This place has it all! When I worked with Beckett and Matt on my band's first EP they treated us very well and made it an enjoyable and fun experience. They're definitely about putting your needs before their own. I'm a drummer so it was exciting to hear the sound of the main room and it definitely sounds HUGE. I worked with Josh the drum tech and he was very knowledgeable about achieving the right sound out of the kit. Beckett (aka Bill) knows his craft very well in setting the right levels and EQ so your product will sound huge. They use top notch studio quality equipment so you can get the perfect sound out of your instrument or voice. The place itself is clean and free of clutter and has a very modern appeal, also the coffee machine is bitchin'. From acoustic to hard rock to hip hop/R&B to Latin or jazz, I would recommend Blue Light Digital Sound for your next musical project!

It was cool to see a facility with so much to offer. This place was great and they made great music!!

It wasn't what I was expecting. I took my special needs brother there for a program they offer. While I'm supportive of the emotional and social encouragement when it comes to playing music, there wasn't much taught in the way of proper form and technique. I could be biased given my perspective, but I've seen my brother read simple piano music, copy proper drumming form when I practiced at home, and he has a talent for matching pitches like a lot of our family. This seems like it's years below his skill level, or less of a music lesson and more like music playtime

Hidden gem in Mount Holly! My daughter won a session through her school and I honestly didn't know what to expect. From first contacting the studio to Tuesday's session, Matt and Josh went above and beyond what I could have ever imagined!! My daughter is only 11 and had never been in a recording studio before. We arrived a few minutes early and Matt was great. He spent some time with us explaining the different rooms and equipment. Josh was mellow, patient and amazing with working with my daughter to come up with something fun to record on the drums. Josh gave her a lot of positive feedback which definitely helped her confidence. When she found herself a little lost he spent time working with her to help her with tempo and consistency. We had a few extra family members with us and both Matt and Josh were attentive, welcoming and accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this studio to anyone looking to record. The hardest part was figuring out where they were located once you got to 34 Mill Street lol (on the side of 34 Mill towards the back).
