When I first met Briana, I had just left my stylist of 13 faithful years. Since the first day I walked into B Xquisit Hair Studio, I have never looked back or search for anyone else. My daughter and I have been with Briana for about 8 years now. Briana and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable promoting healthy hair care. I have natural hair and have gone from black to a beautiful blonde and now sporting a cooper tone color. NEVER experienced any breakage because of the care she gives to my hair! My daughter has a beautiful sew in done by Briana. I have actually walked in at 4:50 pm and out by 6 pm just in time to pick my son up from after school care! My first experience having extra hair other than my own lol and Jasmine was kind enough to answer all my querky questions about the process. She was very detailed and thorough in her work and clearly placed all that detail in my hair. I am in a little bit of pain since I am not used to braids but I've been assured it loosens by itself after some time. I am very satisfied with my results and the beauty studio's environment is very welcoming. I highly recommend, price??? Ehh, girl's gotta sacrifice sometimes :)

Visited the salon on 14th and asked the price for a wash and silk press was told 65.00, went to salon on 15th for same service along with my daughter with my daughter for a wash and blow out. At the end they did not even style my daughter's hair not even put it in a pony tail. And to add insult to injury they charged me 144.00.

I've been a faithful customer to this salon for the past 6 years and I am always satisfied with the quality and work that gets done on my hair. Briana is the stylist that does my hair, but all the ladies in the salon have assisted or participated at one point or another. Briana has restored my hair, to its healthiest state, after being damaged from another stylist coloring my hair. Over the past years Brianna has done sew-ins, cut, and colored my hair and today it is the longest and healthiest it's ever been. The stylist Zee ( who has just opened her own salon ) took total care of me . Only charging me 85$ for the color , trim and silk press . She did an amazing job and now I'm a faithful customer at her new salon in Henry County!

AWESOME SERVICE!! I was skeptical at first about having a 2:30 pm appointment because I did not want to be in a salon all day. Surprisingly, I was in & out less than 2 hours. I'm sooooo glad I was able to find a salon/hair stylist (Nashi) that I like and can trust with my hair. I also like the fact they're only a few minutes away from my house. My niece is mixed and we needed to get her hair done. Now my nieces hair is very thick and curly and had never been done. We booked her with Jasmine and she came out looking great and feeling great. Will be going back to see Jasmine in a couple of weeks and can't wait to see what she does to my nieces hair then. Customer service was great and the women who ran the front desk was amazing and very polite.

Will never return i set up a appointment before my flight and got there and the receptionist told me the appointment i had was in a different location. And that she tried to call me.. didnt try hard enough because they also had my email attached to remind me of my appointment. It was 445pm that is unacceptable and very hard to find someone else to find to do my hair.. didnt offer me anyone else just said sorry and that was it. But overall i did find someone last minute and for that i will not return.

I would not recommend this salon especially if you are natural. They can not style or treat natural hair. Also, you have to wait a long time even with an appointment. I don t see the point of an appointment if they can not start on time, or give you the service you scheduled for. This salon is a waste of time and money.
B Xquisit Hair Studio is a nice salon that offers some of the best services! I recently had an AWESOME facial done by the esthetician, Jaira. Jaira was so sweet and professional. She made sure that I was very comfortable before starting my facial. Everything was just right and when she finished my skin looked so clean and felt very smooth and soft. I can't wait to go back for another facial.

She is very skilled and professional at what she does, it's a reason she's been so successful for years. I've lived in New York and Maryland and now I'm back in Maryland I travel to BXquisit to get my hair done every time(yes I'm a faithful client). Not only is she professional and a great beautician, her entire team at her salon is great, courteous, customer service driven and they #slayhair. Horrible! I wish I could get my money back. I went back in May to get my hair bleached. First of all, the hairdresser had a major Attitude. Wasn t friendly and only seem to want the money to be honest. Mind you, I paid in advance $90 on their website for this service. Even emailed a picture of what I wanted and what my hair looked like. They FAILED to mention that it was an extra charge for a base color when I emailed them. And then when I m already about to leave, they stop me and say I still owe $50...umm?? Why tf you didn t tell me this before hand?? This shop don t deserve the rating they have now honestly. Their shop is a joke. I should ve just got box bleach and bleach my hair myself it would ve honestly look the same tbh.
SOME of the workers there are completely unprofessional. Especially the chick that does bobs. She also works with celebrities and what not so she must be pretty good. But I've tried contacting her and another lady SEVERAL times and not ONE PERSON has tried to contact me back. I've even called the shop to speak to either one but she was out the shop. I asked the front receptionist could she give me her number so o could contact her. She told me " no I can't give out their personal numbers" BUT ITS CLEARLY ON THEIR BUSINESS CARDS..... FOR BUSINESS. I'm just fed up with this place. They do good hair but good luck getting in contact with anybody unless your ass walks in.. And even then you would need a appointment!

They can do nice hair but extremely slow service. I was waiting 5 hrs to get my hair completely finished. I had a 330 appointment and they didnt start til 430. These are hair stylist and they acted like they didnt know what was best for my hair. I would go back if my hair needed to be treated or than i wouldn't be a regular.

This is the worst place I've ever been to in my whole entire life. The owner, Brianna has messed up my hair and screw up on my sew in too. I came into the salon at noon and left the salon at 9 which is after closing so I spent 9 hours in the salon. Before I came into the salon my hair was red. Brianna was instructed to just dye my leave out and dye it medium brown to match my weave but she decided to do my whole head and color it the wrong color, black! I was so piss and I even cry because I she had to lift my hair to get the color lighter and color it again to medium brown. Imagine how dry out my hair felt afterwards. It was horrible! I'm not sure if her mind wasn't right because that day state board had stop by but it shouldn't matter she should have pay attention to what her customer needed. Brianna also had two other girls to work on my hair because she needed to leave the salon multiples of times just to go home and run a couple of errands in between. While she was gone with one of those time, her co-worker had to dye my hair for Brianna the 2nd time and ended up leaving the color on my head for almost an hour. No treatment was done as well after all this process either. I thought I could trust Brianna because I use to work with her friend but I was wrong. Don't ever go here if you don't want your hair damage. If I could do it all over I would had just left my hair the was it was before coming to see Brianna.

Hello everyone. (Just giving my Southern manners lol) The one star is simply for my service with unrefined black hair (I say that because I'm so sick of the term and label "natural hair" lol like it should not be a thing to wear your hair how you were naturally created for it to be worn.) Moral of the story is despite their advertisement of saying that they service natural hair and this being one of the shops that pop up when you search for natural hair salons, this shop isn't knowledgeable of doing unrefined black hair. (They good for a silk-press tho lol!) So I scheduled an appointment for the same day I called. The service that I requested was a roller set. The receptionist or appointment scheduler asked if I was natural. I said yes. She said okay and gave me my appointment time, I said okay see you then. From my place it is a 20-25 minute drive, the highway had traffic because they were doing road work, I called the front desk to let them know that I would be a couple of minutes behind schedule due to this. She said fine. 8 minutes later I arrive and I walk in, the workers decided to just look so I took it upon myself to greet everyone then some of them spoke back. I proceed to check-in, I said, "hi I'm sorry I'm late and as I'm just running my mouth I notice her face had a I got some bad news look. The receptionist says to me, "We don't have the rollers for your hair" I said, "I wasn't aware that their was a specific roller for my hair and why didn't you inform me about this on the phone"? So the receptionist replied, "we didn't know the texture of your hair" and goes on to ask me if I would like to get a silk press or something. I'm just smiling awkwardly like why am I just now hearing this. The receptionists goes over to the stylist to chat the stylists looks over at me, a minute later the stylist comes over and asked if this had been done on my hair before I said yes, at a hair school. Then she asked if I had a picture, I did have a picture but I told her just give me what I want and she said okay they would do a dry roller set. And so then the washer Jasmine just comes from behind me and strokes my hair. I look back and said, "oh are you washing my hair"? she said yeah. I said okay what's your name? She said Jasmine and then I told her my name. Jasmine needs to be more aware when working in a professional environment with potential clients. My stylist had a unique name like Na Na or something. Just before I'm getting my hair washed she tells me that they do have a stylist who does the natural hair roller set but she's not here, I'm like okay but why am I just now hearing all of this. Na Na did my dry roller set with no clue to what she was doing. They blow dryed my hair after my wash and then used setting lotion to roll it lol setting lotion is for "relaxed" hair. And then Courtney was "Suppose" to be giving the clients complimentary 10 minute massages with their service because I read it as I was sitting. No one got a massage that day lol. But my hair didn't make it through the next day and it's interesting how I can go to a hair school and pay $7 for this same roller set service and have it last for 2wks longer than this quote on quote actual natural hair salon. I didn't go to the hair school because of their customer service and I go here and it's like for what? lol Like I said if you have unrefined black hair they good for a silk press nothing else haha..

I will never return! I received a phone call at 10:27 AM as I'm sitting in the parking lot asking could I come in at 11:30 because Jasmine had another client that she would be busy with. I said absolutely not! I also stated that Jasmine was fully aware of her clientele prior to booking and prior to 3 minutes before my appointment and I would never inconvenience someone and if I had I would be charged. The lady on the phone said that Jasmine wasn't aware until she just looked at her schedule. The thing is when I booked this appointment I had to wait for it to be accepted as it stated Pending....also who doesn't check their schedule the day before at least 24 hrs. in advance to make sure there are no changes that may possibly need to be made. I went into the salon and the atmosphere and staff were dry and not welcoming. I was asked to sit at the wash station, my back was turned and some lady came up and said hi but never introducing herself I thought she was an assistant washing my hair until I asked and what's your name and she said Jasmine. Jasmine was very standoffish, nonchalant, and not personable whatsoever. I let her do my hair but I could tell she was not very interested and just trying to hurry. I would never recommend her nor this salon to anyone. This was my first and last time coming here and the only reason I did was because my stylist is out of the country, next time I'll wait instead of trying someone new and the thing is I knew better so I blame myself partially for this horrible experience. This makes it so hard to support certain businesses do to this type of behavior and poor attitudes being displayed.

My Mom hair is very soft so I am not sure what that meant.The receptionist stated if she paid her then it would be $50 cash! This is unacceptable! Why run an ad that offers 35 special every Wednesday only to not honor it. Do better

Healthy hair. When I sat in Briana's style seat for the first time my hair was broken off, brittle, and would not grow past a certain length. I have been going for almost a decade because she has transformed my hair to a head full of long, thick and healthy hair. I was never able to do anything with my hair as far as color due to me coming to Bxquisit with brittle hair, but we have had fun with all kind of dyes and permanents through the years. Still giving me key instructions to keep my hair healthy and growning. If your interested in healthy hair and professional coloring I would always recommend Bxquisut Hair Studios.
