Denise Frei Lehmann Review of Badrutt's Palace Saint Moritz

This time we had an aperitif and other days for afternoon tea in the Le grands Halles. The offer of Afternoon Teas was overwhelming and compared to other 5 * hotels for example in the area Zurich, a bargain. Price / performance is 100%. The service was impeccable. In winter, there is a lot more operation than in summer, which is the cosiness victim. But the caring of the staff makes up for it. What rips me and not only me pretty much on the last nerve is the arrogance of the bouncer or better livriertem receiving committee. Only when someone drives up so-called struck will movement in the faces of the liveried. I would like to point out that every guest who enters the Palace could become a hotel guest or, as in our case, could become again. But after such observations and experiences, of course, one thinks about where St. Moritz hotels are more friendly and approachable from the very first second. There is still room for improvement!
