Watch out for Kirsten! Very poor communication skills. She never got to me in a timely matter or call when she said she would. They ran my card 2 weeks after I gave them that info, telling me it would be done in 24 hours. Sketchy! I asked for my money back multiple times since she failed to do her part.

I would love for higher up management to reach out

Edit: after Kirsten emailed me saying she refund me the money bc she failed to do her job.
Reach out on the matter but nobody will contact me back.
