My car broke down in the parking lot of Bailey Creek and the staff was very helpful. They brought me bottle water and let me stay in the lobby until the wrecker came. While waiting I actually went ahead and filled out a credit app because the facilities were outstanding the staff was outstanding and the pool was crystal clear. Thank you guys and I will see you in a month!!!!!!

Staying here more than 3 years, having playground for kids , tennis court , swimming pool surrounded by very pleasant green environment .

Bailey Creek Apartments is a good place to live. I have been living here for the past 2+ years and have enjoyed living here. Safe place to live in Collierville and close to Kroger and certain restaurants. The leasing office staff is friendly and welcoming! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

we are living here for the past almost 16 years and it's he best decision.

The trash was down for over a month, rigged it I guess because now it is broken again. The garbage is overflowing from the bin down the stairs to the drive. It stinks and looks like a hoarders place. I wish i could post the pictures I have taken

I have had to call them numerous times over the last year I have lived her to fix the air conditioner because it was hot in here. Their solution just stick some gas in it until the next time.
The air flow in here is horrible. The living room stays cool when it is working but it does not cool in the master bedroom.
The heating unit is in the 2nd bedroom and in the winter it gets so hot in there but not in the master bedroom.

They told me when I moved in I got new counter tops. Well that was not the truth. They actually painted them. In the master bathroom I have sent them work orders to fix the counter top on the sink where we cleaned and it took the paint off. They have yet to fix it.

Oh my gosh at the spiders and spider webs outside the doors and down the stairs. It is disgusting. One would think they would keep those clean. I got bit by one in the apartment while asleep but they didn't care.

I have been living in Bailey creek apartments for a little over 4 months, and have absolutely enjoyed living here. It is very close to all the amenities (restaurants / shopping .and the like), and it is a very safe place / quiet community. The Staff at the leasing office are very friendly & warm and ensures any maintenance requests are resolved the same day and they re-confirm if I was satisfied with the resolution / services (that is awesome!!!). Just love it here!!.

Worst staff ever... Zero maintenance, and ladies at Helpdesk are not at all cooperative.
I am stuck for 12 months now, can t do anything... would never suggest anyone to lease with these people.
Also the apartment is old and even footsteps on the floor above are disturbing.
Avoid if you don t wanna lose your peace and comfort.

We have lived at the Bailey Creek apartments for about almost two months now. We have had an array of negative experiences with them a few positive.
When we moved in there were fees and extra charges that were tacked on, we were unable to back out of our rental agreement at that time and were stuck paying extra. One of our biggest issues so far has been the staff. Hailey in the office is really not reliable or competent for her position. We have had numerous times that she has misinformed us and when I have asked to speak with someone else, she hangs up and won't answer the phone when we call back.
The apartment we moved into was in a horrible condition, it was NOT cleaned prior to us moving in and has dents, holes and broken things everywhere. Even our front door was broken. It got to the point that I was LOCKED INSIDE MY APARTMENT and when I called for emergency maintenance help it took them OVER 25 minutes to respond and come let me out.
That is totally illegal and it is a safety hazard. If there had been a fire or some sort of emergency we could have died being stuck in there. Hailey did not seem concerned and neither did the maintenance staff.
Another big thing to note is that their trash bin is nowhere near large enough for the amount of people that they have in this complex. There is usually a giant mound of trash overflow covering the ground and surrounding area IN THE FRONT OF THE COMPLEX towards the end of the month.
They seem to have little to no interest in keeping competent staff and it is very concerning.
A positive is that there is a swimming pool, however, there are people who usually are drunk and fighting there, cussing up a storm, so we have to leave with our children.

Apartments are way over priced. Terrible management, won't ever fix anything. Gate is always broken. Trash always over flowing, dirty apartments inside and, out. Not to mention it's dark as hell at night NO lights what so ever random fees, just terrible. but, yet they have the balls to ask for 860 a month for a one bedroom..?

This apartment complex is bias against minorities. I provided check stubs that showed I made three times the rent but that was not sufficient enough for them. I asked if I added my mom to the least would that work. They stated no. My credit score was above average nevertheless I was denied according to this complex. I went to another apartment complex 5 minutes away that has a better curb appeal and more spacious.I was approved the same day.I m glad they denied me!A true blessing in disguise . Judging by the reviews they never fix anything and have very poor customer service. There are way better apartments in the area. I would not recommend Bailey Creek.

My experience at bailey creek is a very remarkable. Place to stay at .The staff are very friendly .a nice apartment to live at i would refer.any one to stay there .

Ideal place, peaceful, safe, quite community for working people near by. Also good for school going kids. Friendly staffs and good service offered.

List of ongoing issues:
Trash compactor has been down for a few weeks causing a major inconvenience and a very bad smell. It is very embarrassing to have guest over with trash and furniture lined up out front.

The property is not well taking care of. When checking the mail, I have to deal with spider webs all over the mail boxes and spiders. I am not sure why this has not been cleaned up and had pest control spray the area. It has been list since I moved in November 2015. This problem is also on the rails leading up to my apartment door. When issue was brought up to the staff we were told that we could clean it.

Every week the gate is broke for at least 2 or 3 days. The amount of money we pay to stay in a gated community for safety is not so safe if the gate is always breaking. At one point the gate was broke for an entire month because someone ran over it. The time it took and the inconvenience it was using one side of the gate was unacceptable. I am not sure if management cares to much about this property because it has really gone down since I moved in.

After hearing that the price for my renewal is going up $100 is crazy for what we are paying for over here. These apartments are not a good representation of Collierville. The inside of my apartments have old mixed match appliances, light switches have old paint that dripped on them, refrigerator has patch work done to keep handle from falling off. When I looked at the model before moving in I was told that the apartment would have all black appliances but on the day of move-in that was not the case. I was told that the leasing agent made a mistake. Not sure why that is my fault but I no choice but to move in since the moving coming was arriving that day and it would have cost me $350 to cancel with the moving company.

I would not suggest, as a resident I am facing a lot of problem that they are not willing to help on. once you sign your lease they are not going to help you at all. Photos of these apartment looks good but when you move in you will see its an old property and need many fixes which they don't do.
When I moved in there were mice problems in my unit and I even shared dead mice picture form my room to them and they came to solve it after 3 days.
Their dishwasher is also designed in a way that even if you don't use it the water from sink backs off and stays in it and stinks, I called maintenance guy and he said its a problem with the design and cannot be solved.
Now I have an issue with the ceiling noise which come from upstairs as the floor is old and make noise when people walk upstairs I called and open maintenance request on their portal but they closed it without even looking into the issue and when I called they are not willing to even diagnose the cause and said me to move to another apartment with the fee of $300. They are not helping by any means.
They are not even giving any contact information of the property owner or person who is responsible or can help.
Once you sign the lease you are trapped you can't do anything except paying fees for termination of lease of move fee.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I have posted the above review 2 weeks before and the management called me and told me they will work on it and also told me if I can take the review back so I did but even after that call they didn't reach out or try to resolve the issue with the noise comming from upstairs.

I called 3 days back again to see what happend and Leslie Lax told me that she is going to put note on her table and will get back to me the next day but same the next day she didn't called me or did anything then I called again and she said she will be comming next day to check the problem but again yesterday she didn't showed up or even followed up on the issue.

Management is not helping with any issue and are very bias.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. Please be aware.

I will now need to go ahead and take help from authority from the county department hope that works.

I am blown away by these not so great reviews. My experience at Bailey Creek has been nothing short of spectacular. The staff is always helpful and pleasant and when I had to move in quickly they went above an beyond to make that happen. Maintenance is wonderful and always attends to request quickly. At move in my apartment was exactly what I was told it would be and in great condition. The amenities and grounds are beautiful especially the lake. Shellie, the Property Manager, is always so involved with every aspect and she does a great job!! Overall I would recommend Bailey Creek to anyone wanting to live in Collierville, in a great location, and with staff that takes care of your needs. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Watch out for Kirsten! Very poor communication skills. She never got to me in a timely matter or call when she said she would. They ran my card 2 weeks after I gave them that info, telling me it would be done in 24 hours. Sketchy! I asked for my money back multiple times since she failed to do her part.

I would love for higher up management to reach out

Great staff and great maintenance team. Always takes care of any issues I have quickly. The Girls in the office are so sweet and Maurice is always taking care of things professionally and in a timely manner!!

Once you sign the lease documents there starts the movie their behavior totally changes and acts weird.

They don't care about renters needs.

Every concern has its own price in lease office

For every small problem there will be a fine.

They don't care and even don't listen renters problems

Trash bin is always broken.

Main gate will never work.

Last but not the least what me and wife felt was leasing office management show racism towards Indians.

My suggestion is don't lease apartment in bailey creek there are good ones nearby choose that.

I ve enjoyed living at Bailey Creek for two years now. It is a small community and the staff knows me by name when I walk in the office. All requests for maintenance I ve ever requested have been handled incredibly fast. Rates are reasonable and community is quiet. Come be my neighbor.

I ve been a resident at Bailey Creek Apartments for 2 years now. Kirstin, Shellie, and Leslie have been very accommodating any time I need anything. This is a great location for the price. Couldn t ask for more from them!

Average apartments that are way over prized. On top of that, they slap you with random fees. Don't move here! There are way nicer apartments in the area that are the same price or even cheaper.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Also, the apartments are very quiet, which I love! The grounds are well maintained and it is a gated apartment complex, which is a real bonus!

Its been 2 weeks since I have been staying here. The apartment itself is just amazing and the area reminds me of some kind of a luxury resort. The staff in the management office is great. Would like to name Christina and Shellie as I have interacted with them a lot. They remember your name and apartment number EVEN WITHOUT YOU TELLING those details. I reported small maintenance issues and those issues were resolved within 1 business day and did not need my physical presence at the time of the doing it. And and and, the free Starbucks machine in the management office is one of the best things here according to me.Overall I am loving my stay here in Bailey Creek till now! I just hope things continue to go on as they are!

We've spent 2 years at Bailey Creek, and have had ZERO complaints! No, really, not even ONE complaint! The neighbors and community all feel like family and help each other out! The rent is very competitive for the area, the staff is consistently caring and friendly, and maintenance is prompt, professional, and courteous! Even now, at the twilight of our tenure at this wonderful complex, we are moving out and Shellie, one of the apartment managers, is more than happy to work with us to get the timing of the move just right for us! We couldn't have been more happy with our experience at Bailey Creek Apartments! So, Thank you, staff for helping us out in the beginning, and continuing to be so helpful for the duration of our stay! 5/5 stars! Will DEFINITELY recommend you to friends! Keep up the good work! :) <3

A very clean property with amazing ameneties and the friendliest staff!

Great community - Living here for last 5 years. Always great staff and amenities.

Located in a good area but living here as just been awful. The trash pin is always broken. Gates are always broke. The a/c has gone out at least 20 times over my year and a half. Will NOT be renewing lease because it has continuously gone up $100-$200 each time renewed! Recommend looking elsewhere!!!!!

Staff makes promises they cannot deliver. Apartment is different from what was agreed upon in the lease. Classic bait and switch.

Very worst apartment. I'm not recommitted for this apart. they are eating money. They charged amount very thing . They cheated me and threatening. Please try some other apartment near. Please don't go for this apartment.They are very disorganized, and unprofessional. I'd never recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice when my wife divorced me and took the kids I came here. The staff was so helpful and supportive

I was a resident an year ago. Extremely hated my stay because the apartment would always flood when there was rain, front desk always trying not to help people with all of their fake rules and policies and they didn't give me my deposit back saying that my kitchen counter had stains so I asked them to show me the pictures and they showed me a little stain which was so little that you can't even see in the picture and justified it saying that they have to replace the whole counter because of that. They also charged me for the scratches that were on the bedroom wall saying that I had a Cat and those were from that, I am allergic to Cat fur, why in the God's name would I have a Cat(Those are from the previous owner as they told me before moving in that the last owner had a Cat). Poor experience, disappointing and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

You will not get your deposit back coz management is going to blame something on you (liars). Based on conversation I've had with my neighbors Lease will go up by $100-200 every time you renew. Trash is always broken, all the amenities you see on their website not true. I've only been here 10 months but I will not renew. Choice is yours if you want to move here.

Been at Bailey Creek since 2006 love the country feel it has! Staff is very helpful and maintenance staff!

I ve lived here for almost 9 years and if I had to choose all over again I d still choose Bailey Creek. The staff is amazing and I have NEVER had an issue with anyone. Maintenance has always responded to any problem I ve had in a very timely manner. I ve read all the negative reviews on here and I d just like to say, If you think the issues you re complaining about are going to be any different at another complex where 1,000 people in a small area then by all means, MOVE! Things break! I personally love living here and while I do plan on moving in to a house in the future, I will always remember my time at Bailey Creek with fond memories!

i had very worst experience since apartment is old and end up giving lot of maintenance issues . I been here for almost 3 months . I have raised almost 15 maintenance issues . AC not working at-least twice a month and water is getting leaked. Carpet is in bad condition. It also increase the Monthly Electric bill because of old AC system . Outside maintenance is also not up to the mark . Lot of Wasp will be roaming around the play area which creates lot of trouble. Out side the apartment lot of spiders will be roaming around . I only recommend who want to walk to Fedexoffice and Central church to join them in CLC or PDO .

These people cheated me. I submitted an application after 5PM without seeing the apartment and apartment aid 200 as application fee. I made a personal visit and cancelled it around 4PM next day as I did not like the apartment.

The lady promised me $150 refund but I received $50 only and when I called them the lady was arguing that I submitted my application at 12:40 pm not around 5PM, but 12:40 pm is the stat time of my application not the submission time. I called them and explained, they are like we will get back to you but they never get back to me.

THEY CHARGE RANDOM FEES
BIG LIARS AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT RESIDENTS.MONEY MINDED.ALL THE AMENITIES ARE FAKE

Maintenance of the apartments could have been lot better

I lived at Bailey Creek apartments for six months, while I lived there, the staff was of no help at all, especially Shelley. As for the apartment itself, it is terrible, they do not fix the damages in the apartment or care for the apartment. There were many roaches, lizards and spiders and very dirty carpets. I have had many maintenance issues and when I was in the move out process I was accused of leaving the tubs dirtier than they came, however, that wasn t true. I had a very bad due to the maintenance because the apartment was old and end up giving a lot of maintenance issues. For example, we recently purchased new washer and dryers and since the vents were not clean, the dryer would show signs of trouble and the GE company told me to contact my leasing office when I did they said they kept everything clean and the dryer problem is not from their side. Once I moved into my new place of living, (not Bailey Creek) the dryer issue was not there, that is due to the the dirt that was in Bailey Creek s vents. Overall 0/10 experience.

I lived there for three months in 2017. The management doesnt care about the residents, or about the maintenance of the buildings. They are very disorganized, and unprofessional. I'd never recommend this place to anyone.

I've lived here almost a year...It is a very nice pleasant environment...When there has been any maintenance issues, there has always been a quick response to fix or either replace the issue at hand...The office representatives are pleasant folks and are cordial all around...But as in any business, they have had some poor employees but when issues have been brought to their attention, they immediately address and handled the issue in a most professional manner ...I am well pleased and will be renewing my lease with Bailey Creek Apt...Thanks for making it truly feel welcomed and like a home....

They are nice only when you sign the lease. They are not at all flexible if you need any help. Since my project got extended for month, they did not extend my stay after the notice was given to them. It is extremely true that they are only nice during the initial period and never after.

Lived here 9 years and love this area. Close to 385 to take me into Memphis quick and close to Collierville. Quiet area and friendly staff.

Worst place I have ever been too, management is very bias and will not help you. Once your lease is signed. Please don't fall in this trap. I had problem in my unit but they never calls you back and try to investigate. They are bias with Indians.

The apartments location and it s view were excellent but the apartment itself is terrible, they don t even fix the damages in the apartment, for example, when it rains, rainwater leaks from the windows, then my aircondition broke down more than 5 times already. My main point is they keep increasing the payment in this apartment but no improvements have ever made, the amenities in this apartment like the gym is not good, they re not fixing the treadmills that don t work.

I agree with Lisa, one example is they charged us $98 for water on the last month, $45 prepaid at the start of the month and then $51 when we had moved out 2 weeks before the end of the month.. they average the water between the group of apartments.. they moved a group of 7 students into the apartment below us.. A/C went out 2-3 times a month over the summer, the parking lot lights do not work.. before you rent, drive through the place at night.

I was in the process of buying a new house after selling my house and need a place to live for 4 or 5 months. The staff was very nice and gave me a 6 month lease for a 2 bedroom apt for my wife 2 dogs and cat with the pet fee plus deposit and $20.00 for each animal the total for 6 months was over $8,000
I paid up front. Day of move in the apt up stairs had a water leak the night before so the pulled the carpet back in the second bedroom so it could dry the maintenance man told me he would come back and pull the carpet and tack it down (it never happened) the apt they showed us was nothing like we got run down and old.
They require 2 months notice or they really stick it to you with all kinds of charges so with that said we gave our 2 months notice and moved out 34 days early turned in the keys the whole bit well I am in my house now and I get a bill from them stating that I owe the water for the time I was not in the apt. (For the 34 days) plus some pet hair from my dogs total cost a little over $100.00 after my $150 deposit was deducted, I called the office to get a explanation Of the bill they told me that they could have charged me for electricity that I turned off said that in the contract I need to keep it on even when I no longer lived there. The staff was really nasty to me and even threaten to hang up on me. They just look for was to charge you money.

I have been living in Bailey Creek Apartments for the last 2 years. I have to say that it has been OK sometimes but mostly had good experience with the management and especially the maintenance team( Mr. Maurice). Every issue that I have raised with them so far has been addressed promptly. As a matter of fact, they had to lay a set of tiles outside my patio to make the area look clean and tidy. I frankly never expected them to go to that extent. But, they did. Thanks so much!!! Last but not the least....I must say that Maurice is an expert and fixes issues like a magician. I just have to report my problem and if I know that Maurice is assigned to it, I know the issue is resolved on the same day. Once again, Thank you Maurice!!! You are a very hard working person.

Day by day their Maintenance Service is getting poor and poor, Front office will not help you after signing the lease and they are very mean once you sign the lease.

Front office people will be very nice until you sign the lease. Even for small maintenance work they take weeks to come and check. Staff is not helpful at all. they will try to scam and change you extra when you try to end your lease.

Great location and decent pricing. My rating comes from the fact that my air conditioning broke down 5+ times in the middle of summer. While it got fixed every time, the amount of times it happened was excessive. If it happened to break down on a weekend, I was basically up a creek. It was also disgusting when I moved in, and completely unkempt. They then proceeded to charge me for damages that I did not do and I did not receive my deposit back. I would suggest looking elsewhere!

I highly recommend Bailey Creek Apts. The staff is amazing. Any issues I have ever had(which are minimal)have been addressed promptly and with complete professionalism. Shellie, the property manager, is wonderful. She has an attention to detail that is unmatched.

The apartments seem nice, although we didn t get a chance to view. Leasing agent helping is pretty much went into the next room when what seemed to be a personal friend stopped by while in the middle of talking to us. My wife and I had to literally go back in the office to see if she was going to help but decided to just leave. She didn t seem to care. While the lady was nice, she was quite unprofessional.

Beautiful place to live!! Office staff AND Maintenance have set the bar very high it would impossible to compete!! I would choose Bailey Creek every single time!!!
