The Badrutt's Palace is in a very central location, so that any luxury shops in St. Moritz are within walking distance. The food was great! The exceptionally attentive and helpful staff make the stay at the Badrutt's Palace an unforgettable experience!

I went to Badrutt's palace for a drink and enjoy the comfort of the room, with an exceptional view of St. Moritz. Beauty interiors, piano pieces executed with finesse and friendliness of the staff make this place the perfect place for a memorable break! I have seen people enjoy small pastries very well presented, all looking delicious. Bravo!

This time we had an aperitif and other days for afternoon tea in the Le grands Halles. The offer of Afternoon Teas was overwhelming and compared to other 5 * hotels for example in the area Zurich, a bargain. Price / performance is 100%. The service was impeccable. In winter, there is a lot more operation than in summer, which is the cosiness victim. But the caring of the staff makes up for it. What rips me and not only me pretty much on the last nerve is the arrogance of the bouncer or better livriertem receiving committee. Only when someone drives up so-called struck will movement in the faces of the liveried. I would like to point out that every guest who enters the Palace could become a hotel guest or, as in our case, could become again. But after such observations and experiences, of course, one thinks about where St. Moritz hotels are more friendly and approachable from the very first second. There is still room for improvement!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The outdoor hot tub is a treat, and has a built in bar so you never have to leave. It is not ski on ski off unfortunately. You must take a shuttle to the funicular. Expect 20 minutes to get on the slopes. A La Carte food and drink prices are quite over the top, however the complimentary breakfast buffet in the morning is unmatched. Expect an incredible experience overall.

Pure history - glamor and glory of a bygone era saved in modernity with attention to detail and dedication to the house. The service unfortunately so-so - like almost everywhere in the big houses. 3 young waiters who walk a bit headless through the area and manage not to see me on the terrace for more than 10 minutes with moderate occupancy. Too bad - the view over the lake and St. Moritz is still worth it.

Addendum: Thank you for your answer. I like to distribute a few more stars

The Palace is one of the most prestigious establishments in Switzerland, more or less the epitome of excellent service. My wife and I really wanted to enjoy the prestigious Afternoontea and we wanted to reserve a table especially for our anniversary. The lady on the phone said that we could not reserve because there was enough capacity available and could just drop by. So we went on the 1 hour trip to St Moritz. At first, the colleagues in the dressing room made an offensive remark against my girlfriend's fur coat, which was very inappropriate and not at all appropriate. You also have to walk through a labyrinth of guest cribs at the entrance of the hotel, as the luggage of the guests at -10 degrees just before the entrance. We could handle this, but the unfriendly host at the lounge reception did not let us in and said that the lounge for the Afternoontea is now exclusively for hotel guests. That was the end of a nice holiday, because the host referred us to the hotel. Too bad that this hotel lives only from the renown times past and no longer based on the standards of today's 5 * hotels.

My wife and I called into the hotel last Thursday morning for a coffee to warm us up after having trudged up the hill from the station. Both the Concierge and waiter delivering the much-needed coffee were both friendly and helpful. Full marks to the 'Floor Manager' for taking 20 minutes of his time to explain the interior wood paneling history and the surrounding lake's winter activities. Well done to all !...

From the moment we began experiencing the luxury of Badrutts Palace (before our trip when we were emailing for reservations) the professionalism of their staff was unsurpassed.

We began the final stop of our honeymoon in St. Moritz. We were greeted with a Rolls Royce and very kind driver who assisted with all of our luggage.

The highlights of our stay were the wonderful dining options available. We loved the Dalia and Le Restaurant. Do not skip breakfast when you stay at the palace as it is magnificent and offers beautiful views of the mountain sunrise if you are early enough. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa area and the outdoor hot tub.

There truly is no where else better to stay in St. Moritz. If you are looking for the perfect place to come for any occasion, you have found it!
Instagram opportunities galore at The Palace.

Would give 6 stars if I could because they deserve it!
