I work at fedex and rented apartment at bailey creek.First time when I visited the apartment the leasing Girls acted very smart and very nice

Once you sign the lease documents there starts the movie their behavior totally changes and acts weird.

They don't care about renters needs.

Every concern has its own price in lease office

For every small problem there will be a fine.

They don't care and even don't listen renters problems

Trash bin is always broken.

Main gate will never work.

Last but not the least what me and wife felt was leasing office management show racism towards Indians.

My suggestion is don't lease apartment in bailey creek there are good ones nearby choose that.
