Generally ok, I do a lot of buying, but it translates into quality and prices I do not recommend a lot of hooks

Large DIY store, where you can find most of the repair area. Plenty of free parking space.

Like most B&Q stores it's huge. has good selection of paint and staff are helpful. The issues are there aren't always enough staff you can get ahold of. Also I've been a few times were aisles were closed due to rain coming through the roof. Not a good sign for a DIY specialist ? Some things are hard to find that should be better organised like the electrical switches and electrical section . Staff are above average in being helpful but it takes you much longer to get what you need than other DIY or hardware stores.

It was an ok visit. Items I needed were not in stock. Hard to find a member of staff on the shop floor.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have shopped in Halfords Cork a number of times. Perfect place for bicycles, car parts, accessories, etc. Can't beat the prices and getting answers to any questions from staff that know from their own experience.

It's a huge big DIY warehouse, enormous amount of stock but I've always felt like there's a lot of stuff sold out or out of stock.

Grand store no shortage of materials and helpful staff

A regular and satisfied customer but disappointed by the poor customer relations attitude of a member of the wood cutting section.
After being told on Monday at the front of store desk that the cutting device was available to fond out there was a problem with the machine. Went back on following Friday to be abruptly told by the wood machinist that he would not cut the wood because it was not store purchased.
If front of store desk had told me that on my first visit I might have not been disappointed. Your wood section people need some customer service training and better communication with the front store desk staff...

Very good shop with literally anything u could need.

Arrived at B&Q to find a queue but the staff had it moving along and well organised .I was just there for a few small items and I found the staff friendly and helpful

Great customer service from an advisor, didn't get his name but he had a Scottish accent and he was so helpful, he helped us out a lot in an area we didn't have too much knowledge in.

If you want cut a timber be ready to wait, don't try at lunch time, waist of time.

The staff were so helpful, Frank was so helpful and so easy to talk, he happily answered all my questions and guided me to the right people. Who at Customer service were brilliant too and nothing was too much trouble.

A bit of a pain to get to with traffic heavy other than that a store for all your needs paints DIY gardening and most household requirements

Got what I needed which is always great but was looking in the garden section things are fairly sparce (sign of the times I guess) and prices missing on lots of things we were looking at panels and fencing but couldn't see any pricing on the items we chose , but a great store and I will be back

Unfortunately I used to work there, probably the worst place I have ever worked. The manager who was in charge at the time is now the manager of Woodies.He was a two faced bully of an excuse for a man.

Staff useless they don't have a clue about anything. Was looking for a fitting for a tap, a very nice young fellow got me a man in that department but he handed me a washer. I ask who hires those people
