Great classical hotel in summer and winter. Excellent service - and we entered with biking gear (not very appealing to the usual dress code) warm welcome, fantastic drinks (that was during an winter event at Dracula s club) and simply enjoyable, friendly and open staff.

Magnificent place, Thank you everybody for the worm welcoming, and for the special attention in every detail. The suite was perfect in every detail, the spa it is probably one of the best in Switzerland, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Placed in the very heart of St. Moritz, the hotel it is close to every attraction. For the summer the hiking to the Piz Nair is amazing, and I can't imagine how beautiful must be in the winter.

A stay at Badrutt's Palace is simply incomparable....

A stay at Badrutt's Palace is simply incomparable. The concept of the house is perfection. You feel "traveling home" ... or even better, than at home. The guest is king in every way. All the wishes of a guest are fulfilled - sometimes even before the desire has been expressed.
Even the reception is perfect and yet not intrusive. Being welcomed by the director or his commissioner is special.
Even if we have only seen one room, I assume that the other rooms with similar attention to detail are prepared.
After our hotel guide our luggage was already in the room.
The entire offer in the house of the massage on the swimming pool and the gym left nothing to be desired - nothing looks worn - everything seems just installed. All materials are noble and tasteful.
Wherever you go, you will be looked after by attentive staff. The staff always manage to be there without ever seem intrusive.
The gastronomy offers a wide range at a high level and needs no comparison to shy away
From the noble pizza baker to the rustic Fondu-Stube to the French top restaurant, every guest will find their way. The menu is rounded off by top performances from the in-house patisserie.
Worth mentioning is of course the unique building with the fantastic hall overlooking the lake. Here, the substance is obviously maintained with great attention to detail for more than a century.
A traditional house with character ... even in summer when it is quieter.
All this is possible, of course, only with an unimaginably high staff and material costs which unfortunately have a price level result, which allows only a few people to experience this dream.

The stay was supported by the Badrutt's Palace in the context of a major win in a Facebook competition. However, I have tried to describe my stay as objectively as possible.

This hotel is a legend, I go since my childhood with my parents, since I go back with my children, it's a real old-fashioned palace and it's great.
The table from breakfast to dinner is exceptional.
Thanks to the whole team.

My wife and I called into the hotel last Thursday morning for a coffee to warm us up after having trudged up the hill from the station. Both the Concierge and waiter delivering the much-needed coffee were both friendly and helpful. Full marks to the 'Floor Manager' for taking 20 minutes of his time to explain the interior wood paneling history and the surrounding lake's winter activities. Well done to all !

Afternoon tea .... terrible. A group of us went for afternoon tea. Firstly the staff hardly acknowledged us to get our reservation. The tea was just a tea bag not loose tea, not so grand for such an "impressive hotel". Some of the food was fine but nothing special. The sandwiches were a joke, the bread was stale...in all 4 sandwich types in all three towers of food. Clearly what they do is make the sandwiches in the morning and then use cling film to wrap them until needed. Was quite frankly a bit of a joke considering the type of hotel it was. If they can't get the basics rights...... The waiter made a comment about getting a tip, no thanks, tips are given if service is good, not just because. Won't be going back.

I come only for short visits, but it is always a pleasure to stay. The personnel, from the footman to even the managers one meets, are always smiling and ready to help. The atmosphere is classy and reminiscent of times past. The spa is wonderful too. Bliss

The cosiest bed of my life. I even made a photo of linen, as all three of us slept very well all the nights we stayed at the property. The service is Swiss, breakfasts are delicious, felt like I came to my far relative for a weekend - very cosy. stylish and nice. The views are awesome.

The swimming pool with beautiful view. Although, no cream, face and body things on the changing room - it is a pity. It is always a good idea to smash a cream into your body after the SPA area.

There are good cosmetics including cream in the room, so just in 5 minutes I managed to do it in the room, so was no big poblem for me.

Very attentiv for the kids. Do not afraid to come with babies of 7 mongths old, they will feel themselves as Kings/Queens there.

Only the best memories!

Great rooms - no two rooms are alike - different experience every time you stay at this hotel. Nice breakfast with live harpist, but selection of jams and honey could be better. Great breads, muesli, yummy scrambled eggs and fruit. Beautiful lobby, afternoon tea with live piano music and delicious desserts. Great workout room, but pool area does not have enough lounge chairs - too small of a lounge area for the size of the hotel. Ski room is also quite small and not as good as other hotels of this class. Friendly staff and overall very attentive service.

We certainly made up for any exercise by eating our way through the hotel's many restaurants - the Dama Bianca pizza at Chesa Veglia is an absolute must!! And for anyone looking for a touch more extravagance - Le Restaurant and it's service, flaming your meal in front of you cannot be missed. Highly recommend, very ncie

A historic hotel in St. Moritz, he begins to feel a bit old but has his unabashed charm. I visited him for work during a big event and he was polished, full of flowers. Prices accordingly. Well beyond the average. The coat of arms is paid.
