Horrible! I wish I could get my money back. I went back in May to get my hair bleached. First of all, the hairdresser had a major Attitude. Wasn t friendly and only seem to want the money to be honest. Mind you, I paid in advance $90 on their website for this service. Even emailed a picture of what I wanted and what my hair looked like. They FAILED to mention that it was an extra charge for a base color when I emailed them. And then when I m already about to leave, they stop me and say I still owe $50...umm?? Why tf you didn t tell me this before hand?? This shop don t deserve the rating they have now honestly. Their shop is a joke. I should ve just got box bleach and bleach my hair myself it would ve honestly look the same tbh.
