Lived there for a year May 2011- 2012. Very satisfied with the experience. If your looking for a location between the U of M and and Germantown this is the best location.

As a new tenant at Arbor Oaks, I am completely satisfied and content with our recent move. Dealing with staff has always been easy and cordial. The manager, Devin , has been a wonderful breath of fresh air for two previously frustrated tenants. Definitely put Arbor Oaks on your list of places to check out before you make your final decision

We have been living at ARO since last year.
Pros:
-Administration : They are 100% responsive and professional
-Maintenance: Those guys are great, friendly and efficient
-Pest control: They come weekly if needed, they are also very efficient
-Location/access: Outstanding
-Neighbors: They are great! ARO is a nice community
-Light/Gas/Internet: We had no problems so far. There is Xfinity access all over so you can save some data.
-Security: So far so good, we feel very safe. Having gates is great

Cons:
-The gym could be bigger; however, this is a matter of perspective. We are totally fine with the current option

Overall, we recommend this community. There will be always something to fix but the administration will always find a solution and the maintenance team will take care of it.

Rent nearly $2000 for a 3br, but Ridgeway High School is the school district GTFOH!

Update: not unless can can change the school district to something safer

The apartments are beautiful! Janelle helped us with everything! The process was very smooth and easy. The complex is very quiet and the neighborhood is awesome. Love the vibe of the place. So happy to have moved here.

I love the location and convenience of Arbors River Oaks. The townhome is very quiet and well equipped and Devin has been awesome about answering questions and responding in a timely manner.

Arbors River Oaks easily has the best prices for the value that you're getting for your apartment, comparable to some of the surrounding apartment complexes. The location to Shelby Farms Park is also ideal for those who love to bike, kayak, go for walks, etc. I've been working with Devin to secure my apartment and she has been extremely attentive and has even gone out of her way to take a walk-through video of my apartment during this pandemic. I would highly recommend ARO to anyone who finds themselves looking for an apartment in Memphis. Make sure to ask for Devin as well!

I lived here for about a year and really enjoyed my time there. Devin Quigley is wonderful, has a great attitude, and responds to requests/emails very quickly. These apartments offer valet trash service (pick up at your door), which was a huge plus and not something that a lot of other apartments in the area offer. The maintenance staff could use some improvement however. While they do respond quickly to request, I felt their work wasn't great quality and that they could benefit from further training. The rent here is also very expensive. I had one of the older (not renovated) 1bd/1br units and at the time they wanted almost $1,200 to renew my lease. I unfortunately had to move out because of this but would have stayed if this was not the case. Would still recommend the apartments for anyone looking for a quiet, safe place to live.

Mr. Eric and his staff go above and beyond! And this has got to be one of the most well maintained property I ve ever lived at.

I have recently moved into Arbors River Oaks and I absolutely love living here! My townhome is the perfect fit for me. My service requests are responded to and completed the same day. The staff is friendly and always makes the resident's feel like a part of the community. I cannot wait for summer so I can enjoy the pool!

Gorgeous apartment homes!! I love the beautiful renovations and modern looks, very secured property, can t say much because I don t live here, but I will surely give you guys a call if I ever want to move into this beautiful property!! Lovely neighbors, professional management. Feels like home

I have lived at arbors for over a year and I love it here. Devin and Janelle have been welcoming since the first day I moved in and have gone above and beyond any request asked of them. The apartments are renovated, clean and spacious. Overall Arbors is a great place to live, no complaints and they also have a nice dog park.

I would like to give this community 5 stars as of now. I have a had a wonderful experience with the new rental process thus far. I currently live in Orlando and Devin Q. has been such a great help. Her professionalism is off the charts. I came in several months ago to view the property while in town and not only did Devin keep in contact, but she also remembered me when it was time to actually go through the rental process. The community and town home are beautiful and I am very excited to start my journey here!

Devin and other office personnel made move-in and move-out so straightforward and easy! The apartment complex itself was beautiful and quiet. My husband and I greatly enjoyed the location as well since we could easily walk to Shelby Farms. We rarely had any maintenance issues, but when we did, the problems were promptly addressed and fixed. Highly recommend!

Local management is awesome but their corporate managers IRT Living are terrible. When anything has to be escalated the local team hands are tied but corporate never responds. Ive attempted 15 phone calls. Left 3 messages. never answer. never return phone calls. Ill be looking for a new complex. Sad though as I love the facilities and local staff. Not a way to run a professional business.

If you re looking for an apartment complex that feels like a home, Arbors is for you! The staff is great & the new renovations are a plus! Wonderful place to live!

I ve lived here for almost a year now and would recommend it to anyone. It s a quiet, safe community in a great location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are quick to fix any maintenance issues. I had a small pipe leak under my sink and it was fixed within a few hours. The homes are newly renovated, and the pool area is very nice. 10/10

Do not move here , 7 year resident , not safe , multiple car break in , management inept not capable of running the complex. I am real estate agent and do not move here . Wasp everywhere in the complex with no end in sight, so bad they chase you in your home. No stars , could not post without putting a star down , it should be negative star .

Amazing place to live with friendly staff and management. The amenities are taken care of and loud noises are never an issue. Work orders are always taken care of within 24 hours. Would recommend this apartment complex to everyone. My only suggestion would be to expand the gym since right now it can hardly be called a gym (only has a treadmill, eleptical and some dumbells in a small closet). Besides this, keep up the good work!

I've loved living at Arbors River Oaks almost a year. Great location right across the street from the Greenline and very close to Shelby Farms. Miles from several large employers in East Memphis, quiet neighborhood atmosphere in the townhomes with several families, and quick responses from management regarding any issues, not to mention pet friendly.

Great place---lived here for a short-term lease and found it to be perfect: good location, quiet, EXCELLENT STAFF. One of the best features for us was the free use of apartment bicycles and Shelby Farms bike trails right across the street.

The Arbors was so helpful, especially Devin. We were able to get an apartment right away and received the best help from her. She walked us through the process and made sure we were all on the same page. We are so excited to start living there!!

Although times are crazy with the COVID-19 pandemic, the Arbors River Oaks staff was great. The entire process was fast and easy. Thanks for all that you do.

I wanted to take a second and post a review for this property. I moved here in Jan of 2021 and am new to town. I picked this place for several reasons. 1. Its a perfect location - I can get on the interstate in minutes - Shelby Farms where I enjoy outdoor activities is only 5 min drive - I get the benefits of being right in between Germantown and East Memphis...2. The layout option with the "Den" or "Office" is absolutely perfect for my work from home lifestyle. Having an office space that opens up into my main living area is a great look and make the apt more open. 3. Upgrades/Cleanliness of my unit - I have never moved into somewhere where I wasn't required to re clean after the move in...When I moved into this unit it was spotless and move in ready. 4. Staff - I can always get someone on the phone at the office if needed. They are courteous and always take time to make me feel welcome in this new community!

Quiet, gated community with a great pool and awesome access to Shelby Farms or Wolf River Greenway. Hospitable staff is always quick to please and very pet friendly!

I love these apartments! Devin has been very insightful and helpful through the entire move-in process! The area is, also, very quiet, which is extremely important to me. I look forward to staying here!

The experience of working with the staff at Arbors has been great. They were super friendly and met my needs. The townhome is pretty large for a 2 bedroom unit and the patio is huge. Love the dog park that is near by and can't wait to swim in the pool! I would definitely recommend them to others as a great place to live and great staff to work with.

i lived there for 2 years. i rated it 5 stars before because the community was clean, location was perfect and the prices were reasonable. they recently renovated the apartments and increase the price by almost $500 a month. i am dropping my rating to 3 stars because i do not think any kind renovation is worth 500 a month.

My wife, myself and our puppy have live at the Arbors for almost 3 years and love it. I rate the manager Shana at the top in customer service and responsiveness. A true professional . A great team to back her up as well. I would recommend the Arbors to anyone that would like an A + home. I am a Real Estate Agent and this is a great value in East Memphis.

The staff at the Arbors are nice and always greets you. The living space inside of these apts is a plus a well. so far im quite impressed with the arbors and feel extremely safe.

Janelle and Devin are very professional and helpful! I love the size, location and all the amenities this community has to offer. This is a property that you ll want to look at and see for yourself.

This complex is absolutely beautiful! The apartments are newly renovated and the free rental bikes are a major plus. Great and convenient location. The office staff customer service is a major factor as to why I ended up signing a lease here. They are fantastic. The phone is answered promptly, as are emails. So far this has been the best service I've been given at any complex I've ever encountered. Highly recommend.

Everything in this community is perfect, highly recommend it.
