I got a scheduled viewing date for a property that I was under the impression was for rent, only to find they had already rented out to someone else. The lady I spoke with at first told me every other renter fell through. I was the only scheduled viewing at the time, the only renter application yet they only gave me the slightest 24 hour notice to my viewing date cancellation and told me it s a first come first serve situation which I already knew but was hoping for more of an advance as they have ruined plans for multiple people on such a short notice. If I would have known they don t go by the date an application was applied I would have never even made a viewing. Even a simple call or email saying another renter applied and they were interested in their application before hand would have been nice.When I called about said discrepancy all I got from Greg was if they would have come 2 hours before your showing I would have said the same thing all I can do for you now is say sorry honestly I feel sorry a property management business operates like this. If you want to watch your dreams get snatched up before your very eyes and hear a very unopologetic sorry go through Keller Williams property management of Durango.

One of the worst businesses to work with. Very unhelpful and did not call to update us on anything, property wise. Was extremely hard to get a hold of. Never answered phone calls for questions or comments. Had little information about property.

I have had the best experiences with a realtor I've ever had with Karen, she is knowledgeable and willing to help!
