The techs who came in, Jeff and Dominic, were excellent. They found a better way to repair the issue we had with a cubicle and we believe it will never need repaired again. First Church of Christ, Scientist, Columbus, began the process of working with King Business Rep, Jessi and what a delight she was! She was so accommodating and helped us as we changed our minds frequently. We were looking to furnish a Sunday School Room and Reading Room space we were renovating. As with everything, we were about ready to place our order and the world shut down due to the pandemic, but we did finally get our order placed and received our furniture - most of it - we've since added two more pieces. We ordered all the violet/black task and side chairs and the small navy and lime green children chairs you'll see in the pictures, the tables, white boards, and the peninsula desk. We also ordered the lectern in a separate order, thinking we would need it before everything else. The lectern is a great piece because not only is it on castors, but it is height adjustable.
We are so pleased with how everything fits and is coordinated and brings some color to our space. We've had some great comments from members who have dropped by to check everything out. We would definitely recommend King Business Interiors for your commercial space!

Matt & Jeff were very nice, outgoing guys and helped disconnect the computers I forgot to disconnect prior to their arrival so they could take the desk apart. It seemed like they were here for 5 minutes and I was surprised they were done when they stopped by to say bye but they tore the desk apart and relocated it surprisingly fast. Nothing but an A+ rating on my end.

We received 32 chairs that were still in boxes. There were 2 delivery men. They worked excellent as a team. One unloaded and one unpacked. They were very efficient, neat and cleaned up and disposed of the cardboard boxes.

Chris helped me select a few chairs that were within our style and budget to try out, and they delivered some floor models all our staff could test out. Adam was a big help - he walked me through the features of each chair so that I could show our staff the features when they tried the chairs. Delivery was completely painless! Matt and Tom called ahead so we could be ready for delivery. The chairs look great!! We will definitely call King Business Interiors again.

Once at the new site, they even did a diagram/outline with the furniture pads to make placing the table easier. They set up the table and put all the chairs around it... it was ready for us to use!!

King receptionist was very rude, talking over me before I had finished talking. Then the sales associate I ended up working with cancelled on me twice on the day of our proposed meeting, once I had come in a little early to meet her. The date/time had been her suggestion. I responded within 20 minutes of her email. She waited until the day of to tell me that I didn't get back to her quick enough and that it wasn't on her outlook calendar so she hadn't reserved the time for me. So we set another meeting via outlook which I accepted. She emailed me with a proposal to review before the meeting, but then never showed up. My company has done business with King before and was happy to use them again. We were prepared to make a quick decision about which style we liked and make the purchase. Now I am working with another company on this project and getting much better service even though it is a small project around $5k. No doubt there are some good people working at King, but I will never use them again. Very disappointed.
Ordered 3 office chairs - lots of choices on chairs and colors. Let us try a few before purchasing. The new ones came and we love them.
I was very happy with the work that the two installer did with a cubicle reconfiguration and install of a desk screen panel. They did an excellent job.
Jeff & Matt did a great job on our new desk. We were not quite ready when they showed up that morning to install and they offered to come back a few hours later to install. Very professional and fast install. Made sure everything was as we expected and that we were happy before they left.
