very sturdy heavy-duty crate which protected it greatly during shipment. Upon opening the crate, the railing was very beautiful! Was even better than I thought the pictures online looked. This railing makes a beautiful statement and is one of the first things you see when approaching our house. I am completely satisfied with the end result overall- great quality and gorgeous!

Ordering long distance over the internet can be a challenge. Ordering construction items like railings and balconies can be precarious. DecIron walks you through the process with photo and measurements they turn out a great product. The wife was happy and the neighbors impressed. The finish work is incredible. If you have iron work such as balconies and railings this is the place to go.

The balcony is very well-built and beautiful. It was shipped to us ahead of schedule and securely packaged in a crate to prevent damage. The shipping company was easy to work with and flexible with delivery options. Pedro was available to answer questions about installation each time we called. The issue that we had with our particular application was that we wanted to mount the balcony off our 2nd story master bedroom that is 17 feet off the ground. Unfortunately, the weight of this 48x80 inch balcony required us to rent a forklift that could reach that high because the balcony was too heavy for even four men to safely lift it up on ladders and make the necessary adjustments for the installation. We also had to figure out how to place the lag bolts that connected the balcony platform to the wall of the house and then slide the bottom cover between the platform and the support brackets. Fortunately, my contractor was highly-skilled at using an extending forklift and he and his crew of 3 men were able to safely get the balcony installed. In my application there was no way that I could have done this myself with just a few friends on ladders.

The main reasons I went with a bolt-on wrought iron balcony was because I did not want to make the structural modification to my home for a cantilevered balcony and I really liked the look of Pedro's balconies. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the result and I highly recommend Pedro and his company.

The lady that answered the phone was nasty to me she was so disrespectful, I tried to make an appointment with Pedro to get railing installed in my house and never got in touch with him.i do not recommend them at all

I contracted Decorative Iron to make 2 iron railings for the stairs leading off of my brick terrace down to the area around my pool. I told them that it was very important that the railings were installed in time for a party I was having in 3 weeks. The staff at Decorative Iron worked with me on the design and came out several times to measure the curved part of my stairs. Unfortunately the welder working on my railings quit unexpectedly before finishing them. In order to get my railings to me on time, the owner personally came out and installed them himself on a Saturday, the morning of my party. He really cared that I had them on time. The railings are exactly want I wanted, for a good price and I couldn't ask for better service!

Deciron is a small welding and Ornamental Iron shop. Contrary to other shops I was impressed with the clean shops and office. His owner is very accommodating when you want to design your balcony, they give you auto-cad drawings for your approval with details!
The quality of materials is very impressive. This railings and balconies meet USA standards and they use thick materials. This business is a gem. I highly recommend them.
